Scheduled an appointment a week out and this morning sent a text because had not heard from them to verify they were still coming. No response so 45 mins later had to call only to find out they never put me down even though I have a text with him telling me the date and time.

Called for info. Julius came out to residence to discuss options. Made appt to take car to his shop in town. Texted to confirm 2 hours before appt time. Waited...no show. In fact, no return calls when message was left. His price was $100 higher than anyone else in town. Did talk to him about other car which is new. Obviously, he either doesn't care for the business or just is a unreliable person. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!

For the car enthusiasts that are afraid to leave their cars in stranger’s hands, definitely look elsewhere. I left my car here for a wash and detail and the guy did a mediocre job on the wash, didn’t bother to clean the interior and took it upon himself to take a joy ride with my car. Save yourself the headache and heart attack, this place ain’t worth it.

Called to schedule cleaning and dude said he’d get me in in two weeks. Before the actual cleaning he wanted to see the vehicle so he could better estimate the time and cost. Never called or showed for the pre-inspection and one week later, never called, followed up, cancelled or showed up for the actual appointment. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Today I took in my ‘12 Toyota Camry for window tint on all 6 windows and to have my headlights buffed/polished. They were polite, quick and did a great job! I’m thrilled with the results. Both Jeremy and Julius were very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone! (side note: really shocked at the reviews on google as I did not have that experience AT ALL)

March 25, 2020 my sons vehicle was picked up by Jeremy, Who ironically is the person who installs the vehicle tint for Spotless Detailing. After having the car for a couple hours its was returned with the tint completed. They recommended that the windows not be rolled down for a three days minimum. On April 1, 2020 the vehicle window was rolled down for the first time immediately we noticed that the tent was scathed. Simple, the installer, said more than once " call me if any issues we stand by our work and that the tint comes with a extended warranty". A week later I called them with the problem and explained what had happened. Not only did he refuse to help he wanted to charge me 50.00 to redo his mistake. He said the tints warranty didn't cover scratched film. The scratches were caused by his sloppy work . After inspecting the window, I noticed that the rubber that seals the window had been rolled over/pushed down and had dirt/sand in it which was the cause of the scratches at original installation . This place is a joke, They do not stand by there work. DO NOT USE THIS GUYS THEY SUCK AND ARE UNPROFESSIONAL !!!
