While the car wash and vacuums are great, the way this place conducts business is less than professional. There is no phone number to call if you have any issues, you have to go into the car wash. It’s not very conveniently located, as it’s on the outskirts of town. And although this car wash is a couple dollars cheaper than their competition, I’d rather go to them as the experience has been better.

This ain’t a bad car wash. Does a decent drive thru wash. Tuesday and Thursday has a discount. Self service vacuum included in price.

Terrible car wash as we paid for the top level and our car was still somewhat dirty. They allowed us a second wash. They had no towels for interior. The vacuum was free.

I like this car wash better than the one on the west side of town. The whole place seems cleaner, and the car looked better. A lot less crowded.

I Use the club car wash on 23rd now much better wash for your hard earned money, I had 5 memberships at this place and canceled them all because I could never use the wash when i needed to, I work long hours and they always open late and close early they never stick to posted hours and they always say its closed for equipment error or maintenance

So I've been there 3 times while the online listing here says it's open, only to find it closed. Yet it also says online that the schedule was updated recently. Idk if its just a lack of professionalism or a lack of care.

I forgot my purse at home. I went to ask if they could help me turn around. Because I forgot my purse and they said, don't even worry about it. You're already here. The car washes on us...... In a time where everybody is so concerned about money... Best service ever, because I live all the way by glenmere park so I could have went to the car washover next to Walmart on 23rd ave. But I always have a great experience when I come here. The people are super friendly.... Y'all definitely won my business

$20 for a car wash you would expect the back of your vehicle to be clean. Just get the basic, it’s the same as the expensive one. Don’t let them fool you.

Just got a 20$ car wash. Didn’t clean the back window or the lower door panels and if that wasn’t enough it put giant scratches a foot long in my driver side back seat door. So I paid 20$ to still have to wash my car myself and they let a for king scratch to remember them by.. absolutely unacceptable

It's a great local business to support, although has some inconsistencies. Not every time will they brush your windshield or back window with soap, and not every time will they pressure wash the sides/front - but you will get at least one, no guarantee it'll be on both sides of your car though. They'll be pretty inconsistent with having towels there to wipe down either the inside or outside, and if they do there won't be a guarantee that they'll be wet with product. Vacuum's have super strong suction and have one on each side of the car for easy maneuvering. I have no problem vacuuming after my two very big, and very hairy, dogs. They offer memberships for people who get more than one car wash a month, which is handy for my family who does lots of traveling, considering with the membership it's unlimited. When I first went there they offered some free stuff, but I have yet to see it again. They do offer detailing, or last time I checked they did, but I haven't had the opportunity to try out that service yet. Only 4 stars because of the inconsistencies.

They are really great and super detailed. I have done the $44 service 3 times for 3 different vehicles over the last few months and they never disappoint. This time we brought the long time family car which I don't think had had a detail In nearly 6 years. Well Bella and Pepe have the made the car look brand new and so stunning on the inside. We will always come back here for their service. Great business.

Hesitant about getting the unlimited wash because I’ve heard horror stories of scratches and what not-but my friend assured me that they were awesome at sunshine. Wednesday-the day before yesterday I went in and purchased the unlimited thing. I love my car-it was a gift when my son passed away. I deliver in it, travel in it…I know every mark, sound, it’s well maintained Ask the service department-Nothing lacks ever. I have a huge piece of something taken off the front right side-probably same as the other complaint before this one. Scratched pulled apart, rubber/plastic gone. My car is self driving and won’t let me even run over a bug literally stopped me for a large bug. It’s self driving and is unable to let me run over things. The guy, watch the video, had me stuck and was forcing my car when it wouldn’t go. The other side is scratched on the same area a little bit. The back didn’t get clean but I was ok with that. I’m so pissed about my front right side. This car Is so sentimental to me. Will see how they handle it. They have cameras they can see it ok going in and not going out. It will be easy to prove our disprove. I hope I’m wrong because 15$ for unlimited wash and vacuum is crazy good pricing.
