I took my car there yesterday and was told it would be 2-1/2 hours. Never got a call or text as they stated. Came back 3 hours later and the car was still sitting there. The guy stated my car wouldn't start and that they had texted me. I confirmed the number before I left. The guy wrote it down wrong but said it was right. I got in my car after I called my husband and told him what happened. Ended up driving away. Will find someone reliable. WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

Beyond pissed. Just spent $100 and waited 3 hours just to be told that the outside wouldn't be touched. If this was told to me to begin with I would of paid to have it done. Now I'm off to a car wash to spend more money for it to be washed. Thank you for making me a fool. Won't happen twice. Management, Since you have disabled me to reply back to you. I'll just edit my post. First, you must have me confused with another customer. When I drove off today I was clearly in a dodge ram. Secondly, your staff should clearly state to a customer what is being done. I believe I told her I wanted it ALL done but my main focus was the inside because of the dog hair. (Clearly why I went to have it detailed). I have had not 1 but 3 company's quote me. So as for your prices you're full of it. Now as for me tipping your staff for being professional and working on my vehicle clearly was my mistake, according to you. I actually told him I would of NEVER had them do it if she told me it did NOT cover the outside. So I complained to him and then online. These guys are busting their rears in this Florida heat… did an immaculate job with my jeep compass for $98 (got the mini detail package). I’ve paid more than that for big businesses to do what these guys did in half the time... and BETTER. These guys far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back! Thanks so much guys! Super happy with the results.

I went In for a full interior detail around 12:15 on Saturday. I was supposed to get the entire interior wiped down, my leather cleaned and my carpets and mats shampooed. I called before going and the guy on the phone told me it would be $95 for the full interior and for the outside wash. But when I got there they told me something different. It was $100 just for the full interior detail and would cost more to get the exterior washed. Even though I was told two different things I went ahead with the service since my car has a matte paint and they told me they didn’t have any special soap for my car. I told them to just do the interior. I was told it would be 3 1/2 hours before they even touch my car. Since I was there to shop anyways I decided to go ahead and leave it. They called me a little after 4 to tell me my car was ready but when I opened my car door I couldn’t believe it. It was still crumbs on the floor in the front and the back. On top of the mat and under the mat. Also, you can tell they didn’t even touch the doors at all. I saw that another customer had similar concerns so when the woman(don’t know her name) was done with her car, I told here about my concerns. She came over with a rag and wiped down the doors and some other spots she saw that they missed. She also pulled my car up and did another vacuum. She seems sincere about it and apologized for the half job that was done but one of the guys that was up there had the nerve to have an attitude. They just did a sorry job. To be honest with you I’m questioning rather they even shampoo my carpets and mats. Last time they did the full interior the service was so much better and when I left my mats were still a tad bit damp. This time they were very dry so I don’t think they shampoo them at all. Got my questioning rather they actually cleaned my leather or did they just do a quick wipe down. I will never be back.

Well worth the price. People leaving comments here need to realize this is not a dealership detailing for the brand new car look, in my experience that is at least $200. To be fair they did miss some spots but when I pointed it out they fixed it easily and without question. Paid $65 (plus tip) for full exterior with interior vacuum and wipe down. We’ll be back.

I was looking for a new car detailing spot since the one I was going to off Atlantic blvd moved, and came across this place. Now when I pulled up it was only me and the guy said it would be a long wait since it was only him, I said cool no problem cuz my car really needed to be cleaned. So I sat at the bench they provided for about 1 hour and 30 minutes give or take. When they were finished (cuz a second guy showed up), I was charged $70. I asked the original guy I spoke to from the beginning that “I thought it was $55” like I had seen on their site. He proceeded to say that because of my car size (in which he’s entailing that my car is a large car) that it was $65 plus $5 taxes. So I called my bf and asked him if he would consider my car a large car? He said no! I even asked ChatGPT lol if my Honda civic 4 door sedan, would be considered a large car, and it also said no. It would be considered a small car. So I think it’s safe to assume that because I’m a female they figured why not take advantage of this lady and over charge! Then I find it amusing that they would suggest I leave a tip! lol sir you got your tip in my over charged payment. Overall they did a good enough job, but they lost a potential loyal customer.

Terrible experience.Didnt clean my roof so I called and the guy said bring it back we will fix it.Pull car in get out and the owner starts yelling at me to not park there,After I was told to park there.She was very rude.Nevermind an apology for having to come back after I tipped them 20.00 on a 65.00 wash.Guys were very nice and took care of it but I will never be back.

I had 1800 miles of bugs and dirt that a typical car wash couldn’t handle. These guys & girl did an amazing job on my truck. In less than an hour they made it looks new again.

Disappointed, I had a detail performed several years ago with this vender and the experience was good. Returning was a mistake; I specifically requested that no “Armor All” be used on the interior; however the negligent and inexperienced technical applied anyhow- leaving the seats and door panels slick and oily which I hate; not to mention the nauseating smell. In addition, my digital odometer display was scratched; causing irreversible damage which I’ll try to include a photo of. For $95; I anticipated that I’d receive a professional “mini detail” with top rated equipment/chemicals that have minimum or pleasant odor with no slick grease look and feel on the interior. My advise is to stay clear, better detail services out there for less. I wish I had never came and that I didn’t have to stare at the scratches or smell the armor all or sit on the once supple, but now slick leather seats.

