I have a monthly wash package with Sparkling Image and they consistently do great work. The team is very friendly and helpful. Team lead Luciano always takes great care of our car, great experience. I was told the basic wash with tire and rim cleaning was $15. I even confirmed it by repeating it to him. However upon seeing my bank statement, I was charged $17 and the rims are only partially cleaned. Also the exterior wash was just ok, no different than going through any drive thru wash. not bad though, just lower star rating due to false advertising.

Could not give a five star review faster Anthony and Roy went above and beyond. I’ve been having problems with my transmission and my car stopped working. I pulled over to the side of the road and asked if they could possibly help without hesitation. They both ran over and took action. I am so impressed with sparkling Image!!! Lila and Donald greet me so warmly and brightly as I enter the car wash. Barbara at the register continues with the warm and genuine hospitality that I so dearly enjoy. The entire team wash and and clean with such diligence and professionalism. Anthony hand waxed and washed my car. She came out looking brand new. The total cost was $170. I highly recommend Anthony for a thorough inside and out, bumper to number wash and wax. I can’t recommend Assistant Manager Juan Jimenez at Sparkling Image enough! Every time I bring my car in, he goes above and beyond to make sure it’s spotless, but what really sets him apart is how he treats people. He makes you feel like family, not just a customer, and his attention to detail is unmatched. You can tell he genuinely cares about the team, the customers, and the quality of the work. Honestly, he’s so skilled, dedicated, and thoughtful that he should be the General Manager—Sparkling Image is incredibly lucky to have him leading by example. One thing I can truly say about this place is that it’s a quick in and out car wash. Very convenient BUT it seems like the focus more on the exterior than the interior of a vehicle though I pay monthly for both. I’ve contemplated on canceling my subscription and giving my money to a real hand wash company. I’ve tried going to other sparkling car washes but it seems like the same every time.

I did not get services promised. I paid for the most expensive wash, which after taxes comes out to almost $50. It is supposed to be inside and out, full service wheels with rims and tires shine and also spray wax applied by hand. The complete wash took only 15 minutes, which should have raised a red flag right there, but I had couple more chores to run, so I just grabbed my car and left. They sent the car through the automated car wash and then it was barely wiped dry with a rag. There is still bird poop in two spots and water spots everywhere. So I can guarantee there was no spray wax applied. The rims were not wiped down at all. They just put some shine on the tires and were done with the wheels. Inside wash isn’t much better. Dust left everywhere, vacuum job is subpar, dust and crumbs in all crevices, cup holders and on the control panel. Looks like nobody even bothered with the back seat and back doors. There is still sand on the back seat, and back door handles are very dirty. So don’t make mistake I made. If you are paying for a premium wash, check the car before you leave.

Juan took my elderly mom’s car right away. I was surprised to see my moms car so filthy while visiting Pompano Beach from Atlanta. The shop was closing so Juan said he would personally take great care of it with a hand wash. It’s an older car with a rag top so she needs extra loving care with out the drive thru and needs hands only car wash. Thank You Juan for the excellent customer service. You’re the greatest!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
