There were only a few people working here with many cars waiting. The price is high ($44.99) compared to others for interior and exterior wash. It took me 45 minutes to get my car washed on a Monday.

Check the back of your Safeway grocery receipt for a coupon to this car wash. They’ll wash, vacuum, and detail your car. It’s a good and quick service from a hard working team, and they recycle/reclaim the water they use: making it less wasteful than washing your car in your driveway.

Made a mistake by not reading the reviews. My experience was exactly similar: they cleaned nothing at all. When I pointed out stuff on the floors and inside the doors, they said "There's a difference between cleaning and wiping down. We only include wiping down, not cleaning". Like bro, what exactly do you think people come to a car wash for.

Good place to wash a car for reasonable price. The work is not great but good enough. And while waiting you can watch everything they are doing. For kids there is a horse attraction that works for one penny. My son was happy to spend half of waiting time riding the horse.

They damaged my seat belt clip!!! I wish I can give them 0 star, we sent our car for car wash today, and they damaged our seat belt and refuse to take care of their damage. We sure it was not damaged when we drive here, because we put the belt on when we dropped the the car, I asked the owner to check if they have video, and they said they don’t. It such an unreliable place and I was so angry when they refused to admit the fact and they don’t want to reply to us anymore. Never come to this place again.

Its not at all worth for $39.I took the interior and exterior cleaning service. The exterior machine wash is okay but they didn’t even looked in to the trunk while cleaning. Just see some very good service with in a mile radius.

This is not a true hand wash—they use mechanical brushes that can damage your paint, especially on Teslas and other soft-paint vehicles. You're paying premium prices without getting the careful, hand-wash service you'd expect.

Entrance/flow not marked, drove back and forth 3 times, no one made any effort to approach me. I parked in the middle and had to get out and shout to ask where to go Someone finally walks over and just says "no". I have to ask no what? No they don't want to wash my truck... I ask why and he just laughs at me. Its a f250 with a flatbed, no rack, normal dirty (no mudding or anything like that). After standing around for 5-10 min they say "no because of the brushes". I ask if they will just do the interior then... "no all or nothing" Terrible service, lazy approach, would not recommend

A reasonable but not outstanding $35 car wash and detail. For a flat fee of $35, you get an exterior car wash, interior vacuum and a little bit of details afterwards. I've had many services better for the same or cheaper price in the past, which is why I was a tad disappointed.. Everything was okay but nothing was great. I had to explicitly go back and ask them to vacuum the garage and a lot of the corners which remained uncleaned. I felt uncomfortable asking for so many extra things, but the shop accepted my requests with respect and care which is the most I could ask for. Other than that, the location is welcoming and easy to find, the staff is friendly and the service was relatively quick.

Paid $45 for interior/exterior wash and prepaid a $5 tip. Staff lost my keys and it took nearly 10 minutes to find them. I was told it was my fault for placing them on the center console instead of a cupholder. As I was leaving, I was asked for an additional tip. I was told my prepaid tip “didn’t count.” I gave $4 cash and got a disappointed reaction.

Terrible car wash. Paid 45 usd today Oct 8, 2025 for a Filthy job. The guy who wiped the interior after it was washed was rude and threw the towel at me when I pointed out dirty areas which came off after I wiped it myself . They increased the price from 35 usd to 45 usd within last few months. This place is an arrogant and there is no manager to report to at the time of the horrible cleaning. The wash is definitely not worth more than 30 usd . A waste of money for a filthy so called ‘ full service clean ‘ .

Good quick car wash in a convenient location and affordable prices. You can get a full inside and outside car wash for around $35. The car wash is brushless but does have machines at first. They will hand dry the car, though. Total time spent here was around 30 minutes. You can also get a hand wax here for around $120. I found that the quality of the car wash was okay to decent. Definitely a good price and saves you time over doing it yourself. If you want the car to be absolutely spotless, you’ll likely need to spend more or get it detailed. Recommend this spot for a good car wash at good price if you’re short on time.

