As others have said, the guy who collects the money is always annoyed that he... has customers? And the car is always still wet afterwards. And it's now $6 instead of $5 for a wash. I go elsewhere.

The person who grabs the money is always bothered when a car pulls up and is rude at times. Hes always upset when he has to stand up and collect the money and walk outside. He uses the scrub broom to quick doesnt really scrub the front or the back. I also scratched my rims because he wasnt paying attention when he was tellin me to move forward. Plus the car is always wet when finished. It doesnt dry too well.

We took one of our cars to get washed during quarantine when our car wash was closed that we normally go to. The smell was horrendous! The water smelled so putrid and rotten we had to wash it out afterwards to get rid of the sulfuric smell! It was god awful and the smell alone took your breath away. Go somewhere else or wash it at home, you’ll be better off!

The vacuums don’t work and take your money. There’s no number to call for a refund. I agree with others who said the employee that runs the wash is rude. He needs fired but the owner obviously doesn’t care...There’s a car wash just a half mile away in St Lawrence...newer and works properly. Guess who’s getting my business for now on?

The guy at the front of the car wash is always very rude, almost seems like it's an annoyance to have customers. Despite that I always went back, took my boyfriends truck to get washed again rude man at the front instead this time he told me that the rims/tires on the truck were too big. So now we take our vehicles to Scott's. Never had an unpleasant employee and they hand dry your car for the same prices!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Poor customer service and trash car wash. Went here to get a car wash and the man was like anti social and distant. I tried asking him questions if they had different options for the car wash I was completely ignored TWICE. He just kept waving his hand for me to go through. After I went through the car wash my car was still so dirty. It looked like the back windows and back of the car wasn’t even touched. It looked like my car was just sprayed with water. The car was wet and all the dirt was still there or muddy looking. I definitely would not recommend this place to anybody!

Your car will get clean but unfortunately the water used really smelled bad. I don't know why. It reminded me of a bathroom smell. I had to get a car air freshener from the machine afterwards. Other than that It was ok.

Needed to wash my van that was covered in pollen. Saw they were open so I drove in. The guy was extremely rude and huffing and puffing. I asked of they were closed and apologized for not knowing. Even though there was an SUV before me getting ready to go in. The worker says no it's fine you'll be my last one for the day. I go to pull in and he rudely huffs and puffs and mumbles "nothing like waiting til the last minute." I said excuse me what did you say? He seemed shocked that I spoke up. I pulled away and went to the car wash on st. Lawrence avenue. I had an excellent experience at that one and will now go there. I will never use this car wash again.

It's the only car wash that I like to go to very friendly staff they do a great job of scrubbing the grill in front of my car and under the overhang of the hatchback on my car which never get clean if you go to other drive through carwashes. Price is good, my car always looks amazing when it's all done. Highly recommend them. 👍

I’ve been going here for about a half a year now and I love the job it does. Now they have tire shine too. The attendant is always polite. Somedays he’ll talk a little bit, sometimes not. But always polite. My Cadillac always shines bright after a stop here.

Great car wash, workers are very nice. Car comes out great unlike other car wash that leaves soap and dirt on car.
