I’ve been coming here for over seven years. I have a wash package. The employees used to be kind now they act like you’re A bother rather than a customer, the girl telling you to go forward with the sign talked to me like I was a whole idiot, they used to wave and be cheerful..I did tell another female employee. I guess I should take my money someplace else. You replied to my response my response it’s absolutely the correct car wash. There was males that used Greet you wave at you, smile at you. This female completely acted like I was disturbing her day

Disappointing. I tried this wash, due to a recommendation from a coworker, after years of avoiding brush washes. The first visit seemed fine, but on my most recent wash something clearly got stuck in the lower brushes. It struck the bottom of my door, leaving a spiral scratch and what I thought was just a small dent. At first, I figured it wasn’t worth the hassle, the scratches seemed like they could be buffed out. Later, under better light, I realized the main dent was much more visible than I thought—and when a PDR specialist looked at it, we found a trail of additional dents in a rotary pattern across the lower part of the door. They look like glancing blows from something being spun around and hitting every few inches. Some are across door supports and may never fully come out. The main dent is obvious right away, and the smaller ones stand out in sunlight once the car is clean. Exactly the opposite of what you expect after paying to make your car look better. I’ll be sticking to touchless or hand washes from now on. The one bit of luck I did have was that I didn’t buy the membership.

I work at one of the dustiest manufacturing firms here in Canton Ohio. There is metal in the dust that covers your car by the end of the day and if you let it build up, it is really tough to get it to come off. One a whim I located SGT Clean car wash and initially did a one time run through. The wash did such an excellent job that I came back again a few days later. There has been no spray car wash that ever got it this clean! One the next go around I purchased a membership at a great price and I come about every 2 to 3 days. I have had personal interaction with Mike and he went above and beyond, where others did not. Thank you the the SGT Clean Car wash team!

It did an okay job. I still had dirt on the outside of my vehicle after going through. We paid almost $20 for a good clean and it was mediocre at best. I do like the "free" vacuums. Makes it a little more worth the money paid. I'm sure it does fine if you don't have high dust/salt buildup on your vehicle.

Just left was a member there for 2 years and they keep raising prices. The damn gates still will not scan properly how about fixing the Gates ? 😕 also the other car wash I go to is on the same tier plan Better and still 40 dollars monthly. You guys better tier plan went up 8 bucks . Keep raising your prices and your lose customers 😂😂😂 The other car wash cleans alot better and has better quality wax . Stay away from sgrt cleans unless you wanna pay higher prices 😂😂😂 and problems with their Gates !

Editing my review after reading the reply: My car being dirty from the snow and salt had nothing to do with it not being clean after going through the car wash considering some parts of my car were clean and some parts were not. Never had any issue getting my car washed in the winter time before. Like I said, I am disappointed and will not return. Came here after reading some good reviews and I am honestly disappointed. My car was still dirty when I got done at the wash. I paid extra for wheel shine but my tires were still filthy and dirty. The front of my car was still covered in filth. My windshield was still dirty. I gave this car wash a chance because I have yet to find a car wash that actually cleans my car, but I am disappointed that I wasted $22 just for my car to still be dirty. Plus there were no clean towels to be used to dry my car off. Do not plan on returning to this car wash.

I love this car wash and their prices, ive been a member for a while now but please understand that I am not getting my front bumper almost touching the car in front of me, ive been in an accident in a car wash before beacuse of that. Please give cars like 5-10 feet of space cause I dont want to get in another accident because yall dont care about the distance between cars

There was a very long line today due to the warming of the weather. The female associate at the check-in pay station was engaged in personal conversation versus doing her job. The car wash was mediocre. The rocker panels and the entire back trunk area was still soiled. I had to still dry the car off via a towel due to the car not getting dried off. I had purchased the silver tier package. This was disappointing. Unfortunately, I have $100 gift card to use

Iv been going to SGT for year along with my family. Everyone is very nice and if there are ever any issues they address them. They have some great updates like air to clean off the car and air for your tires at every vaccine station. The memberships are amazing!! I'm able to keep my car clean as much as I want for a great price.
