The experience was great. The employees were all very friendly. The ones who detail the cars after going through the car wash machine building do a great job! A supervisor was making sure everything was done well. The lady at the cash register inside was very friendly.

I guess for 32 bucks i expect a well vacuumed vehicle. The inside isn't cleaned very well. Floor mats have water standing in them, i have a 4 door truck and they don't even bother to wipe it down the rear window .Been going here for years and it seems like it isn't getting any better. And now the 32 dollar wash is now 35 dollars for the same service...

I hate to complain BUT when I pay $34 for a service I expect my floor mats to at least be lifted and vacuumed under and down beside my doors! The last couple of times I’ve had this super wash it was NOT good. Lesson learned…ALWAYS check everything before leaving 🤦🏻‍♀️

Been giving them my business for over 10 years and today was by far the worst service I’ve ever been given. Didn’t even attempt to wipe around my gear shifter. Half of my dash was not wiped along with most of my passenger side. Hard to go pay $35 for that poor job. I will never be back. Guess the guys was ready to get back to their smoke break.

We purchased an inside car detail for $100 and scheduled an appt to drop off at 8 am. I had to call upon arrival bc the man running the car wash told me to go see the man inside the garage. I had already gone inside the garage and no one was there. So I called the detail phone number…got the answering machine. A man who was assisting the car wash attendant came over and got our information and keys. So why tell me to go see the detail guy if he is helping you wipe down cars so you know he’s not even n the garage. I laughed, but come on… The inside of our car is clean, but things were missed…the glove box, the sides of the seats, and gear shifter were not clean. I would not complain, but for $100 they shouldn’t miss anything.

Save your money and go to a regular cash wash. The ‘super wash’ is not worth the money. The back of my car looks like it wasn’t touched, there are white spots all over my exterior of my car, the interior was not dusted or wiped down, the door seals weren’t wiped down, and the exterior windows still look dirty. I should have saved my money and went through a car and do it yourself. Being “busy” is not an excuse, don’t offer the services if it is not worth the money because you’re “busy today”.

I just paid $25 to have my Scion xB cleaned - Interior and Exterior. Their description said, "Interior vacuuming" which you can see from my photos, did not happen. My wife had to borrow my car to transport a few plants. She works at a plant nursery and my hatchback was big enough to hold what she needed. I figured I would try out Starbrite for the first time. I usually go to the Smith Car Wash. For $25 they were suppose to vacuum the interior. Well, apparently they didn't even attempt to vacuum the back and I guess by "interior", their definition doesn't include the interior ceiling of the vehicle. The pictures attached clearly show no one tried to clean anything EXCEPT the dashboard and the seats, which by the way, the seats still had dog hair on them when they were done. I really dislike leaving low star scores. I understand everyone is trying to make a living and run their business, but this is just not fair to the customer. I just dropped $25 and now I still have to come home and find a way to clean my car. I do not recommend Starbrite. Terrible cleaning attempt, cramped waiting room, and confusing entrance which leaves you guessing what to do. Leave my car and go inside to the front desk? Wait in my car for an attendant? When I pulled up, there was already a man outside his vehicle not sure what to do. Someone pulled up behind me and stood outside their car as well, not sure whether to walk inside or wait. I would rate this 2 stars bc apparently 2 stars are taken more seriously then an aggravated 1 star review, but whatever. This is one of my extremely rare 1 star reviews. Not going back to Starbrite.

If I could give a zero I would. This place is TRASH!!!! They never wipe things down on the inside of my vehicle. I had to point out bird poop on the front of my vehicle more than once after they said they were done! So much more to say but not enough time....please DO NOT waste your time or money!!!! My grandbaby could do a better job and he's 1 years old!!!....SMDH!!!

I had an excellent experience here. After a cross-country road trip, I had a ton of bugs on my car. They scrubbed and got everything clean in one swoop. Chris, the manager, ensured everything was done smoothly and Vince's attention to detail was bar none. They deserve a big raise! The team was professional and dedicated to great service. Highly recommend!

Location is great and it was easy to find. I was a little confused on what I was to do when first arriving. After I parked, went in and asked the lady at the desk, I drove around and sat for several minutes, still unsure of what to do. Later, a guy came up and gave me a ticket (which he marked incorrectly / wrote down that I drive an SUV, which costs more) I got out and waited inside, which wasn’t air conditioned (not that that’s a big deal at all!) and waited maybe another 15 minutes and they were done. It was quick, cost about $14 and they washed the outside, vacuumed the inside and wiped down the dash. The regular wash is $11.95 and I clarified with the attendant that’s what I’d be receiving, so I’m not sure why I was charged a couple dollars extra. (The lady inside fixed my ticket to not say SUV) The outside looked very nice and considering how horrifically bad it was inside my car (I have a toddler who eats in it all the time) they did a pretty great job overall!

Will is amazing!! I had gone to several other auto detailing shops to remove bird poop and bug guts from my truck. I was told that I had to pay in total right at $3,000 to correct any damage done from driving across the country. Of course I tried car washes and was told that it was bad because my paint was so heavily damaged🙄 I was on my way to an appointment when I saw Starbrite Car Wash to my right, I wasn't going to turn around go back, but I had a feeling to. When I entered the parking lot I saw a man hand drying a woman's SUV. I stopped and had casual convo and asked her about getting a hand wash for my truck. She said that she believed they did over that service in the back area of the establishment. After the conversation, I asked the front desk lady concretely and she confirmed. Drove around back, spoke with Will, the business owner of the hand wash detail shop and he was very kind. I told him my issues, and he didn't seem worried one bit. As a matter of fact, he examined my truck all the way around and told me that he could remove the stains with a good ole fashioned hand wash and wax. I sat patiently and he did just that!! I highly recommend him and his work because he takes pride in what he does as if it were his very own vehicle that he was working on. You're not just a number, you're an important client of his and he cares about your entire experience with him.
