I had an excellent experience. The service was quick, thorough, and my car came out looking spotless. What really stood out, though, was the friendliness and professionalism of Gaspard—He greeted me with a smile, took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. You can really tell he care about the customers here. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family!

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Sparkling Car Wash. Even though the exterior wash was included for free with my oil change, I still expect a clean car—not a rushed or careless job. I also paid extra for an interior cleaning, so I assumed they’d take pride in the full service. Instead, the outside of my car barely looked washed at all. There’s also scuff marks that were not there previously either. Just because the exterior wash was “free” doesn’t mean it should be done with zero effort. A business should stand by the quality of its work, regardless of the price. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below expectations. In addition to all of that, I’m sitting there waiting for my vehicle and I spotted it out yonder for about 1520 minutes thinking they were still doing something with it and when I saw nobody walk over to my car, I asked one of the workers why my car was there and he proceeds to tell me that he was calling me that my car was ready. I told him nobody called me. I was sitting here the entire time waiting for somebody to let me know my car was done. And he proceeded to argue with me and then told me I could get my keys from the cashier. When I went to the cashier, I mentioned to that person what happened and then I won’t be coming back, not even so much as an apology.I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

I have never seen such terribly maintained cloth or felt brushes . They are worn and horrible for the vehicles surface. The employee who presoaks the vehicle was an absolute joke. He at best sprits . The vehicle at the end of the tunnel was lightly dried.I pulled my vehicle into the gas station across the street to fish there job and I noticed some surface scratches that werent there previously.

They ruined my car. I have pictures that I took prior to the car wash and my car was fine not a scratch on it. It comes out of the car wash completely scratch from the front to the back. The back window is scratch. I went and I filed an incident report and they said that it is not Because of them.

It is always the best experience. I have other options, but I pick this location because of the superior customer service. I like how they know the customers by name. Fast, friendly, professional thorough staff. Have been bringing all my cars here since 2019. Highly recommend adding the ceramic coat for a deeper, longer lasting shine. Jasper is one of the most dedicated guys on the back end where they dry the car! Franz alway makes sure I’m happy with my wash & detailing. The new Graphene looks amazing

I went to Sparkling Image Car Wash for a full detail and ended up leaving with damage to my car. A piece was literally ripped out of my brand NEW tire during the wash. When I went back to speak with the manager, they admitted fault, but then tried to offer me a half-hearted reimbursement, saying they’d only cover half the cost of a new tire if I brought them a printed receipt. That’s absolutely unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to pay anything out of pocket for damages they caused. This isn’t how a professional business handles mistakes. Instead of taking full responsibility, they tried to make it my problem. I paid for a detail, not for damage and hassle. Save yourself the headache, there are plenty of other car washes that value their customers and take proper care of their vehicles.

I needed to get my oil changed so I need you to sparkle image located in lighthouse point. Not only do they do a good oil change but they also give you a free exterior car wash included with the oil change. Lawrence who is the manager for the oil change section walkthrough All the items that they were doing with the oil change play throwing up my tires and checking fluids. Him & his team did a great job & I would definitely recommend this place they have a nice waiting area that is well air-conditioned with drinks for purchase as well as miscellaneous car items like smell good scented sprays, steering wheel covers and much more!

Defined negative stars. On Sunday August 17th, I took my car for detailed wash and express wax…at the Light House point location. I was told it would take 40-1hr to complete the service. They started the waxing on my car 20 minutes later, after I mentioned to the front desk lady ( who was very nice and helpful). It took them 30 minutes to complete the service. I guess they didn’t take their time for detailing wash. After I got home, noticed smudging on the windows and rear mirror, the front grill was all dirty, and the fender was not polished.. Plus on the side of my car there was a scratches I wish I had inspected ( which we shouldn’t ) my car before I left…I am very disappointed. Horrible job. Better paying off someone on the side who will do a better job for less..

Do NOT go there if you actually want a good car wash. I paid for the full service expecting a proper hand wash and full cleaning. Instead, my car was just sent through a regular washing machine. When it came out, they wiped it down very badly with towels — and I mean badly. There was still visible dirt and soap left all over the car. It looked rushed and careless. It gets worse. They didn’t even vacuum the interior. The carpet was still dirty. When the guy told me the car was “done,” I had to point out that it clearly wasn’t clean. After we both agreed the car was not properly cleaned, I asked why it wasn’t vacuumed. The employee had the nerve to point at the vacuum station as if I was supposed to vacuum it myself. Why am I paying for “full service” if I’m expected to finish the job? At that point, I told them to just do exterior only. Yet they still charged me $30 for a machine wash and a sloppy wipe-down. No proper hand washing. No real detailing. No vacuuming. Just careless work and poor customer service. This was the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. Complete waste of money.

Great experience at this car wash. The team did an excellent job and my car came out spotless. Franz, the manager, was extremely helpful and very nice, which really made a difference. Karen at the cashier in the office was also wonderful, such a kind and pleasant person. I highly recommend this place, especially the monthly unlimited plan. Totally worth it.
