Don’t waste your time or money. Husband took my car in for detailing yesterday. Just got in my car since it was “detailed” and aside from the slick oil quick once over up front, so many areas were neglected for the $100 paid. So, looks like Management gets to deal with me now. Pathetic.

Second time I have had issues with the oil change here. First time, I noticed oil under my brand new truck the morning after getting the oil changed. Turns out the oil filter was loose and leaking. Second time was yesterday. Took my wife's van for an oil change and wash. Noticed a fresh oil spot nearly 12 inches in diameter in the driveway where her van was parked. After she got home, checked and sure enough the drain plug was loose and about half out. Could have been catastrophic if it had vibrated out on her 70+ mile daily commute. And to top it all off, the car wash that comes with it was subpar at best. Never again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My car needed extremely deep cleaning so I paid $170 to get most things done. Over two hours later (despite there not being a line and it being a sunny day so they should be fully staffed), I finally got my car back. From the outside it was gleaming so I swallowed my annoyance and started the drive home. While driving and my dash caught the sunlight though, I saw that the entire dash was still covered in dust, dirt, and sand. The glue (that can be removed by rubbing with as little as soap and water) left from my phone mounting device was completely untouched. The insides of the door still had sunscreen. The picture with the red marks shows the splattered dead bugs that remain under the stickers. A dead bug was also still inside next to the dash. When I came back fuming, they apologized and took another 20 minutes to clean it 'properly'. Even after their second go-around, dust was still at the front of my dash and to make sure it could come off, I wiped it off myself- they just never bothered. I will never go back and discourage anyone from starting.

Thank you rain forest for the wonderful experience. The staff was amazing and helpful. The manager John explained To me step-by-step. What do you expect with the detailed package that I was buying. And then Raymond made sure that all the things that I was worried about the vacuuming and bug removal, He made sure that all of that was done very well. Very hard worker. Then the cashier Dian was the sweetest And politest person. Just an all around GREAT experience. Plus my car looked brand new.

I’ve been using Rain Forest lube & car wash for many many years and always appreciate their level of service and professionalism. They don’t try and oversell me on filters and such that don’t need replacing. They always do a quality job in a reasonable period of time. Happy to tell the community they are five stars and will continue to bring all of our cars for years to come.

Came here about 6 months ago and it was great. However, something clearly has changed. Just got home from there and noticed barely anything was clean inside my car. I paid almost $60 and will not be returning. I don’t have time to bring it back up there but am very disappointed. Was told the interior of my car would be cleaned wiped down.. you know, normal stuff. Nope.

I’m not sure what’s happened here. This place was great when I started coming here in 2020, something has changed. Before I say anything else, I will say this review is not about the employees. The employees are great. But who ever is managing this place, needs to get it together. The last 3 times I’ve been here, they were short staffed. Last time, there wasn’t anyone inside to take my payment. The “manager” came in m, walked around and left. He was aware there wasn’t a cashier, but instead of stepping in to help, he disappeared. This time there wasn’t a sales person for me tell what I wanted done. I had to come in to the person at the counter. They were very friendly and I can see that there are like 5 people here and the cars are rolling in. I still havnt been able to pay for my wash. And now there is a sign saying no more cash back????what??? This simply tells us that you absolutely do not care about your employees being tipped. This is probably my biggest complaint. You can’t do that! Just wrong. My bank is not close to me, I don’t carry cash, I always got it at the location. I knew this so I made sure I had cash. Somethimg needs to change. I live around the corner and would love to continue doing business here, BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEES!! But if something doesn’t change and I’m not able to get money to tip the employees, I will be forced to go somewhere that cares more for their employees. This is just sad. I only gave three stars because my truck still gets cleaned well, and the employees are great. I want to say Maria and Ray are shining stars. They and the rest of the crew are the heart beat of this place. And no one cares if they get tips. It’s just sad. Do better!

Got the silver clean after getting drywall dust in my car. Exterior was cleaned well. Wipe down left drywall dust on leather seats and interior paneling. Borrowed a rag to finish cleaning inside myself. Update: I've been back a few times with my SUV and car. Better than my first experience with both gold and silver washes purchased over the last month. Prices are reasonable. Upgraded review to 4 stars. They've earned my repeat business.

Auto care staff are very friendly and they welcome you as you go there, any small things they don’t hesitate to help, had problem with tire pressure anytime they will fill and send it, had a battery issue the person did a quick while vehicle diagnostic and told it’s not battery problem instead the error code shows a Hybrid system issue and directed me to take to delership. Great service

I love this place. Sure, they have some recent staffing issues but we’re all reacting as best we can in today’s economy. I’ve been coming here since it opened and I’m always sure that the staff will be pleasant to interact with, the prices are better than fair and the quality of work is very good. Do they get every smudge, every speck of dirt? Sometimes, sometimes not but I always better than expected for a reasonable price. They vacuum and clean up your car for less than most of the places where you have to vacuum your own car. I’d actually pay more for what I get here. I’m going to start getting extra services because I want them to stay in business. Waiting area is always nice too.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Rainforest Car Wash for several years and have their membership because they consistently do an excellent job. Recently, I brought in my dad’s car for an oil change and a complete detail. His car was in pretty rough shape, but they worked their magic—it now looks brand new! Their attention to detail and quality of service is outstanding every single time. Highly recommend!
