Money down the drain. The car came out dirtier then it went in. I think the machine just transfers the dirt and grime from one car to the other. Not going back.

Used their service twice now as it’s right by my doctor’s office but I’m not impressed. I agree with one previous review that mentions “folding the mirrors”. When the wash is done the mirrors are either still dirty or soapy inside. If all the rollers (brushes) were made of a softer material, maybe they would do a better job removing all the dirt. Overall ok if you just need a quick wash.

I just left here after paying over $20 for a wash. I should have checked before I drove away but they didn't touch the front bumper or hood or rear of my car at all before it went through the carwash. So it came out not very clean. Pretty disappointed ☹️

Best AUTOMATIC CAR WASH around. No it doesn’t get every single crevice but yes it does a great job! If you buy into the towel program and give it a quick wipe after the wash, your car will come out sparkling! Employees are great, always helpful when needed. And you can’t beat the prices! Definitely worth it!

Had gone today to get an Ultra Wash. After my car wash there were spots untouched. Under all my wheels were completely untouched. Grime and leaves still on it. So disappointed especially for a $19 car wash

Got the basic car wash. Didn't expect great wash but did expect it to get most of the dirt off and rinse the soap off. Not even close. Now I have soap residue all over my vehicle. Not worth the $14

To be fair, it’s winter in Vermont so i don’t expect this to be perfect, but overall there isn’t much point in going to splash in the winter. My truck came out with snow and slush still all over the tailgate and bumper, and my side mirrors were covered in soap suds still to the point where i couldn’t use the side mirrors. I went in and told them it was a poor job and what to do to at least get the suds off so i could use the mirrors and they said basically it’s winter and not much we can do. They did send me through again, but even going through twice didn’t get the truck very clean. I didn’t bother asking for anything else because it’s apparent the car wash just doesn’t work in the winter very well, so i left. For a $19 car wash i would definitely not recommend going here, especially during the winter. You’ve been warned haha.

This car wash seriously needs an update. Always leave soap on the passenger side of the vehicle, never gets the wheels evenly if you have the bubble bath price pack, the rents never does a good enough job there's always soap left on the vehicle as I've mentioned, they need to bump up the water pressure on the final rinse and it would be a much better functioning system. it never reads your license plate the right way either you always have to wait for an attendant to come out and manually let you through. Overall this car wash performs at a very poor level if you sadly have a subscription to Splash Drive the extra distance to the Shelburne location at least their wash functions properly

Awesome car wash for monthly unlimited washes! The staff is very attentive and very friendly. Very efficient in summer, winter you better have at-least an hour to wait in line. They have three auto scan lanes and always only have one maybe two open with line going well into the street. Need to make $40 monthly passes more streamlined. Not waiting an hour each time.

All of the workers are super friendly and helpful anytime there’s an issue especially the Manager! I love being able to wash and vacuum my car daily and especially drying/vacuuming in a covered heated space in the Winter. I purchased a black car that never seems to stay clean so spending $30-50/month on detailing it is a good value in my opinion. I love the towel program and hope that never goes away. I’d say my only complaint is that the air dry portion is too short especially on the backside of my car.

Have to say I am disappointed with the new owners, but seems to go along with everything these days. You pay more and get less. The prior owners used to have someone who cleaned the back of the vehicle with a brush before going through the car wash as they knew the brushes in the wash didn't get all the dirt off especially if you have a hatchback....that doesn't happen now. I guess it's worth the effort in the winter to get the salt off, but in the warmer weather I went back to washing the vehicles myself. ☹️

Just got my car washed here and it looks amazing! The staff were friendly, quick, and really paid attention to detail. My car came out spotless inside and out — even the rims and mats look brand new. Great prices and great service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Loved it when they first opened. Staff aren’t as friendly at all now. They also won’t prewash your vehicle now so comes out dirty. Especially the back. I asked and was told nope. Kind of a bummer. Car washes should be fun.

Splash Carwash is officially my go to for both my family cars and my fleet. The wash does an incredible job, I’m honestly shocked at how clean my rims get and how well the tires shine, something I’ve never been able to find anywhere else. The equipment is clearly well-maintained, and the products are applied generously, which is a huge upgrade from other chains with run-down machines that barely work. Nick was extremely helpful and welcoming, and it’s obvious he takes pride in running a great operation. Keep up the great work, you’ve earned a customer for life.

I recently got the slip stream package offer from splash and I have to say out of all there services this one was well worth it! Grayson took his time and hand applied the ceramic coating for a beautiful finish. Usually im at least satisfied with the quick wash but this made my car look brand new. Would recommend!