I went for their full service @ 44.99 and I had a horrible experience. I really believe my car was in a better shape before the cleaning. Their solution left very visible spots on my black Tesla. The glass roof had patches of the spray dried out…you absolutely couldn’t tell that the clear had just been cleaned. Absolute joke of a service…I would not recommend this car wash at all.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this needs to be addressed. I went today and they didn’t clean anything inside of my car, the dashboard, inner console, and glovebox were all still dusty and dirty. My mirrors were dirty and had water marks. For $45, I expected a “full service”, really disappointed and won’t be coming back. Hope the management fixes this for future customers.

Paid $45 for a full service and they didn't even wipe the seats once. It's not clear what's included in full service, and for such a steep price, the work is quite shoddy. Go the the automated Loop car wash nearby and save money and time.

They washed and wiped the dash and did a quick 2-minute vacuum. When I asked to wipe down door cards and just do better for my $44.99 for full service like the wall says, the lead (yellow shirt guy in 1 of the pics) walked over and said that's extra. The pictures are from while on site. Frankly, a waste of 45 dollars for so-called full service. Mind you, I asked for a rag and water to clean it myself, and he said no. Look at cup holders, door cards, back of head rests. I have so many more pictures but im sure with what I've posted, you get the idea. Not even a deodorizer after paying 45 dollars? Just garbage. Cistomer service has gone out the window

The staff is extremely rude and the interior of the car is not cleaned at all even though the charge for the full service. They spray a blue liquid at the end of the service that leaves stains on your leather seat and the dashboard when asked to clean it they ask you for an additional 25 dollar for seat cleaning for a stain their service caused. When I went and talked to the manager about this, he only said that we are done over here instead of addressing the issue. Wouldn't recommend this place, as you might leave with more stains in your car

Has anyone lost things here before? My husband and I have been regular customers at this car wash for a long time. Over the years, we noticed that small personal items would occasionally go missing, but we never made a big issue out of it or left any negative reviews. However, one incident in the past really made us question what was happening. My husband’s FasTrak went missing after a wash. We came back to ask, and it was eventually returned because someone had seen it. Even then, we never understood how a FasTrak could be “mistakenly taken.” Most recently, something much more upsetting happened. A pair of sunglasses went missing after our car wash. These were not just expensive sunglasses — they were a very meaningful gift from my husband’s 12- and 14-year-old children, who saved their own money to buy them for him. He wore them in the morning, we came to wash the car, and after we got home, the sunglasses were gone. We are confident they were not left anywhere else. We rarely write reviews like this and we are not quick to accuse anyone. But losing something with such strong emotional value has left us very upset and disappointed. We hope the management takes this seriously and looks into what may be happening, so other customers do not experience the same thing.

I went to the Lozanos in Mountain View faithfully throughout the 90s and 2000’s and not only was it a great value, it was a joyous experience. Very friendly lively atmosphere with free popcorn and lemonade and onsite taco truck and bbq. Also, there was obviously alot of pride in making it a lovely place with antique gas pumps and flower boxes. I took a break from Lozanos while a got low cost labor (the kids) to wash the cars. But now that Im back to paying for service, I was so dismayed to see the string of very negative reviews with reports that it was so expensive and the quality of service was so terrible. I decided to take a chance and try the Full Service ($44) in Sunnyvale. I can say that the quality of service was as good as ever. My car was very clean inside and out. Staff was very friendly and professional. It took longer than it used to because the wipedown was done by one person rather than two like in the old days. The golden days are over: its not the vibrant joyous place it used to be and its alot more expensive… but thems the times. I had a good experience and thout it was worth the value.

Please save your time and energy from coming to this car wash, they washed and did a quick vacuum; after noticing they missed some spots and ask if they could wipe a little more they threw me the dirtiest rag and told me to clean it myself if I wasn’t satisfied. You would expect that paying $44.99, floor mats would be included but it was an additional $20, then they proceeded to charge me $64.99, not only was I charge for floor mats but I was charge again for full service. I demanded a refund and they refused to give it me even after I show proof of my transactions. Not a single demonstration of empathy, customer service has gone down the toilet, just pure garbage.
