The car wash is well maintained. The owner and staff are friendly and accommodating. The ceramic coating always looks very nice, I’ve had the Splashy’s Xtreme package for 6 months and have always been happy with the results.

Met the owners at a previous job of mine in Murfreesboro and had to check out their place. I was greeted by a clean, welcoming facility and the staff were absolutely amazing as well. I had been going to another car wash in town and it had left streaks on my car and overall didn’t wash it properly. However, after going through the wash at Splashy’s, my car looks like it was washed by hand and I couldn’t be happier. I had chalk on my back windows for a friends birthday and there are no streaks or residue left at all. The complimentary towels, and window cleaner were a super sweet addition. I overall can’t be happier with the service and the people who work at/own Splashy’s. On top of it all the car wash is a local business with owners who really strive to provide excellent service to the community. I will never go back to another car wash, I couldn’t recommend Splashy’s more. Thank you to the owners for being so kind and accommodating.

Visiting from out of town and NEEDED a car wash. Absolutely the best customer service ever. I had a few questions before we committed to pulling our beloved car into an unknown hallway of spinning brushes. Chatted with two guys at the entrance, super nice guys! Then after washing was greeted by the owner, Kelly, who thanked us for the business and showed us where to grab a couple towels and window spray. Rock solid customer service, just the type of place it’s easy to spend $ at.

Excellent car wash with very reasonable prices. Vacuums, towels and cleaning products are neatly set up for your use after you drive through the car wash. They offer different annual packages to fit your needs. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Was here for quite a bit cleaning out of my suv full of kiddo and gardening remnants. Wash is great and grateful for the rags and window cleaner. Vacuums are strong and I wasn't hassled for my taking my time cleaning. I saw everuthing from fancy sports cars to usef clunkers come through here. Loved it, Will be back more frequently!

Tons of reasons for a 5-star rating so I’ll just list them out: - Quality of car wash- actually cleans your car well - Cheaper than other car washes close by - Always clean with towels/ glass cleaner fully stocked - Owner is very present, welcomes everyone, and makes sure they know about amenities - Staff is always kind and working hard Not only did the owner, Kelly, help me remove some stubborn bugs that didn’t come out in the wash, but he also installed my new license plate for me when I asked if he had an extra screw (I accidentally vacuumed one up while detailing my car). This is customer service you won’t get from a large enterprise! I love this locally owned car wash and can’t wait for Splashy’s Clown Town haunted car wash next month 😆🎃👻

Have tried several car washes since we moved back to the Boro. Splashy's is my favorite. Appreciate them hand washing the back window of my SUV and protecting the rear wipe with a plastic bag. Our car comes out looking great. Highly recommend!

I have read tons of awesome reviews about Splashy’s! I went first thing this morning to wash my truck that I am trying to sell. I purchased the Splish n’ Splash, and for the most part, it did a good job. The part that made it have 3 stars is that when I parked to clean the inside, I noticed that my truck still had a few dirty spots, and it was still soaking wet. It was as though the dryers never even worked. I had to use the towels to dry my truck off, so it wouldn’t leave water spots everywhere. I was not the only one either. I noticed another vehicle that had to dry their own car off. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal, and it’s not, but if I buy a wash partly to get it dried, it should be dried. I really like how they have glass cleaner and towels for you to use! I really want to like this place because of so many awesome reviews!! I will be back at a later date to see if it is any better.

Murfreesboro. You have one of the best locally owned car wash facilities I have ever had the pleasure to go to. Kelly the owner works super hard greeting customers and makes sure everyone and everything is taken care of. Do yourself a favor, go by Splashys see Kelly and get a fantastic car wash. Oh, and dont forget free vacuum, rags, and window cleaner to use.

The price was reasonable, but my car wash was stopped several times while I was in the washing station and the vacuums sucked. The vacuums are all taped up and cracking on the sides, which I think is causing poor suction and weird noises while vacuuming. I had to make several passes in the same area just to make sure that it was all vacuumed. The vacuum attachment head is big and bulky and doesn’t fit in all the tight spaces and crevices in your car. To get to these tight spaces, you’ll have to maneuver the tubing and the vacuum head in weird directions just to make sure you’re able to vacuum that area because the vacuum head attachment is not movable and it is stuck facing one direction. There is also no mat cleaners and when you’re washing your car, part of that is cleaning your mats. When trying to vacuum my mats, I couldn’t even get all of the stuff off of them because the vacuums sucked. Also, the vacuum on the passenger side of my car was not working, so when I went to vacuum on that side, I was having to pull the vacuum From the driver side through my car or around the car to be able to vacuum the passenger side of my car. I will not be going again.

The reviews didn't match my experience. The girl at the front of the car half ass sister the front, painting little attention. She got the driver side front ish. The girl in the bank only wiped down lightly with a microfiber cloth. Nobody touched the right front, right or left rear of the car at all. Anyone want to guess where the bug splatter stayed after the car wash? The wash itself was good until the end where you'd expect it to dry at least to a decent level. It did not. And if it's busy, I see why you need to cram one car just inches from the next. It's Saturday and there were only 2 cars in the line and they had us as extremely close to the car in front. They should have spent that concern on the purpose of cars coming to a car wash; to leave clean. Train your full team for consistent activity.

I have been a long time customer of Splashy’s and have always been so pleased with their car wash. Equally as great though are the top notch, young adult employees that always show kindness, a wave, and a smile while working hard. The lot is always clean, and I always feel safe… and the owner is there everyday working hard himself, which is not always the case with other car washes in town. There’s so many car wash options in Murfreesboro, but no one can beat Splashy’s on the wash and extra free services (vacuum, window spray, and towels) they provide. When you leave there, your car is ACTUALLY clean!

We've washed our car here for a long time. But today we didn't have a good experience. The vacuums were terrible! We went to 2 different ones and they would barely clean the carpet!!! They had zero suction power!! And the cleaner must have been water. It was horrible. I will definitely be finding me another car wash after today!!!
