Went to this place for years until the owner decided to take his frustrations out on me because HIS equipment isn’t working properly. I politely ask why the wash wasn’t working and he just got rude for no reason. Over the years I ignored the fact that sometimes some features in the self wash wouldn’t work or the vacuum lacked power just because it was the only place near me that I could self wash but from now on I’ll go elsewhere. I won’t spend another dime at this place.

Went here on the way home and selected the best wash they had to offer...what a huge disappointment!! There was no soap in the system, we 'presoaked' in water. While still in the car wash, I called the listed number on Google only to find out it was disconnected. We're going to head home now and wash the truck. Big fat waste of money.

I'm picky about my car, and there's many places I won't take my car through.. but splish splash is my favorite! Touch free is guaranteed to not leave scratches, unlike the ones with the huge brushes that ruin your paint! Make sure you pull your car in, and do it right though... The manager was on sight, and I had a few questions about the wash. I believe his name was Billy? But he was eager to help and made sure I was pleased with how well the car wash done! Couldn't be more pleased!

Terrible facilities to try and clean your car in. Tried to use this location twice. First time the bays didn’t work at all. Second time I went was today and the machine would start, run for 45 seconds then shut off. I’ve lost $7 in quarters now and have soap on my tires and can’t even rinse it off. What a scam

Don’t go here and loose your money swiped my card at the self wash area and started washing my car for about a minute then the machine just shuts off even though I had over 6 minutes left. Call the owner and Right from the jump is hostile and had a attitude with me even though his place of business just took my money. Not the first time I’ve lost money here but it was the first time calling. Horrible place with a HORRIBLE OWNER DON’T GO HERE

Terrible. Save your money- the car wash started and put soap on the car and then promptly stopped. $16 for the car wash to have to leave and find another one. Go elsewhere

I just went through the car wash and it only washed and dried one side of my car. I'm guessing it is because the arm that goes around the car to wash it is being held on by zip ties which prevents the arm from moving correctly. Last time I was here I used the other bay and it soaped up my car and stopped working. It's the last time I'm wasting money here.

Lost $11.00 at this place. I put in my money, the wash sprayed my car with soap and then it quit. I called the number and the guy who answered was less than helpful. Said if I wanted to hang around for an half an hour, he would come up there. The manual washes wouldn't accept bills so I couldn't even spray off the soap. I needed a quick car wash, and couldn't do it at home with a driveway already full of standing water. Don't waste your time. If you do, cross your fingers that the machines work.

The person answering the phone is completely rude and hostile. I called to report the car wash stopped operating during mid wash and the PERSON who answered the phone was combative. I did not request a refund I simply wanted to inform him his credit card machine and the wash weren't operating properly. This is the second time I called and the second time the jerk answering was rude. If you don't like customer service or the public find another line of work. I'm glad to see there are other businesses popping up.

IT HIT MY CAR - Bought the $16 touchless wash and it hit the front of my car after it was half covered in soap which caused the entire wash to stop and tell me to drive out. Then I went to the self wash bays and there was no spot free to rinse the car with. The nozzle just shuts off and nothing comes out at all. Then I try to call the phone number listed for comments but the area code is not listed with the phone number so it takes you to some automated b.s. answering service that has nothing to do with the car wash itself. Will be reporting this credit card transaction as fraud so I can get my money back and never coming back to this place.

I used a credit card the other day in one of the self wash bays. I usually get 9 minutes to wash but only got 3 minutes. Since I needed more time, I put in 3 dollar bills, which is the minimum to get the machine running. I only got 1 minute of time. This place just gets worse every time I visit.

Called because it stopped during polish and waited! Call the number never identified himself as the business and said go around there was 4 cars behind me. I wanted my money back and he said don't come back! No tefund.

My favorite place to clean my vehicle, for starters its never to busy to get your car/truck cleaned but i love the fact you can use your card instead of inserting dollars and or coins which I barely keep on me these days.

This place sucks. It sucks so hard it seems like intentional criminality. The automated machine does such a poor job it's comical and if you do it yourself the credit card machines will double and triple charge you. The vacuum pressure is clogged or weak. It could not be more of a crappy car wash.

Machine stopped working mid wash!!! Soap was still on my daughter's car, and she had to move from the bay, get in line behind other cars to finish her wash, and that one didn't work!!!😡😡😡😡 Just a sketchy, no good establishment!

I bought the second-to-highest tier after waiting forever behind someone else. The receipt never printed out and the wash stopped a couple of seconds in as though it was done, but I even still had suds on my windshield. I tried repositioning and it just kept telling me to get out. I went to the new GO Car Wash down the street which was awesome.
