Saw Matthews ad on Instagram. Got a quote that included wax and made an appointment. He showed up late but worked a long time until after dark. However since he washed the cars at in the dark he left spots everywhere and didn’t clean the interior windows. I paid the full amount he quoted even though there was no waxing. After asking him to finish the job he took days to respond and then sent a small refund for less than half of one car even though he did the same thing with both vehicles. For $285 dollars this was a joke - very unprofessional. Go to somebody who actually takes pride in what they do.
