2nd time going to this place and this time they did a horrible job! As a manager or owner, it is your job to make sure the work is properly completed ✔️. We went out to our vehicle with the top of our SUV never touched nor wiped down!! (Still DIRTY) What kind of craziness is that?? What are we there for?? Side view mirrors were left looking smeared!!! We won’t be coming back!!! Please take time to show you care about the service given to your customers. Take time to do a complete check of all vehicles before letting your customers know their vehicle is ready!!! Period!

I went through because I had bugs and bird feces on my truck from a road trip. The wash got hardly any of that that off, and there was still soap all over my truck after exiting the car wash. I had to drive straight to another car wash so they could do the job. That was $10 down the drain.

Went through the wash once, and absolutely nothing turned on. Pulled up to the office. They told me to go through again. The wash did work this time. But when I pulled around to the vacuums, I realized there was still soap all over the back of my car. I asked the guys in the office. They told me I could use a towel to wipe down my car if I wanted to. If it was water, that would have been one thing, but it is soap. He said that the reason the wash did that is because they do not have all of their working parts in yet. If that is the case, they should not be open and running until they can successfully wash and rinse a vehicle. No resolution was offered.

I have had a wash membership here for over a year and before I signed up I was told that the membership I selected would include a hand dry and hand applied tire shine with every wash. I went in today to find out that “the previous manager was doing things wrong and it was never supposed to be like that.” They did honor the tire shine today but was told that it was going to be the last time. That was the main reason I even had the membership as well as the awesome service you used to get with the old manager. I was very disappointed by this and ended up canceling my membership on the spot because of it. As I was there another person complained of the same thing..

Random quick car wash ended up being a fantastic start to the day. Mo wait, easy access and excellent service. Vino met us at the kiosk to process selection and payment, then again after the car wash system, was there to hand dry and spot treat. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the service and results. Will definitely stop by again.

Odd from the moment i pulled in. I thought it was closed because there was no one around. I pulled in, paid $25 for the top tier wash and kept going forward into the wash area. I pulled in and still no one was around.. then a young woman came out and rubbed down the entire vehicle with a scrubber. Then i pulled forward and the water and soap pressure was very minimal. I could tell it wasn’t washing well. When i got to the dryers there was still soap all over my vehicle. I pulled out and into the vacuums and none of them worked.. I looked at my car and there was still soap everywhere! I took a picture then a man cane out and started wiping it off with a rag. Very odd experience. I will never go back there.

They either need to ACTUALLY update the hours or stay open to the times listed. Paid and then parked just to be told they close in 5 min? When told that they were listed to be open till 8pm when we arrived at 6:50 they said “I changed the hours”. There is no apparent option for just a vacuum so when I pay for a car wash I expect to be able to clean the inside of my car which I came for.

No more $5 car wash!! 😢 It’s now a minimum of $10 for their mediocre wash. Showed up at 5:55pm and the young man with curly hair confirmed they were CLOSED despite the hours showing open until 8pm.

Needed a quick wash on my truck and uh, everything was going good. But when it was time to come out, there was still soap all over the back of my windshield, and it didn't even clean the tires the way it was supposed to or the sides. Do not recommend

⭐️☆☆☆☆ I am very disappointed with this car wash service. Unfortunately, the vehicle was left dirty in several areas, including the doors and windows. The water pressure does not hit the vehicle properly, which results in soap residue being left on the paint and glass. I even tried to speak with an employee and politely asked if they could at least rinse off the remaining soap, as leaving soap on the vehicle can damage the paint over time. Sadly, my request was not properly addressed. Windows were still dirty, doors had visible grime, and overall the car did not look clean at all after the wash. This level of service is unacceptable for a business that claims to provide car wash services. I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made. Extremely poor service and a waste of money.

Wow what can I say, this was one of the BEST car wash places we've been. We were just passing through, ol' girl was filthy.. It wasn't busy so we stopped. We paid for the 25$ package, they did a thorough pre wash before entering the main wash. Then we pulled in to vacuum/ clean out the interior and they helped us. Dry and vacuum! They were friendly and good attitudes which is sadly so rare these days.. We were done in about 10-15 ish minutes! No complaints only praises over here. We will definitely make it a point to stop back when we're in town again!

Would always come here and service was good. There was a worker that would always dry the truck after the wash and would make sure the tires had shine. Went this time and there was no soap, just water throughout the whole wash. I even selected the most expensive wash at the pumps, thinking it would be cleaner. Once out of the wash they usually dry it and clean the mirrors and add tire shine, none of that was done. Worker just stared the whole time. Horrible service now. Waste of money.
