Basic do-it-yourself car wash. $4 for 2 minutes. Token exchange machine was in order. But WHY OH WHY can you not get your quarters/tokens back if you don't have enough to start the wash??? Lost $3.25 the other day 😮💨

I like this brand of self-service car wash. This location is great except there are no pavement markings for the flow of traffic through the stalls. I was almost struck by a driver entering when I was trying to leave. Other than that, the location is great and it's easy to wash a car here.

Kimble was an angel! Such a sweet and kind gentleman. I don’t feel safe at all washing my car if I’m the only one in the car wash, so I called ahead to see if there would be an agent present, and when I expressed my concern for safety, the gentleman on the phone assured me that there is usually multiple cars and safety shouldn’t be an issue, but he will contact one of the agents who would be bouncing between one of the other branches near by and would let me know where he’d be. I ended up driving to one which was closer and there Kimble was. My car really needed a scrub, he didn’t hesitate to assist with that either. Definitely going back. Thank you for the service and for making me feel safe!

Great for a quick wash and vacuum, if you can find one that works, it's a great wash.

I gave 4 stars because I couldn’t use my card for the vacuum. Otherwise, this place satisfies all my needs for a self-service car wash. Equipment is always working.

The gentleman that works there was great with answering my questions and helping me figure out the coin / Credit card machine and how to use the pressure washing settings dial. On 5 / 5 / 25

I used my credit card to spray my car off. It was supposed to charge me 4$ but I was charged 15$ for 4 minutes of spray. DO NOT USE A CARD. Use quarters, it’s safer. Very disappointing

The service attendant is the kindest man!!! He saw I was parked in spot that was flooded and he had me move my vehicle and give me a free wash for the inconvenience! Such a genuinely nice person. Someone please give this man a raise!!!!!

Brought my car here on a weekday at around 2pm and there was no wait. Tokens are a pain. I brought cash to avoid being “scammed” using card as reported in reviews. But the guy next to me used card and that seemed way faster and more convenient. Aside from the extra time putting dollars in the change machine to get tokens then inserting 16 tokens into the machine slowly (as instructed) for 3min of water, no issues. Water pressure: great Vacuum: great I brought my own soap and bucket. $4 to fill bucket and pre-rinse car $4 to rinse off soap $2-4 to vacuum car All and all I had no issues with this place. Luckily I didn’t encounter anyone asking for change/sketchy ppl. Never felt unsafe. I saw a few fancy cars here but for the most part just normal folks. I’ll be back.

Lots of bays, they accept cards, fairly clean. Watch out when you exit, that driveway ramp is steep. Definitely don’t play music loud. There’s a banner that says you will be fined 💰

I have a skybox on top of my car so I frequent self wash places often. This is my new fav self car wash in Portland. Clean, many spaces, equipment runs well (even hot water from spray!) and manager is friendly. I’ll be back.

Equipment works great. Just remember if you’re using a card to push the button when you are done. The switch doesn’t stop the charges when turned to off. Prices are a little steep. Would like to save 2-3 bucks every time I wash my bikes there.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at the self-service car wash located at 7111 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland, OR 97211. I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for decades, with my family consistently giving them our business since the 80s. However, the treatment I received during this incident has shattered any semblance of trust I had in them. During my visit, I used their machinery, specifically the water pressure system, to wash my car. To my utter dismay, I discovered that the force of the water actually stripped off a significant amount of paint from my vehicle. Naturally, I immediately brought this issue to the attention of the manager on duty, who assured me that they would resolve the matter promptly. But here's where things took a turn for the worse: it has been nearly a month since that interaction, and the manager has left me on "read" the entire time, completely ignoring my attempts to reach out for updates or any form of resolution. This level of disregard for a loyal customer, especially one who has been patronizing their business for generations, is not just disappointing but also highly disrespectful. The fact that I am now forced to take legal action against the self-service car wash is a testament to their complete and utter failure in customer service. I had hoped for a reasonable and amicable resolution, but their unwillingness to acknowledge my concerns and address the damage they caused has left me with no other choice. It is both unfortunate and disheartening that a long-standing relationship means nothing to them. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before visiting this self-service car wash. If they cannot handle a simple issue caused by their own equipment, what assurance do you have that they will provide quality service or take responsibility for any damage that may occur during the car wash? Save yourself the hassle, disappointment, and potential financial loss by choosing a more reliable and customer-oriented car wash establishment. In summary, my experience at this self-service car wash was nothing short of a nightmare. The damage caused to my vehicle and the subsequent lack of response from the manager have left me feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. I implore anyone reading this review to consider alternative options and avoid this establishment at all costs. Your time, money, and vehicle's well-being are better off elsewhere. **UPDATE** It is now August 8, 2023 and I still have yet to hear anything back from this business. They have ignored my calls and text messages. I don't want to take something so minor to court, however their lack of professionalism is absolutely incredible.

Perfect pit stop to make before getting to their destination. The car show at the Expo Center. About 3.5 miles north of Splash and Dash.

Been going here on and off for a few years because I can't take my car to a drive through car wash. Left today with a car that was barely cleaner than when I arrived. I do not recommend this car wash, you're better off using a bucket of soap at home.

Easily the scammiest self wash I’ve ever been to. $4 gets you maybe 3 minutes and it takes a good 10-15 seconds for it to switch from soap to rinse. Use a credit card and they will almost certainly charge you double. All the brushes are down to the nubs. Never again.
