Worst car wash experience of my life. They charged me $55 for interior and exterior wash of my minivan....and was done in 5 minutes. Dirty spots inside and out. Water dripping down everywhere. They put my dirty shoes that was on the floor on top of my new jacket on the seat. They moved all the chairs around and didn't put it back. They asked what kind of refreshener I wanted, and I chose jasmine. There was no refreshener. Do not waste your money here!!!

I am so upset with this place right now. I moved to town approx. 3 months ago and have used this gas station frequently. The reason is because this place is less than a mile from my home. I recently started using the carwash service as well. I have a total of three personal vehicles and one work vehicle all of which need filling up often. On July 8th, 2025 at approximately 6:25PM. I walked in and asked the young man behind the counter to start the tire air compressor for me. He said that I needed to purchase fuel or pay the $0.25. I told him that I just put fuel and got a carwash last week. He refused to start the compressor for me and said I had to pay for it. I do not carry coins in my car these days. Most everything is digital. So after 30 seconds of bickering, I told him that this is bullshit. I said that you are willing to lose a customer over $0.25. He stayed true to his decision. It is the law that they must provide air and water with fuel purchase. It dies not state that it must be the same day or how much fuel. Well, I will not be back to support a business this greedy and not willing to help me out. So let's figure this out. $70 fill up on my work vehicle at 26 fill ups a year. That's $1820. Not to mention the personal cars that need gas and car washes. In addition, one exit away (off 101 hwy) on the corner on Caliente and Fair Oaks is a Valero gas station who will reset the air compressor without question and without buying fuel. They have just earned my fuel business. *** Came back to add additional comments. I just read the reviews for the last couple of years. Looks like I am not the only person who has had scrappy service. Also, There is a great carwash in San Jose on the corner of Stockon Ave and the Alameda. It's called Stockton Carwash. Look up their reviews and you make your choice. Follow up to owner response. 7-11-2025: so the price for the air compressor use is $1.50. Run your business the way you want, I and many others who reviewed your place will not be back either.

This was my first visit for both an exterior and interior car cleaning. The owner assured me that I could just leave the car and relax—they would take care of everything. After about 35 minutes, they told me the car was ready. However, I was disappointed to find that the mats were still muddy and there was still dust inside, just like before. I pointed this out to one of the workers, who didn’t seem happy about the feedback but did go ahead and re-clean the areas I mentioned. Despite this, parts like the car doors and trunk were still not properly cleaned. They only did a general vacuum, even though I was charged for a deep interior clean. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the service. I won’t be returning, as it felt like a waste of time and I had to redo most of the cleaning myself.

MY NEW AUDI GOT MULTIPLE DINGS BY THE WASH MACHINE!!!! If I can give negative ratings then I would. Got one finger nail sized ding from last visit. Did not pay much attention. But this time got a couple more!!! They are saving the expenses by not fixing the washing machine!!!! The boss is super rude and ignore my complains. Saying they are not responsible. The most expensive car wash in the bay area and no customer service. They do their business like robbers. DO NOT GO!!!

This place was great! My car was BEYOND dirty so I decided to give them a try. It’s a little pricy but in my personal opinion worth it. I felt like I came out with a brand new clean car. The staff was really hard working and made sure everything looked good.

If you care about scratches don’t go here. My car has never had swirls and now it does, now I need a paint correction for their poor service. Edit 8/21/2023: They responded, but this car was bought brand new earlier this year and I never washed it with any brushes or went through other car washes. I hand washed it up until the moment of this review. I was aware of each scratch and swirl, and it did not look like this before.

First and last time. My husband used to go here pre-Covid and was happy with the service but something must have changed because neither of us were satisfied. We both went today and they didn't wash the all weather mats in my husband's car which used to be a standard. My car got vacuumed but barely wiped inside, you can still see fingerprints on the screen and the cup-holder was totally ignored (see pictures taken right after the service) $45+ per wash should get you a better service. We will not use this place again.

Great Hand Wash For over a decade I have frequented this establishment with the sole purpose to wash the many cars I have owned through those years. In the early 2000's explored an interest in lowered vehicles. With an 8 cm clearance from the ground and several custom vehicle mods it is best to either wash the vehicle personally, or bring it here. Sunnyvale Car Spa has honored a buy 10 get one free program for that entire span. I've received 4 free washes. Most Car Wash facilities that do the work for the customer, offer some type of waiting area. The space offered by the Car Spa is a pleasant lounge complete with plush leather couches and a full canopy of shade. The crew also performs a superb job getting even the toughest water stains off my vehicles. The full service wash and wax is well-worth the money, if you feel that you need a truly superior shine.

I came here today to get my car washed and specifically asked them to clean off some bird droppings. They said “ok,” but at the end they didn’t clean it properly. When I asked about it, they said it would cost extra. On top of that, they didn’t even dry the car after washing. When I politely asked them to dry it, they ignored me completely and said I was being too demanding. Very disappointing experience and poor service.

Same canned and dismissive response to dissatisfied customers. Every business faces challenges but to blame government for your inexperience in properly managing a business and directing your employees is certainly not the customer's fault. We are simply asking you to clean our vehicles for which your excuses serve no purpose.

I don’t ever write reviews, even when there’s bad service, but I had to do something about this. Took my car here to get washed. Before leaving, the owner (a short older man), used this air hose to dry off the car, and hit the car while I was watching. I inspected where he hit the vehicle and he said the tool he used is “plastic” and that the scratch would come off (it is clearly not plastic). When telling him the scratch is deep and would need to be repainted, he proceeded to get mad at me and said to “never come back here again”. I responded, “you scratched the car and lied about this being plastic, and you’re getting mad at me?” Not once did I yell or curse at the tiny man. He then told me to go out of my way to buy touch up paint for the car. No apology or acceptance of responsibility whatsoever. Give this place your money if you’d like your car scratched P.S. watch out for the petite male with his pride to match

Very unprofessional service, my car was still dirty with stains after the wash. My car stains were left as is, they didn’t even try to clean with the towel, I tried to confront them, even showed them by cleaning a patch, and the stain got lighter in front of them. The owner refused to believe and said I’d have to book clay cleaning worth 200$ and he will not spend all day trying to clean this. For context, my car went in for cleaning at 10:10, and I received it at 10:26, do they didn’t even spend the 30 mins to get rid if the stains. Another issue is that if they knew that they can’t get the stains out, they should have told me when I brought the car in, rather than the surprise. The owner seemed to think that it’s pointed out l. He didn’t even stay to apologize. The last minor thing was, we had accidentally booked a SuV cleaning($55) instead of Sedan (45$), they didn’t have the courtesy to refund that too. So the service sucks, owner is specifically pretty horrific to deal with. Take your business elsewhere as they’re overpriced for nothing.

In fact, I don't even want to give it one star.！I told the person 4 times ！！！that I wanted everything cleaned and EVERYTHING ！！！that was not cleaned and it cost me $90 and the person said no problem and look how I was treated and it was done in 12 minutes even after I told them 4 times and still the same result. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to have their car washed here even for a simple exterior wash！！！

The owner makes up the prices hoping you'll say yes and get ripped off. He charged my friend 45 then quoted me 70 (a first time discount lol) because I had some bird poop (he used an expletive) so I'm taking my business elsewhere. He should have a fixed price listed somewhere. Update: I was able to get the bird poop off easily with soda water and a paper towel. Do it yourselves at home and don't give money to this car wash. Nothing was explained in a nice way while I was there, just that I had bird shit on my car!
