Both exterior and interior poorly cleaned. I bought the Super Shine Hand Wash (advertised as Foam Polish, Clearcoat Sealer, Undercarriage Wash, Windows Cleaned, Interior Vacuumed, Dash & Door Jambs Wiped, Full Service Hand Wash). Obvious dirt left on hood, inner side of side mirrors not cleaned, mats came back dirtier than they were. The location is convenient and the staff is courteous.

Fantastic service at this car wash. Michael was super helpful in guiding me to the perfect wash, and Gabby at the desk was wonderfully friendly and patient. I hadn't washed my car in months so I needed to make sure the door jambs were cleaned. I just let them know what I needed and I'm really happy with the outcome. They made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Happy to recommend.

Terrible place to waste your money on a car detail. Spent $67 on a everything but hot wax coating cause car is a flat matte paint. Full interior and windows along with shampoo floor mats. Interior and exterior looked terrible. Dash board was worse than when I dropped it off. Water spots everywhere like they didn't even bother to dry it. I understand it was a Sunday but I left car when I went to gym. Never again will I waste my time or money. UPDATE! went back this past Sunday the 24th. Car wash was less busy. Much much better job!

Staff is always friendly and my car always comes out looking awesome. What I love about this place is that it is fast without the harsh brushes like most auto washes have. Their team takes the time to spray and wipe down the cars by hand, only thing that is auto are the soap and dryers. Highly recommend.

Splash Car Wash in Brewster is honestly one of the best. Their customer service is always on point, and they really pay attention to the little details. Every time I go, the service is great. Michael especially makes the experience even better—he’s super cheerful and friendly, and you can tell he really cares about the customers. Definitely recommend this place!

The last few times I’ve gone have brought less than satisfactory results. Today being the worst. The exterior wash was done and my car was stil dirty and smeared. The last time that happened I voiced my opinion and was treated with a nasty attitude I chose to just walk away today knowing I need to find a new car wash. I don’t need the attitude and to be treated disrespectfully.

Based on all the BBB complaints I suspect others are getting the same"bait and switch". On 1/13/2026 I was told I could get unlimited washes for one month for 22.76. The attendant said it was a great deal that would not last long so on 1/22/26 I brought my second car in and was told the same thing for 22.76, then without permission on 2/22/26 2/13/26 I was charged 75.84. I was told this was one month ONLY! Just look at all the other BBB complaints saying the same thing. SENIORS like me are being taken advantage of. STAY AWAY AND REPORT THESE GUYs TO YOUR Credit card COMPANY AND THE BBB of NY and CT!

I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I paid for a full service car wash and this is what my vehicle looked like afterward. There was still soap left all over the back of the car, the dash and windows were still dirty, and the floor mats and carpets were not properly cleaned. It honestly looked like the job was rushed or barely done. What’s even more frustrating is that I reached out to them about the issue and never received a response. If you’re charging for a full service, customers should receive a full service. I gave them the opportunity to make it right and was ignored. Unfortunately, I would not recommend based on this experience.

I love the fact that they have a package you can get where you can go there as much as you want in a month. My only complaint about this location is that they take too long to wash and dry a car. I've been to a Splash in Stamford Connecticut and I'm in and out in 5 mins on a non busy day. Here it's always almost 20 minutes. There's no sense of urgency when it comes to the drying stage of the process. The staff is always friendly and nice but the drying takes too long.