I hate to spread negativity, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience. I paid $120 for a mini detail on my truck and was left extremely disappointed with the results. I would never return to Splash Eco Auto Spa—I’m now going to have to spend well over an hour cleaning up the mess they made inside the truck. From the moment I inspected the vehicle, it was clear the job was rushed and poorly done. The exterior was still visibly dirty in several areas, including behind the door handles. The truck bed looked untouched, as if it hadn’t even been rinsed with water marks everywhere. The interior was no better. There were multiple missed spots in the vacuuming, and the cracks and crevices—supposed to be blown out per the service description—were still full of dust and debris. Worst of all, everything inside was drenched in Armor All, which had been sprayed on unevenly and without cleaning surfaces first. It left streaks, residue, and spray marks everywhere, making the interior look worse than before, absolutely terrible. I was shocked at how quickly the job was declared “done,” but now it’s obvious why—it was barely a “mini detail” at all. This was a complete waste of money, and I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone expecting even a basic level of care for your vehicle.

Washed my Corvette twice and both times RICO did an amazing job! Seriously this dude is committed. I came to them on my way to a business meet and needed a quick clean. He went above and beyond to get me out of there in time. Not only that, he’s PASSIONATE about his craft. I know this place had some bad reviews in the past but everything changed now that Rico is there. Heck he even has Tattoos of almost every car on him. He’s dedicated. He may seem a certain way to some but give him a shot. He’s very professional, courteous and a hard worker. He tipped him well both times because he deserves it! I’d start a car detail company if I could guarantee guys like Rico were working with me!

the 1st picture is before wash, and the rest pictures are after wash. I have been this shop twice. 1st time in summer of 2019, the second time was last week 12/5/2020. I chose the $95 complete interior and exterior wash on 12/5/2020. Overall the service was pretty good but i would not say it's great though as there are still many details inside the car were not taken care of (see the pictures). If you are looking for a place to get your car cleaned once a while and you do not want to do it yourself and you are ok to spend about $100, this would be the right place for you. However, if you are looking for a place to make your car become as clean and nice as new, i honestly do not think they are at that level yet. After i paid by credit card, the owner/manager told me that the receipt will be texted to me momentarily, however, i never received that. Although i actually do not need to the receipt to do any reimbursement or what not. But this somehow shows the detail level that the owner/worker is on.

Very disappointed. I paid $100 to get a good clean (ready to sell), and it was a very VERY unprofessional job. I had to go buy my own armor-all wipes and do the job after I got home. Then I had to go vacuum the trunk and rear mats. I hope the manager re-evaluates who he leaves on his team. See images below… unreal that the team gave a car back like this. Also, the mats were just thrown back in the back seat and not placed correctly. I took pics after I fixed that unfortunately. The guy that helped me was very nice, I’ll give them that (as kindness goes).. they just didn’t take pride in their job. Attention to detail should be a skill of people paid to detail cars. SMH

The problem with this place is that they are comfortable. There is no pressure to do a good job or be professional because there aren’t really other options in the area and it is prime location. Drop your car off, go shop, come pick your car up later. Paid for a mini detail and had smudges on the windows, dirt & sand still all through the car and on the seats and they only bothered to vacuum where it was visible. There were streaks all over my car… it was terrible. Then they can’t make up their mind whether they want you to call to make an appointment or walk up. We repeatedly asked on the phone if we had to make an appointment & the guy said “We open at 2 today” and I said “Got it but the last time we came up there we were told we needed an appointment” at which time he LITERALLY could have politely and professionally said “No you don’t need an appointment” or “Yes make an appointment online” what did he say instead you ask?. He condescendingly said, “We open at 2 today”. So we will be on the hunt for a new car detailer. We pay way too much money getting our 3 cars cleaned to be treated like an annoyance. I hope someone opens up on the other side of the Town Center one day, there are so many of us fed up with this place we would gladly patronize them.

It was terrible. They had enough time to do their job well. There was sand left in the car, all the glass was streaked, the varnish elements were left in greasy stains. I do not recommend anyone to go there if you have nowhere to spend $ 100. It is terrible.

Updated review: thank you to Josh for receiving my concerns and promptly, addressing and fixing the issues! He took my car back in and was able to resolve all of the prior concerns that I had related to the quality control. His professionalism and detail oriented mindset is a huge part of what has sparked the follow up review. I hope his guys working for him can become as detailed as he is. Original review: I loved with this company used to be. I went there about a year ago now, and got one of the best detailing experiences of my life with my vehicle at the time. Today I went in because I had the expectation of quality of service that was set a year ago. Needless to say, my expectations were not met. There were countless spots where I had to point out to the younger gentleman that were working there that had not been cleared of wax, they were common areas inside of the vehicle that were not cleared out of dust and more. Notably, the roof on the inside of the vehicle has clear signs of dirt that should have been removed that we’re not even touched. I have been in contact with the owner and he assured me that the issue will get resolved so I’ll provide an update after a follow up visit on the quality of work. For references, the white smudges you see in the pictures are spots where wax was left on the vehicle. And the pictures of the interior shows the worst parts of the roof that weren’t even addressed. ****What I might recommend to the company is implementing some sort of quality control person to check over each vehicle that’s finished to ensure the price charge accurately reflects the quality expected on the vehicles. Customers shouldn’t have to worry about double checking or having to address quality of work when they’re spending hundreds of dollars on a single car wash.
