Horrible experience very bad customer service. I expect what is to be expected from just a car washer even detailer but for the manager who I believe his name is Oscar to have horrible customer service is completely unacceptable. The car wash is mid body experience that I had with Mr. Oscar is when I will not forget definitely not going back.

They are a great place to get your car washed. They are so good that the only negative is that if you go later in the day you will more than likely have a long wait time because everyone goes there as well. Definitely go early.

Great management and I never have any complaints, they are very detailed. You have your occasional new guy just starting but nothing bad I really have to say. It's the only car wash I go to and have been going there for years. Loyal customer since early 2000's.

They did a good job cleaning my minivan that needed a very deep clean and had bad smells for a fair price. There were minor details left that could have been easily missed since my car was so dirty. That’s the reason for the 4 stars.

Not really good at all. A friend recommend me this car wash but they are not that good. My car was nasty. I think it looked worst after they cleaned it. My dashboard was nasty just like the seats.

Stay away from this place if you don't wanna waste hours of you day having you car cleaned. They take almost 2 hours to clean you car from the moment they start as there's only one person cleaning a car at a time. I feel like the hard working employees are exploited and underpaid based on a review from the owners claiming the employees keep %40. They have them working under the sun and using regular hoses instead of pressure cleaners which make them take longer than expected to clean a car and wont remove tough stains as pressure washing would. I heard they charge $15 for cars and $20 for SUVs but you ask the employees and they tell you to ask the manager as if he charge whatever he wants. Other places will have 2 or more people working on the same car, having one doing the vacuum, others cleaning and some drying them out making the process much faster. Owners, please invest in pressure cleaners and you will improve the job quality for employees and customers. This was my first and last time having my car washed at this place.

I took my car here to get it washed, but they crashed another car into mine. They backed up and hit my car. I was so furious. I had to call police and sit in parking lot for 1 hr to make report. Now, my car never got cleaned but their employee was carelessly driving the other vehicles. Just beware of this. Now I can honestly say they wanted the car to be taken to one of their associates to do a miner repair as they said they would pay for repairs. Oscar the manager gets upset because I decided to take it elsewhere which cost more. I didn’t trust their person. They did pay the repairs to my car. But I would never go back here again.
