If I have to wear a mask which I don’t mind doing I believe it’s the right thing to do then shouldn’t employees wear masks it’s 9:08 PM in the evening on a Thursday evening not one single employee wearing a mask

This place always advertises low gas price but when you get to the register it's always something different Than what's posted on the sign .... false advertising to get business!!!!! They are taking advantage of Exxonmobil employees that work at the campus by doing this!! Disgrace!!!!!

Great selection. Clean. Guy working the register at 8pm on 11/07/21 was incredibly rude. Doesn’t need to have contact with consumers/the consumer.

Stopped for an emergency bathroom break and got mean mugged for going inside and using the restroom. Walked back outside through the back door to go to my car and the employee came to the door and locked it behind me even tho he saw my husband walk in just a few seconds after i got in my vehicle. He stared me down while he locked the door, shook the door to make sure it was locked. Need i say it is 6pm not even close to closing time. Just plain wrong!

Heavy set bald guy at the register would only talk about Covid "being a plandemic" and about how he doesn't "believe in masks". I didn't say a word to this man and was in business casual clothing. I'm a nurse who worked at the bedside throughout the height of the pandemic and the LAST thing I want when I go to a place of business is to hear that you DONT BELIEVE in the very real horrors I experienced. He brings this up completely unprompted in any way. Please get rid of him. Meanwhile, you have lost my business.

Please get the large bald guy at the registers in the mornings to stop talking politics, it's gotten old and uncomfortable, and makes me not want to shop here anymore. Even if I agree with someone's political views, it's very unprofessional. It's literally all he ever brings up. It's too bad because the carwash is great and it's otherwise nice.

Employees that work at the actual store not at the at subway is very rude thinking they whispering talking about the customers not knowing people can read lips and the one who doing all the talking shouldn't be saying anything about anyone very unprofessional.

A heavier set Hispanic younger cashier was super rude and had an attitude and couldn't wait to get back to texting on his phone I guess. I simply asked if any sweet tea could be made, I got the response of yeah that person didn't come in today and I don't know how to do it. I asked to speak to the manager, he sucked his teeth at me and said he's not here. Very lame

We had a really bad experience with this car wash. We bought a new-to-us car on August 7, 2023. We carefully inspected it before buying it, and it had no scratches. Then, on August 25, 2023, my husband took it through your car wash, and it came out with the hood, roof, and trunk all scratched up. We took it in the next day, but no one would take responsibility for it. I had to say I wouldn't leave until I got a supervisor's number to call. I finally got one, and I called and called, and no one ever picked up the phone. Finally, I got through to a supervisor, and he passed me on to the risk management division. They utterly refused to pay for the damage. There is NO WAY these scratches could have been from anything else. I was so disgusted with the lack of professionalism to answer phone calls and to take proper responsibility for clear damage caused by this car wash. I expect more from a business.

This location does not serve tacos made to order, only premade and they aren’t great. Staff are grumpy. Dropped my coffee subscription because I don’t like this location
