I absolutely love Squeaky Shine Car Wash! Having tried several self-service car washes in the area, this one stands out as the best. First and foremost, it is perfectly located for me, as I drive by at least once, if not more times, each day. I wash my Uber car at least three times a week, and my other two vehicles about once a week. One of the best features is the discount on multiple monthly memberships, which is a huge benefit since I have three vehicles, all on monthly plans. The employees here are always friendly and genuinely happy to see me when I arrive. They are always eager to help, especially when I bring my all-weather floor mats, and they spray them off with the pressure washer. Additionally, the compressed air blowers at each vacuum station are a fantastic touch. After wiping down and vacuuming the interior, I can use the blowers to remove any remaining bits of dust. This attention to detail makes a big difference. I plan to remain a loyal customer and highly recommend Squeaky Shine Car Wash to all my friends and family!

This car wash is absolutely like no other, first of all all the workers there are amazing and help you out in any way they can, when I took my car there went in and they use undercarige water to clean under your vehicle, when I parked at the vacuum station they have shades so the sun doesn’t hit you when your cleaning your car, and they use a sponge when going in to clean the front of your vehicle, I went to a lot of different car washes but this car wash really got me they do an amazing job!😊😊thank you squeaky shine ✨

Came to the area on vacation and on the last day I had a ton of sand in my car. Came here for a wash and to use the free vacuum. Vacuums worked great and they give you cleaning products and towels . I wish I had one of these places at home. Well worth it.

This car wash damaged my brand new truck something went wrong and it scratched my front fender, the general manager said they are not responsible for any damage that the business does to any car wash. And I was told they do have things happen there at times . So if you car about your vehicle not being damaged by their car wash then do t take it there. The manager there will refuse to do anything . He want even contact the owner to let him know of the damage . He said he made all the decision about any thing that happens there and he said they has a disclaimer that allows no responsibility for them to repair any damages they cause on your vehicle. He is pretty rude the way he handled the damage to my auto. So if you don’t care if they damage you auto by malfunctioning machinery there go ahead and go there but be ware they do have problems often . This is the exact truth what happened at this car wash. I ask the general manager to let me speak to the owner . He said he was the manager and he was the one that made the decision about what happened. So I ask him to please show the owner the pic he had that showed nothing but blurry pic with no damage . Then to take a pic of the scratches and he flat refused . So I ask him to just show the 2 pic before and after pic to anyone to get their honest opinion he said flat no he said he already decided that the car wash was not responsible for any damages that happened during the car washing of a customers automobile. He pointed out a disclaimer at the beginning of the wash that I doubt anyone has ever read . He said read this we are not responsible. Look I really loved this car wash and looked all the guys that worked there, but who in their right mind would use a business that excepts not any responsibility of the job that their equipment does or if it damages your property. This might not ever happen again but it happened to my brand new truck . I don’t Blame the owner or his men for what happened but for a manager to flat refused to show the owner or even let me speak to the owner then

My husband and have individual memberships. I was skeptic about a car wash membership wondering if I would get value for my money. After multiple full service car washes that were marginal at best I decided to try it. So glad I did! The staff are so friendly and eager to satisfy. Most times I clean the excess tire shine off my tires and spot dry, but overall they do a great job and it's money well spent. It has to be good and of value for my husband to maintain or he definitely wouldn't be a member!

I wish I could give fewer stars. I was a monthly member since 4/2022. As of 3/2525 I have decided to cancel my membership. Dave, the GM said I should receive my refund today or no later than 3/2725. Mind you, my fees were 44.99 cents a month. You do the math. Now, let's talk about why I am canceling my membership. On 3/24/25. 6pm i went through the car wash as usual. This time, the young man on the right side of my car knocked off the fin antenna on the roof of my car. I am glad the electronics didn't mess up. But needless to say the way the GM handled this way unacceptable on many levels. Went straight to policy that antennas is not covered? But your attendant knocked it off with a broom brush! I wasn't even inside the car wash. I said you're willing to lose a monthly customer over policy. Said had to watch the video, and even after watching the video, he still felt that squeaky was no way responsible? Now, if the electronics were damaged, it would cost me a lot more out of pocket than just JB Weld to repair it. Had he just shown a little more compassion for a monthly customer, i may have felt different. I would never recommend this place to anyone! And I'm telling everyone I know to stay clear of business who will treat a faithful customer in such a manner. Matter of fact I been using this car wash since they opened. Now I am just waiting for my refund . I am so disappointed in the GM customer service. I would tip the guys in the car wash. They know what type of individual i am, and I always showed them the utmost respect. And they did the same for me. Special shout out to Deon and Jon, and Mason for always doing a great job. Just checking to see if the owners would respond to my scathing review but no such luck. I guess it all depends on who is dropping the review? I get it. We just take the money and run. No accountability whatsoever for my gripe? But I've read where you were so apologetic to others? Makes me wonder about this company.

