We paid for a deluxe exterior and interior car wash with hand detailing. When we picked up the car there were several spots on the exterior that were clearly still dirty. The interior had a coffee stain on the dash and the seats were not done. When we spoke to management they informed us that seats were not included… how??? You would expect a premium job for a premium price but we were left very disappointed. We will be looking for a car washing elsewhere.

Save your money and time. Most unprofessional car wash I’ve been to. Such a rushed and lousy cleaning job. I’ve given them MONTHS of service from washes to details hoping it would improve and it never did. I even tried the monthly service at the highest package hoping maybe that would boost the service but to no surprise it was the same outcome. When I went to cancel it today, the cashier could literally not care less. I told her it wasn’t worth it because I still have to go home and clean the car myself all over again. She had No remorse at all. Didn’t apologize to hear that, didn’t ask why don’t even look up at me. Just asked for my card on file and cancelled my service. The only thing this place has going for them and the reasoning for the 1 star is they are consistent. Same horrible outcome time and time again. So if you don’t care about your car and don’t mind the over priced service and you’re okay with being lied to about “hand wash” service, then come on down to splash where every package level gets the same bad service, no better no worse. All they did was scratch up my car.

Don’t waste your money doing the hand wash…the drive through cleans your car better and you pay $12 not $38. I’ve given this place 3 shots and I’m out…there’s other car washes around. Update…Jefferson returned my call and offered to rewatch my car to correct the issues. I appreciated they corrected the problem.

The service used to be great I hoped it was a one off but now I’ve had a few times getting into a dirty car after spending $38-$50. I get it’s not a full detail but there is still lots of sand on the seats and trunk.

Update: They managed to do an even worse job on my wheels this time. I mentioned it to the cashier and he said that is what it’s supposed to look like. He wouldn’t do anything unless I paid another $6. Simply the worst car wash. Friendly service but prices are way too high. I payed $27 and had a big smudge on the inside of my windshield. The wash was called the Wheel Shine. Here is what my wheels looked like.

What did I just pay $45 for? The interior was absolutely not cleaned...and the exterior was rushed. I'm sorry but for a $40 "Works" package I shouldn't have to go home and wipe my interior and clean off spots they missed for an exterior HAND WASH. I definitely have buyers remorse. This place is a rip off.

WOW! Where do I even begin. I worked with Abraham at Splash Car Wash and the whole experience was extremely easy. I went in for just a phase one exterior detail. Abraham offered to do the interior as well for a much lower cost than the two services combined. What incredible value for having the whole car detailed, especially in Greenwich. I always bring my cars here to get washed, but now I will bring them to get detailed as well. truly professional all around and would tell anyone to bring their cars here. Well done Abraham and Splash!

I received the worst service. For $37 I got a quickie vacuum a quick wipe down my windows smeared, and my car washed through an automat. When I left, I realized that my entire right side windows exterior had not been wiped down at all and were completely spotted I had to returnand have them redo them. I didn’t notice that the rest of my windows were a smeary blotchy spotted mess. I should have looked harder prior to giving them a $10 tip all in all it was a waste I would never return.

The scratched my brand new car with the hand wash and then were very defensive about it and tried to say it was my fault. Car also is never fully clean after paying almost $50 for the hand wash. Terrible car wash and customer service. Avoid this place

Swirl mark city. Rude short heavy set man at left side vacuun station. Literal deep scratches all over my car whenever he is handling it. Talking in a different language and laughing the whole time as if it was done on purpose. 25% vacuuming job, windows not even touched. Worst performing Splash locatiion out of all of them. Spare your car and skip this location

I have been a loyal 20+ years customer. My last 2 washes have not been done well. The rims were not properly cleaned both times. The interior was not properly vacuumed. They didn’t even wash my front windshield.

I recently visited Splash and had a thoroughly disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. I paid $50 for what was supposed to be a premium car wash, but when I left, my car was still dirty. The exterior was not properly cleaned, and they claimed to shine the tires, but they looked dull just 10 minutes after leaving. What frustrated me even more was that they ran my car through the wash twice. Despite this extra effort, the result was still subpar. When I pointed out the issues to the staff, a man in charge responded dismissively. Instead of addressing my concerns, he suggested that if I wanted a better result, I should have opted for a more expensive wash. This attitude was incredibly unprofessional and left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Given the price I already paid, I expected much better service. Additionally my car was wet and soapy received it, and my floor mats were returned to me wet as well. This lack of attention to detail was very disappointing. For a car wash located in Greenwich, I expected a higher standard of service. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. Overall, I do not recommend based on my experience. The lack of attention to detail and customer service leaves much to be desired. I would never give them my money again.

When I arrived, only the Express wash was open, and unfortunately they couldn’t service my car because of my bike rack, which was frustrating. I was initially excited to see that Splash was open as well—it was a rainy morning that cleared up by midday. I waited about 10 minutes to get around the corner, since no one was in the hand-wash booth and staff were only at the Express entrance. After waiting in line and pulling around, I believed I was all set with my monthly membership, only to be told that my wash couldn’t be done because the hand-wash option was not open. Update: I’d like to say thank you for addressing my concern regarding Express being the only option available and for providing a way to reach out about the issue.

If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. I’ve been coming here for years and it has gotten worse over time. Except one of the last times I went, they acknowledged that they did a poor job and they took my car back to clean it again. However, I recommended my boyfriend take his car there today since they did such a great job last time, and they did a HORRENDOUS job this time. He got probably the most expensive wash (totaling over $120) and was left with a soap filled, greasy, still dirty car. We waited for almost an hour for the car to be completely finished because of the package he got which would have been fine had the car been cleaned nicely. As we got into the car, I noticed soap on the weather floor mat and asked the guys to clean it. He got into the car, “cleaned” the area while speaking to a coworker and laughing. I got back in the car and the soap was still on the floor. At that point we didn’t care so we drove to the gas station around the corner and cleaned the car with paper towels. We did a better job cleaning the car with paper towels than the $120 car wash did. See the pictures to see how gross both the inside and outside of the car were. Still dog hair on the seats, stains that are pretty easy to clean and there’s still dirt everywhere. If we thought could have gone back and asked for a refund we would have but we highly doubt that would have happened. Never going back, I’ll say that.

I just finished getting a hand wash from this place and spent $45 to have the car still look this dirty is crazy. I got the hand wash instead of the regular because i thought they would do a better job but i guessed wrong.
