Warning! I was enrolled in a monthly car wash program without my permission and was charged nearly $70 without my consent. Details: I hadn’t been to the location in a long time, so they definitely kept my information and used it without my authorization. I do not recommend it. Not to mention, they always miss details when washing the car.

Paid $40 for a full service wash and floor mats. Only 1/4 door jams were wiped down (driver’s door only) and interior vacuum was terrible. Photos are from after the wash. Usually love this place but was extremely disappointed this time.

They detailed my car meticulously, picked up the car from my work and stayed AFTER their offices were closed to make sure I got my car. Terrible job for a $45 "the works" car wash. I had to spend 15 minutes cleaning all the spots they missed when I got home. Especially all four wheels and the front grill and hood. The $12 drive through car wash at the gas station down the street does a better job

Despite paying for the hand wash service, Splash left scratches and swirls all around the car. This is a brand new car and the first time it was washed and they ruined the paint. These scratches are found all over the car. Update: I tried to call and email Splash car wash and never received a response. Clearly, they don’t actually care about their customers’ experiences.

Trevor and his team in the Detailing Department at Splash in Cos Cob did an amazing job with my detail appointment. I went in with the “complete five star detail” package and came out with a brand new vehicle-not a single piece of sand or dust could be found. Looked better than when I took it off the dealership lot. Hands down, would book again and highly recommend their services… Exceeded my expectations. Thanks guys!

Just got home after spending $50 for a vacuum and wash to open my back door and see a mess. Doesn't even look as if he attempted to vacuum, which was no surprise because I watched the guy pretend to vacuum the other 5 cars ahead of me. WASTE OF $!! Now I remember why I havent been there in years!

Am a huge fan of the one in Glenbrook but oh my God how bad this location is. Super slow, I pay for full service membership but they rarely wash the floor mats even in Winter with salt all over them. One morning I was car #3 and it took exactly 18 minutes for my car to go into the wash lane. Management needs to change at this location

I waited 75 minutes for my car to be washed for $152. While dozens of cars went through the wash ahead of me, they parked my car in the back, trapped by their ridiculously laid out operational flow.

Updating my previous review. Got the Superior or Super Shine and detail. Wasn’t planning on the detail yet given the fact I just took my sisters 6 month old puppy to the groomers today and to the vet a few weeks ago, I opted in to getting the detail upon arrival to Splash. I just left without being disappointed. It’s immaculate. Thank you. 5 Stars well deserved.

On Aug 16 at around 5:09 PM, I went in for a Super-Interior Cleaning (no exterior). I paid them $85 and waited about 40 min just for them to not even finish the job and leave the interior with the same spots, dust and dirt that I came in with (these spots & dirt could have EASILY been cleaned off). This is the kind of work that you'll pay $85 for. PLEASE see the photos. They worked like they just wanted to rush out and not care. Even when i told the cashier (the guy outside by the booth), he seemed to be reluctant to address the issue. Also, they told me the shampoo on the seats would "dry in 20 min" and at the time of this review, its been well over 1 hr and its STILL just as wet The only thing they did well was vacuum & clean the door sills. I'm quite shocked at the lack of effort AND they'll try to SELL you a monthly membership!! I had to drive home and finish the job myself to make it REALLY clean, you know, $85 worth. That's the 2nd highest price for interior, by the way (Maybe you have to pay that extra 25 for those few spots and crumbs 😂). Please do not waste your money at this location. The only Splash Carwash that seems to be of great quality in the Westchester/Greenwich area is the one in Greenwich directly next to the Mobil station. NOT THIS ONE off Putnam Ave.

Horrible experience. I paid $160 for a full service car wash. They did a horrible job. Missed basically all the dirt on the exterior of the car as shown in attached pictures. They didn't even try! My sideview mirror is practically obscured. They didn't even lift up the inserts in my console to actually clean the cup holder. Incredibly bad. I would go back and demand a refund but I live out of town and had to go immediately. But Ive told my whole family that are in town how terrible this is.
