I always get the full body wash as I did this morning at 8am, but have had to wait till 8:45 till my car was ready. While waiting I noticed that cars that only get an exterior wash are prioritized when they come out of the tunnel leaving us full service customers to wait unnecessarily. After I saw them wipe down 7 cars that had only exterior washes I complained to someone in a red shirt. It was only then that attention was given to my car. I don’t think this is fair nor managed well. I would think twice before buying another full service package.

Today was my first time at this car wash and wow, I was delighted. I will definitely keep coming here and I'm even going to get a membership. Diego, the manager, was super helpful and professional. I was impressed by how attentive he was to everything and still provided incredible service. The wash was super fast and the car came out sparkling clean. 100% recommended!

I asked for a full wash, including the interior, when I changed the oil. I had to argue three times and ask them to do it, I paid two extra times, because each time, they could not negotiate with each other. I spent $ 200 for a wash and oil change, but still did not get quality service. Lazy and rude. They prioritize premium cars, they service them quickly and efficiently. While my car stood in the sun for 20 minutes after an automatic car wash and all the drops and residue of the cleaning agent remained on it. Only after 20 minutes they pretended to wipe it, but did not even wash off the streaks and drops. When I pointed this out, they said that it was my fault and that I probably stood somewhere with a spray bottle and now my car looks like this. Only after I argued, they took my car and tried to wipe it. Express wash? I waited 1.5 hours, thank you. Now look how they washed my car inside. Also they are scratching my car, who gonna paid me for that??

I paid $85.59 for the following services: 1 Detail Wash ($25) and 1 Express Interior ($54.99). The exterior of the car looked good, but the interior, especially the back, was not properly vacuumed or cleaned. I'm attaching photos so you can judge whether the service was worth the price I paid. The people who work there were all very friendly!!

I purchased a plan that included wheel cleaning and was clearly told twice that the wheels would be cleaned completely. In reality, only the front faces of the wheels were wiped; the sides and spokes remained dirty. When I asked about it, I was told that cleaning the sides requires an additional detailing service and extra payment, which contradicts what I was promised at the time of purchase. Additionally, after the car wash I had to manually remove bird droppings from the exterior, as no one attempted to clean them. There was also sand left in the trunk after cleaning. I would appreciate it if management could clarify what “wheel cleaning” includes in your advertised plans, and whether cleaning the entire wheel, including sides and spokes, is supposed to be part of this service. I also ask that you improve the overall quality of the car wash to better match customer expectations. The rating will be changed according to subsequent experience.

The car is amazingly clean, and it lasts for quite a while. The waiting area is also very pleasant. No complaint. BUT I pay for the wheels to be cleaned as well. And today, it is the second time they are half way done…! I have to finish them myself. You can see that the workers are overwhelmed and that is probably the reason. Not an excuse though! Please take care of this!!

I paid $85 for detail cleaning.. After one hour they told me was ready when I checked the car outside was not clean it was dirty and the inside of the car was just vacuumed but they didn't clean the doors or the dashboard. Horrible when I called them to check they just said oh I see but they need to check if before they said it was ready. It was dust all over inside the car and the trunk, nothing was done.

If you drive a pick up truck or a larger SUV avoid this place at all cost. Even after washing it “thoroughly” per their standards my truck is still a mess. After the first wash I dragged my finger on the front of the truck and my finger was black. They then proceeded to wash it a second time and I still had to point out smudges and bird shit they still didn’t address. They also scratched my passenger door but they swear it’s impossible for their machine to do that. So now I’m left to actually find a place that will properly wash my truck and get the paint fixed. I got charged twice as much for my truck as I did a normal car just to get worse service. All they care about is getting to the next car not actually cleaning it. If I could get 0 or negative stars I would this experience has been awful and I don’t plan on ever bringing my vehicles back to this location. Would highly recommend that anyone that wants their car actually cleaned go somewhere else cause this place is a laughing stock and not in a funny way.

The best car was in have in my life.Locate in Aventura Florida. The service is absolutely amazing. Is a confort place outside or inside, for waiting they finish with the details car wash. I buy the interior shampoo, but is outside too,and they give you another free outside car wash before 7 days.. Then save your tiket for the second one. My Cadillac smells so good and is absolutely clean 🤩✨️🚗 🚘 APRIL IS THE BEST DETAL. HE GO DEEP INTO TO THE CAR. BELIEVE ME IS THE BEST 👌
