The worse experience of my life. All I needed was an oil change and new brakes. When they looked at the car they told me I needed front rotors as well. Altogether it came out to $436.00. Then they tell me I need a new lower arm controller but the car is good to drive. I drive it home and it feels horrible. I let the wife drive it and she says it's not drivable. I took it to another mechanic and he had to replace one of the tires completely. And I had to get new lugs and bolts and a new rim. They set me up to come back. Please don't go to these people. When I called they didn't pick up, after telling me I was wrong.

I bright my truck in last minute for tinting and they still did the job with no complaints and were happy to do it and actually offered for me to come in even though it was so late. This car was so convenient for me and my children right next to mcdonalds. while they cleaned it we went to McDonald's and had some ice cream. when we got back to the car the guy were still cleaning it, they were super professional and very detailed. I got a detailed car service. These guy are the best and my children were so happy we now have a really clean car in and out. The price is very reasonable. Thank you guys!!

I give Jay and Stars Car Wash a HUGE 10! I’ve taken my Tesla to area hand car washes and was never satisfied. My search ended when I arrived to Stars. Jay and his team are amazing. Came here based on their online presence and videos, which make the place look super polished and professional. The real experience didn’t match that at all. I was told the tint would take about 1.5 hours. It ended up taking close to 3 hours, with four guys working on my car the whole time. That alone made the whole process feel disorganized and inefficient. Professionalism was lacking compared to what they advertise. Online they really push this clean, sharp presentation, but in person none of that was there. No polos like in the videos, no real sense of structure, and overall it just didn’t feel as put-together as they claim. The tint itself is okay, nothing amazing, nothing terrible. They did give me a discount, which I appreciate, and that’s honestly the main reason this isn’t a 1-star review. The work is acceptable, but the experience doesn’t live up to the image they sell online
