$14 for a basic wash and I leave with a wet car and salt streaks all over the side and back. They’d have to pry another $14 from my hands for me to ever go back. Even with 3 grown men with hoses at the start the back of the car didn’t get an ounce of water.

I have been a loyal customer for a long time now but lately have been disappointed in the service lately. They barely rinse off your car before entering the car wash, the vacuum clearness most of the time do not work or the suction is poor. I have been there at times when there are no rags to wipe off your car. It seems like the attendants are in a big hurry to get back in the office. I hope this improves because I love the car wash.

Best car wash in town! Locally owned and operated unlike Silverstar. Very handy, quick, almost always open, and affordable. With the monthly pass I can just drive up to the gate and it opens. No need to use the gate kiosk! The best deal is their unlimited packages! My kids enjoy using the FREE vacuums and towels after the wash. AWESOME employees too!

Just got the best car wash I’ve had in recent memory. The two guys working practically washed the entire thing by hand before I went through the automatic wash. As someone who drives on gravel frequently this is typically necessary but not always done by most washes. 10/10 results, I’ll certainly be back!

Not what I was expecting. The outside of the car was cleaner than it was but still there was a lot of dirt and bugs in areas. The vacuums weren’t very strong in terms of suction. Then to top it off I came to clean my car but no supplies aside from rags to “clean” my car with. If I had known I would’ve brought my own cleaner but instead I flushed $23 dollars down the drain. Probably won’t return.

Got a car wash there 7/17/2025 in the evening and had oily film all over my SUV. Went back the next morning & was told they had to shut it down after my wash because of a hydrolic leak. My paint & windows are still smeared!

I canceled my monthly membership because my car never got fully cleaned, especially the back of the car. Then they went ahead and charged me for another month. Took forever to get ahold of Mark the owner. He texted me that he would credit the month on my card, but it has been almost 2 weeks and nothing has been done. He won't answer calls or texts. I now go to Silverstar and ver satisfied with their wash. I do not recommend Sunnybrook Shine. 2 weeks ago after I texted him he called me. He told me he would send the refund in the mail if after I got the check I would delete my review. Have not seen anything at all. Now I can see why there are so many negative reviews.

Nearly $20 for the most basic car wash they offer, and there is still plenty of grime left on my car. Not to mention, they don’t offer any type of multi-purpose cleaning spray to clean the interior of your car out by the vacuums, so be prepared to do that with your own supplies.

Update 2/24/21 Mark worked with me and we figured a way to take care of the damage. Will be back to use the rest of my giftcard! 1/5/21 The wash itself was fine. I just want people to be aware of their overly powerful dryers and be cautious. I went through my first time yesterday excited because it's close to my work and I received a $45 giftcard for Christmas. The wash went fine but as my Expedition approached the dryers I could tell instantly they were really strong. I heard a loud noise on top of my vehicle and quickly put it in drive and drove out early and went straight to my work a block down. I always keep the slide cover inside closed on my sunroof and never use it. Sure enough the blowers had pushed enough air up under my sunroof that completely broke the hinges and locked my sunroof open. Now it was set to rain tonight so kind of an emergency to get it closed. I tried to close it with no luck so had to wait till I got home and found a bunch of broken plastic pieces rattling around in the track stopping it from closing. I called Sunnybrook Shine immediately after to warn the guy working there this happened and maybe they should turn the dryers down a little just so no other damage happens to any one else's vehicle. Nathan just responds "yeah we are know for strong dryers to get all the water off". I understand but I have never had any issues at Rocket, Silverstar, Powerwash so this was a bit scary and shocking. So just be careful.

I have a monthly membership here. This car wash does a pretty good job getting my vehicle clean. There are vacuums you can use too. It would be nice if at the end of the tunnel a green light came on to indicate when it was a great time to exit. Also not happy that they are pushing their price increases on to their customers. Taxes, water bill, costs to operate. Wish when all of my bills went up, I could pass it onto someone else.

The gate was not working. Only one person working. The employee Opened the gate manually and we went through got to the end and nothing happened no water no nothing . Asked for a refund and was told no .. not cool if your business is not working properly ok but then you should be able to give money back.

Bugs and road grime still on my truck after two washes. They increased their prices which I can understand, but $24 and a 2nd free wash but it's still dirty. The "manager" that gave me a 2nd wash couldn't be bothered to get off his damn phone to help. Bright red hair, a cartoon dirty tshirt, and flip flops. At least try and be a professional. Only saving quality is free vacuums. Do not recommend.

Cheapest wash is $19… I wash my vehicle regularly and tell me why my car was STILL dirty after a basic wash. My goodness a garden hose would have cleaned it better. I will NEVER return to this place. Absolute waste of money.

This has been my go to carwash since they opened in 2021 and for the first 3 year it was outstanding. As of the last year or so it has left me more and more disappointed. Prices continue to rise and quality continues to drop. Unfortunate. Still does a decent job for the most part but nothing special.

$28 wash should at least get the dog piss off the tires i would think. I got the best they had to offer and it was crap. My car is brand new also. After reading these reviews, I don't know that I could risk taking it here ever again even if the wash wasn't awful.

For $28, this car wash is really disappointing. Most of the vacuums are only partially working, and by 10 a.m. there were no clean towels available. The place is dirty, with mud everywhere, and when I pulled out, my car got splattered with mud from other cars that had came through covered in mud. I ended up having to go to another car wash to actually get it clean. Overall, everything here looks worn out and poorly maintained — definitely not what you’d expect for a “premium” wash. Like the old saying rode hard and put up wet Is the only way to describe this place. Don’t waste your money on this place.
