You could better spend your money elsewhere. Paid $35 for ‘The Works’ and left with soap marks all over my car and some scratches from the rags that they simply rinse in a bucket of dirty water from previous cars. Probably could’ve gotten the same outcome by just going through the quick wash. Also, don’t let them fool you by their special of ‘1 Month of free washes’ is just their way of tricking you into their unlimited membership without you acknowledging it. It’s definitely not worth the money.

I would like to recommend and compliment all of the people that work at Splash Carwash in Bedford Hills especially Paul who was Instrumental in making sure my daughter‘s car was cleaned and cleared of an extensive mouse nest which was in the air filter and air conditioning system. They did a fantastic job. It’s amazing how many services they provide, including a new cabin air filter and antibacterial spray and duct cleaning. I highly recommend this car wash. They went above and beyond and a pleasure to deal with everybody there is so nice and helpful.

One star due to not able to post without stars. I am afraid this car wash is off my list of places to wash my new car. Both carwashes in this neighborhood are incredibly bad. They should be ashamed of how they run their business. The cars get scratched and they are not cleaned. EVERYTIME i go here I say I will never go back and a few months later I give them another try and again, regret sets in. The worst part is the drying process. The Blowers don't work and the cloth used instead is week and soaking wet so the car drives out soaking wet. Then the single, poor sole at the hand drying station is alone and is in such a rush to move on to the next car that they do a horrible job drying the car. Again, I am NEVER going to this place. I rather wash it myself at home and leave it dirty in the winter if need be. My photos are not great as my car is dark blue so unfortunately they do not show how bad the car is. It takes me 20+ minutes of hand drying and cleaning my car when i get home! What is the point and what am I paying for??!!

Came in for a car wash cause my truck was slightly dirty came out, was still dirty went back in for another wash still the same thing ( got the works twice ) none the less all the marks and and soap stains from the rags and a half done dry job leaving water spots all over the windows and paint. dirt still all over the running boards and in the fender wells and undercarriage. unbelievable

I have had a monthly service at Bedford Splash Car Wash to get my brand new 2024 truck hand washed, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. Every scratch on my truck is at waist height, which coincidentally is the same height as the plastic bottles dangling from the employees’ pockets. This suggests that the bottles are scratching the paint as they move around the vehicle. Additionally, I observed the staff standing on the towels they use to dry off my truck. They then continued to wipe down the rest of the vehicle with the same dirty towel, which is completely unacceptable. This lack of attention to detail and care has left my truck with scratches and potentially dirty streaks. I expected a professional and meticulous hand wash, but instead, I received subpar service that has damaged my vehicle. I will not be returning to Bedford Splash Car Wash and would caution others to think twice before trusting them with their vehicles.

Paid almost $50 for a interior that wasnt even touch, left dirty, streaks all over my car after drying. I asked what's the point paying so much if the interior is dirty, told me its because I got spray foam soap. That interior is separate. Social media got these car washes delusional. Now everything is à la carte

I was shopping around for a miracle on a project car that was completely dirty. I would not have friends or family even get in the car because of how dirty and horrible it smelled. I spoke to Tony at the car wash and not only did he give me the best price he assured me the staff will do their best to make it clean. So for the price it was worth taking a risk as other detailing places was charging me $250 and up. When the car was done not only was it as clean as it could possible get but the smell of cigarettes and mildew is completely gone. I highly recommend this place and for the price they charge I promise you it’s worth it. It’s worth traveling within the tristate area to get your car detailed. Moving forward I will never go somewhere else. Thanks a lot Splash Car Wash you won a customer for life.

Paul and his crew are the best. I’m a regular customer and I came in with a problem with my car. He and his team gave me the VIP treatment to handle my car problem. While I waited they made me feel at home. In a time where customer service is at a all time low. They exceeded expectations!!!

They do a decent job when the managers are watching which is rare. Really disappointed with the attitude I get from multiple crew guys. You would think maybe those guys shouldnt be the ones dealing with people. I have had a membership for multiple years and it is getting more and more frustrating every time I go.

I have been here before. 36 dollars for an exterior wash and vacuum only. Had to pull over and wipe the car down on my own. The rear window had streaks all over it as well, I couldn't see out of it well. If I was the owner/manger I would hire someone to do nothing but stand outside and make sure all the vehicles are tended to properly. I left there very annoyed. Really 36 dollars for that?

Came in for a wash, Paid for the works( i think it starts at $24.99??? and you can add ceramic option and Salt-X. which i got both for a good deep clean) And my truck came out just as dirty and grimy as it went. paid for the wheel clearer too wheels are still left dirty and full of break dust, windows still dirty, dirt and grime still left on the trunk door and front of car. dirt and streak marks from their towels all over the doors and roof, this has happened to me before here and i still gave it another chance. Service and hospitality here is always amazing and friendly. But overall not good washes ( Quick note: It took me a quick 10-15 minutes with a wet rag and some detailer at home to fully get everything off)

I had a great experience when I got my vehicle detailed here about a month ago, so I decided to bring a family member’s car in for a $50 hand wash. I was really surprised to find that the service didn’t include even a basic interior wipe down. When I returned to speak with someone about it, I did so respectfully, but was met with rudeness. I was told they would vacuum it again, but before I could even get the kids out of the car, they started, which scared my 2-year-old niece. I ended up having to use the free vacuum area myself. I can acknowledge that I may have chosen the wrong service option, but for $50, it feels unreasonable not to include a simple interior wipe. Between the lack of service and the way I was spoken to, I won’t be returning.

What can I say? Paul is definitely the man! I met him at the auto show at the Jacob Javits Center in Manhattan NY and it’s been a wonderful experience every step of the way. I purchased the ceramic pro Gold package and it was worth every penny. The craftsmanship is evident, and the attention to detail is what I appreciate. The car even looks better than when I bought it from the dealership. I’ll be back again when I purchase my next car. I’m looking forward to the next adventure! Thanks again Paul and the entire crew!

Very disappointed in the way my car turned out for the insane amount of money I paid. Looks like something was sprayed all over the inside of my car and not wiped down, same thing on the outside, infotainment center was cloudy and streaky, random spots all over the car inside and out. It was like they just didn’t care and was in a rush and for a hand car wash I would expect a little more attention to detail especially for almost $90

UPDATE I want to update my review because after my experience, I spoke directly with the manager, and he was very kind, professional, and understanding. He took the time to listen to my concerns and genuinely tried to help resolve the issue, which I really appreciated. You can tell he cares about customer satisfaction and making things right. Even though my initial service didn’t meet expectations, the way the manager handled everything made a big difference. Thank you for taking responsibility and helping me with my problem — that level of customer service matters. I paid for the highest-tier car wash, including wax and shine, expecting a spotless finish. Unfortunately, the job was quite disappointing. As shown in my photos, the door sills and interior panels were left dusty, and the edges around the floor mats were not properly cleaned. The wheels also had dirt left on them. For the price, I honestly could have done a better job myself. Very disappointing
