2 self serve bays were not working. Lost $5 total. Had to resort to $7.50 automatic wash. Didn’t clean very well. Spoke to customer following me in non working bays. He had to physically get on top of his truck bed and maneuver the hoses to get the station to work. I have reached out to the business via phone at least 3-4 times asking them for reimbursement. They are SO discourteous that they don’t even respond. I will never use this business again. They should have contacted me to discuss and at a minimum provided me 2 free self serve washes. HORRIBLE ownership. Avoid this business.

Paid a total of 40.00 for a wash. 18 for interior an 7 for mats. Interior not even wipes down and mats filthy!!! After waiting 20 minutes and then inspecting vehicle I asked what the deal was and guy said Interior is just windows and dashboard. Seriously!!!!! For 18 bucks for a wet towel 2 second wipe down and shaking the mats off. Show this place this is unacceptable by avoiding and not using your hard money here

I didn’t notice the broken sprayer before I sank 8 dollars in. No idea how to get my money back. So I go to another bay with my debit card AND THE BRUSH DIDNT WORK. It’s fine. I’ll go somewhere else from now on. Keep up on your s%it

I just used this car wash today 5/5/23 swiped my card and the hose was not spraying right. I stopped the timer and was charged 10 dollars instead of the 5 minimum even though I used only one minute trying to figure the hose out. I called the number but had no answer or response. There was a person who said he only talked care of the grounds and pointed to a number and said call there. Now I'm out 10 dollars. I was robbed by this place and still haven't seen a response I hope someone sees this before you have the same issue I say you're better off going somewhere else. I'll just dispute the charge.

So the first time I use this car wash I use the bay on the far right and there was a leak in the hose and was spraying back at me so needless to say I received a bath and my car received a partial bath because there was absolutely no pressure today I tried to use the same car wash went to Bay too sprayed Tire cleaner on my car tires inserted $3 and change because it wouldn't accept dollar bills inserted $3 in quarters and went back to the wand and was waiting for water to come out nothing was happening and I look up at the panel and it says please insert two more dollars there's a sign that says a credit card charge has a minimum of $5 there's no sign saying minimum $5 to start and on top of that there's no coin return and I didn't have another $2 in change I tried to use my credit card and it wouldn't even register that I was trying to use that so there's now $3 sitting in the bay too machine waiting for two more dollars and I am now driving with Tire cleaner all over my tires and no way to rent tomorrow $5 just to start is ridiculous the most I've ever seen was three I don't think I'll be using this car wash again

I would not recommend this car wash. The over pipe leaked onto my car. So after finishing with soap it still dropped soap on ton the roof. Took longer to clean it. Plus they’re charging me $10 when the readout said $6.20. The tri foam and brush didn’t work at all. Terrible!

If I could give it zero stars I would. This place should be shut down! Their car wash isn't even functioning yet they allow you to put money into the machine. I put $2 into a bay and it didn't work. Thinking it was something wrong with that bay I moved to another wash bay and inserted another $2. Again, no water. So here I am, $4 later and no car wash, and on day 2 of trying to contact the business for a refund with no response. Nice business plan. If you'd like to donate money and get nothing in return I highly recommend this place.

I'm giving it 4 stars. My camry was absolutely disgusting after 300 miles of driving in the salt, snow, and ice. It got it clean. Note, this was with the 2nd lowest wash grade. Not the bottom. The bottom is mostly water. The Touchless on lemay over by Sam's is still better. But this one, at this level surprisingly, got it done

I went for a simple wash and rinse. Put $5 cash in thinking that would cover it but it did not. No problem, got my card out because had no more cash on me. Was charged $10 on my card but never turned on for me to use. Now I have a soapy truck that I had to drive to another car wash to finish up. Very disappointed!! Tried to call but # was not in service. If I can get reimbursed I will try you again because I like the DIY car wash. Whole reason I went there in the first place.

Great customer service! This is a review for the business itself, not necessarily the car wash (though I'd never had any issues during previous visits). I went on a day when one of the automatic wash bays was closed, and the open one (which I used for a quick $7 wash) unfortunately was not spraying on one side. I called Speedy Clean to let them know about the issue and to request a refund. Their operations manager was quick to apologize for the inconvenience and to address my concerns; she mailed a refund as well as a free wash for next time. Thanks, Chrissie!

Do not use this place. I put a $10 deposit on my credit card and got 15 seconds of water. There is no one on site to assist and no answer when you call their customer service number. I will.be disputing this charge.

I love that I can use my card here. I also love to wash my car myself rather than the automated machines. There seems to always be soap for the sprayers as well. I drive out here from Maryland Heights because I've never been disappointed.

Credit card machine kept running and running up the tally after I stopped using the water. I push the stop button is a bunch of times and just kept on running up the tally. Not only do you have to push the stop button for the sprayer you also have to push the stop button that’s hidden on the credit card slider. What a rip off. That’s purposeful trying to rip people off.

Foam gun doesn't work. Foam brush doesn't work. There's a roof tile hanging down which catches the swivel mechanism above so you have to go a certain direction. Also the bay I chose the nozzle was too focused of a spray like using a pressure washer. The only positive is it is close to costco for gassitup and washing, and the credit card reader doesn't require you to keep "adding money".

Foam brush has not worked in over 8 months! Wand handle leaks all over your arm. Spray nozzle shoots a solid stream instead of a spray pattern. Ceiling is falling down and will not allow wand to pivot. Worst car wash I have ever been to by far! I see why it is never busy now. Needs shut down.

My car is nearly as dirty as it was when I went through the automatic car wash as when I got there. What a waste of money and time for the $13 Cup Champions car wash I got. And my car was dirty only from driving in the rain. The pictures below are after the car wash in bay #1 And then the vacuum cleaner I tryied to used right outside the building wouldn’t work because the coin slot was jammed with nickels. It’s apparent they don’t have people taking care of this facility.

Vacuums don't work, and if they do, they don't work well. It lis sadly, rundown and dumpy. I do not feel safe, even during the day because so many sketchy people (with no car) hang out here. The location is terrific....close to Costco Culvers, Hobby Lobby, etc. I wish the owner(s) would update the equipment and hire an attendant, or sell the place to someone who will.
