They gave me 3 Flat tires, I was at the end of the car wash and out of no where my car hit a bump and I drove off with 3 flat tires and my valve stems missing, found 1 of them and tried pumping it up but it broke the whole connection. Will never be coming back to this car wash again 😂 I’ve done threw many car washes like this and have never experienced that

I use to LOVE this car wash. The last few times it has seem to be getting worse. The vacuum I used was clogged the last 2 times I was there. I was there in the afternoon. This time, they normally use to spray the front of my car when I would pay for the $10 car wash but the guy didn’t do anything but tire shine on my car. I Went through the car wash and the entire front of my car wasn’t cleaned at all. I quit scrubbing. Even the windshield was still dirty. 😔 I hate to find another location. But I guess I will after another disappointing trip. Oh well.

I just moved to Greenville from GA and I'm staying in a hotel until I can find an apartment. Last night, someone at the hotel threw up all over the driver's side of my car. I had a million things to do today and finally found a car wash. I understand I was still here at 8, cleaning the inside of my car, but it would have been nice if someone would have given a warning to those of us still working before they shut off the vacuums. My car is half clean. I paid for the unlimited washes. Now I regret my decision. I'd rather go somewhere with better customer service.

Price was a bit high for a basic wash, but I guess that is to be expected these days. What really irritated me was the attendants yelling at me to give instructions. It was my first time there so I didn't know what to expect. May not be back because of the staff.

The staff do a great job of keeping the place moving right along and humming. I feel like my car gets a good clean. I also like having the vacuums and cleaning fluids available so that I can take care of my car. I feel like the monthly $20 is a good reasonable amount. Thanks gang!

Worst car wash I've ever had. Did a terrible job cleaning the car (see pictures). Still bug guts there, dirt streaks all over the hood , and I have a new scuff mark from the car wash that I can't get out. Will not be going back

I am a regular customer of this location, I travel from Augusta Rd. to Pelham Rd. because this the ONLY NEW location with touchless car wash. As seen in the photos I have uploaded. It’s quite embarrassing seeing such a large business here in the Carolina’s isn’t taking care of their newest touchless car wash bay. Mold & Allegy build up everywhere. This should be maintained every 60-90 days for service. I see many people like me utilize this station. Spinx please maintain this location as I travel here DAILY!

I get so tired of coming here, and the person on the right side disappears, and the back and right side of my car come out dirty. Now, let's get to the evening time here. Somewhere after 5 o'clock, the staff takes most of the trash cans, flips them over, AND removes most of the carts! What carts are left outside lack towels and sprayers. You'll find people walking up and down each side of the carwash, looking for towels, trashcans, and sprayers. This partially shutting down the carwash early has been going on for months, and what gets me is it'll be a few hours before closing time. One side of the car being cleaned has been going on for months as well. The fact that they are running this carwash on a tight Crew behooves me, considering all the customers that come here. Having this carwash is convenient, but the service and a few of the employees are very rude, at least in the evenings. If anything, they don't speak, and the older white gentleman is worse than all of them. Today a 4th of the carwash wasn't working, and cars were wrapped around the building. There seem to always be something broken here ESPECIALLY where the check in box is!

They always have towels — and not just a few, but plenty. Unlike many other washes that constantly run out of towels or cleaning chemicals, Pelham Ride & Shine is consistently stocked and ready for customers. The site is spotless, extremely well maintained, and you can tell pride is taken in every detail. The staff does an outstanding job prepping the car, making sure everything is right before it goes through the wash. Recently, the level of service here has hit a new high, and it genuinely makes me want to come back more than ever. If you want the cleanest car in all of Greenville, this is the place. Super ceramic glossy finish when you exit this Spinx car wash. My wife and I have had a permanent pass for a few years and have nothing but praise for the great job this car wash does, and the supercool staff that work there. Thank you Spinx! My Ford Expedition is a 2010 and the Spinx car wash keeps it looking like new.
