I have been using Star since it was opened. The wash does a good job cleaning the outside of my car. The windows are streak free after the dryers finish their job. Because of the nice job the wash does we have five vehicles in our family washed by Star car wash. UPDATE: I've been a member here nearly a year and the wash is still a good value. The wash does a good job of cleaning my car of road salt and grime. The staff is very friendly and and gets my car washed quickly and efficiently.

This is overall a good wash! My car comes out very clean and the free vacuums work well, with a regular attachment and a crevice tool. It's open more often than a nearby competitor and the $5 wash is completely worth it. My only suggestion is maybe having an option between the $5 and $15 washes. That's a huge jump compared to the other packages they offer at $20 and $23 for single washes.

They do a good job with the car wash, but man, it's hard to get in and out of the wash with a big pickup truck. The way the drive curves in and out of it makes it really tough.

Vacuums seem to get worse every time I visit. Several broken and at least one with very low suction. I’ve been a subscriber since the beginning back when the speed was slower and the cars got more wash time. Please make an effort to fix. Things seem to be slipping. It’s a great location and I would love to continue being a customer.

I always get a free car wash from Progressive Auto, right around the corner, and I have a subscription car wash service elsewhere (much closer to home), but I really appreciated that your brushes were working and cleaned my windshield off because the brushes where I subscribe have not been operating, recently! Thank you so much for getting my windshield clean!!

Love the free vacuums. The car wash if fun. The only thing that sucks besides the vacuums (dad joke there) is the vending machine is broken. It doesn't take cards and really didn't like my dollar. It would have been nice to be able to buy some interior cleaning wipes to finish my own detailing job.

I've been going here every few months for the past few years and never had an issue until now. I honestly didn't want to be a Karen or I would have said something while I was there, but the rollers didn't do anything besides streak the dirt across my car. I should've taken pictures because you could clearly see big streaks. As soon as my car touched the rollers they just stopped spinning and dragged across my car, I'm guessing it had something to do with the timing of the cars but I'm not sure. The vacuums were fine but the one on my driver side didn't work so I had to pull the other hose all through my car to get everything. I ended up just going to the bell stores car wash just around the corner and fixed it up just right and paid a dollar less for the same thing. I shouldn't have to go to a competitor to fix a bad wash job, but I guess I'll have to start going there from now on. Wouldn't recommend unless you can afford their pricy packages so you can actually afford the rollers to clean your car. 😂

Changing my review, canceled my wash in June, they continued to charge me for six months, which I didn't notice due to an extended illness, and would only give me 3 months refund. Thanks, due to your employees incompetent abilities I'm out $120.00 dollars. Sargent Clean is far superior.

This place is not good . My jeep is still dirty after going through the wash. My back window has dirt still all over it . I went through a second time asked if they had a brush or something to run over my back window to help get it clean and was told no . They don’t spray your wheels down even with there top wash . My jeep came out still wet and they have no one towel drying it at the end and no towels for you to do it yourself. The vacuums are horrible, dirty and/or missing have no power to work properly. Trash cans full trash all over the few spots that had both hose . Just all in all a waste of money for the price they are asking for to wash my jeep . Very disappointed and regret getting a month’s wash pass. Will be canceling it 5 days before it renews .

Did the $15 carwash deal they have and was not happy with results wouldn't recommend washing your car here I feel like the brushes are too aggressive and do not clean they just leave dirt behind my mirrors move back and forward as I went through the car wash so be aware I'll probably rip your mirrors

it's better than not washing at all but doesn't do the best at cleaning my truck. half the time not all the spinning brushes are working and more often than not, some soaps and drying agent is out to where it's just squirting water instead. I think they should do a prewash with brushes before you enter when they are trying to guide you in. It would help get what the automatic brushes miss. basically, there is room for improvement

I chose the $10 car wash. The car was washed well until the trunk area. I had to wash the trunk and rear bumper by hand when I got home as the dirt had not been removed.

I have a monthly pass for two cars. 3 times in the past week, I've gone out of my way to get my car washed and there's a sign blocking the entrance stating "closed for maintenance" in the middle of the afternoon. Maybe do that when you're closed? Looking into other options currently. No point in getting a monthly pass if they're close when I'm available.
