I purchased what I thought was a $20 car wash and when I looked at my receipt I wan charged the same price as a monthly membership. When I reached out they asked that I called back with more information so they could research the transaction. I called on multiple occasions trying to provide the information they requested and never did hear back.

I got the AAA deal (1 month free promo) that's only valid at participating locations (carwashpass.com). Roomy parking spaces and longer time limit than other places to dry & vacuum. One thing they have that I've never seen at other places is the clipboard to vacuum your floor mats big plus for me (see picture). As of 9/5/20 it's $24.99 month for 1 wash per day but not sure if they monitor that.

They have been charging my card for $29.99 for 3 months. I didn’t authorize this. No one picks up the phone so I can’t resolve. When I reached out to my bank to get this corrected, the number provided with the charge is not in service. Do not go here

Price is king here - it's an auto car wash so the drawbacks of that are self-explanatory, but the prices are awesome. 5 dollars flat for the bare minimum clean works for most - with free vacuums to use. There are higher level washes up to $14 but at that point I would just clean my car myself cus the level of clean doesn't work for me personally. There is a vending machine with 1$ and 2$ options for interior, glass, and tire cleaner which was awesome (cash only). wasn't too busy when I was there but I can imagine it'd be pretty hoppin on a Saturday so you'd might have to wait for a vacuum. Place is clean though and there are plenty of staff to help if you need anything. Took me about 3 minutes total to get thru the carwash from time of purchase to end of the drying cycle.

Does a decent job of washing my car. I think one of the washing or drying features was broken today, but they gave me a free air freshener and cloth so I was happy! Employees are always friendly and helpful. As other reviewers say, I recommend taking a rag for drying/cleaning up any missed details after the wash!

Yikes Haven’t being here in awhile, this was a fav spot, but $12!!! And no cash accepted also a $.63 Credit Card charge. I guess I’ll drive to a closer one by home, it’s $9 every day no extra charge and they take cash. Sad economy, because business get hurt, Great Businesses!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! We live out of state and we went here one time while in Santa Ana several months ago and I recently noticed on my bank statement that I am being charged a monthly fee that I never signed up for! Based on other reviews this seems to be a common issue with this place as they are just scamming people into monthly charges without authorization. I've tried to call and no one ever answers

I've gone to this one about four times now and a majority of the time it does a good job at cleaning dirt and bird poop, but that's about it. My car is often left with a bunch of grime, and the dryer is pretty awful. My car has sun spots very soon after leaving. The vacuums work very well, though.

Just realized they have been charging my card $29.99 every month after I went thru for a car wash and haven’t lived in the state for 3 months. Lots of other reviews on Yelp saying the same thing. Don’t go and get fraudulent charges

Car came out of the spot free car wash as dirty as it went through. The water was not enough to wash off all the soap and the super dry did nothing. Pulled out to a car and it was loaded with soapy suds and dirty water. Did our best to dry it all off but that failed. $20 down the drain, literally.

Place used to be a great cheap place for a wash now the price is not worth it. CHECK PRICE BEFORE YOU GO!! Other reviews are all correct even after paying more the wash is worse and there was still soap not washed off my truck. Be aware its a $0.63 credit charge for any package so go big or go home I guess cause that's a high percentage on any lower priced package. My business is definitely going elsewhere to a wash not as effected by inflation hahaha

FRAUD ALERT! Do not go here!!! I just realized they are charging me for a monthly subscription I never authorized at least past 3 months. I was going through their other reviews and apparently it is happening to other people. Will report for a credit card fraud and Better Business Bureau. Imagine how many more people are going through this and haven’t realized it yet. They don’t pick up their phone to resolve this issue. Some shady business tactics. Disgusting!!! They charged me for $37 for a cheaper service I got. Check your credit card statement carefully to see exactly how much you were supposed to pay.

I was desperate to get my car cleaned. New to the area, I wasn't sure where to go. I wasn't happy with this spot. More expensive than other places I've been before and since. A single wash was $12 for the basic wash. The rinse was incomplete and left a lot of soap and water spots (not sure if the spots were from the soap alone or if their water isn't purified well enough. They have free vacuum after the wash, but I was more concerned about getting the soap off of my car. I went through all of my drying towels and had to clean every window by hand (usually the car wash gets the windows clean and my towels are enough to clear them of the remaining water and prevent spots. I had to use a lot of window cleaner and more towels). I was very unimpressed. I won't be back.

FRAUD ALERT! I live out of state, I went to visit family in December and went to this car wash once. I have been being charged for a membership that I never signed up for- for three months! I told my mom and she checked her account and the same thing has been happening to her but they have been charging her monthly since JUNE. Do not go here.