Tried Squeaky Clean for the first time while visiting Wilmington during the Azalea Festival. During the wash, the back cover of my side mirror popped off. Staff said they don’t take responsibility for damages. Just sharing so others are aware before going through.

I have been a loyal monthly member at this car wash, but after my last visit I will NEVER be coming back. The staff forgot to put the retractor on one of the machines, which ended up ripping my roof racks completely off and damaging the top of my car. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to take responsibility for the damage that their negligence caused. Absolutely unacceptable. A business that won’t stand behind their mistakes doesn’t deserve customers. DO NOT take your car here unless you want it damaged and left to pay for it yourself.

Clean and professional appearance. The wash attendant was friendly and knowledgeable. The wash was reasonably priced and did an excellent job. I loved the different lights in the tunnel. I also loved the free vacuums, towels, and mat cleaner. Will definitely be back! Great, family owned business!

Furthermore, he chose this opportunity to praise his managerial skills.* I interacted with Dave the manager during an incident where the paint was scraped off of my vehicle and he was completely condescending and demeaning toward me. He refused to acknowledge that the issue I was even partially the fault of the carwash. He offered zero assistance with getting the paint corrected, even with proof that the damage happened at the carwash. Use caution when going to this location because if any damage happens by accident or otherwise, it's unlikely Dave is going to show you any compassion or offer any sort of concessions. It isn't worth it when you can go to a carwash that has integrity and cares about their customers.

Simply wanted a quick drive through exterior wash, because of all the pollen. Two guys are even power washing at the entrance and apparently they missed the entire rear end. This was a pathetic experience. P.S. The owner reached out to me the same day. They recognized and addressed it immediately. I returned the next day and was put through the wash again at no cost. As a consumer you can’t ask for anything more than for a problem to be immediately resolved. The car looked great. This consumer is satisfied.

Exceptional! Aside from all the perks of the wash itself, the customer service here is on a completely different level. Two employees who especially stood out to me were Dion and Dave. Dion greeted me the very first time I came in. He was incredibly outgoing, answered all of my questions, and even helped me dry off my car. He has gone above and beyond not just once, but every single time I’ve visited. He always makes a point to say hello and check if I need anything. Great work, Dion. Dave ended up being my sunglasses guardian angel. While washing my car, I accidentally dropped my expensive Costa sunglasses outside of my vehicle. I didn’t realize until after I had already left the wash, so I came back and asked Dave to help me look for them. We searched everywhere, even checked the cameras, but couldn’t locate them. I left very frustrated because those sunglasses are my babies. The next day, I returned to see if anyone had found them, and to my surprise, Dave did. After I left, he went out of his way to keep reviewing the footage and discovered that a woman had taken them. He tracked her down, called her, and actually got my sunglasses returned to me. Experiences like this are not something you find at a typical business. The team here truly cares about their work and the people they serve. I won’t be going to any other car wash in Wilmington. Great work, guys!

Excellent car wash! I was driving from Charlotte to Wilmington and the front of my car was covered in bugs…I mean it was BAD! I found this place on Google (of course) and saw it had great reviews. I bought the best wash they had and boy did it deliver!! I tipped the guys a couple of bucks to hit the front and windshield with the power washer, and wasn’t expecting much, but man I was shocked at how clean it was! 99% of the bugs were gone and my SUV looked great! I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town next!

I ran my car through Squeaky Shine for a regular cleaning, and it came out looking great. There was a bit of dirt caked on the back window that didn’t come off the first time, but when I mentioned it to the crew, they immediately offered to run it back through at no cost. I was really impressed with their willingness to stand by their work and make it right on the spot. They do great work at a fair price and are locally owned— as a consumer, what more could you ask for? Highly recommend!
