I would never recommend this place to anyone. The employees here, "mainly women," are ignorant as hell. My bf left his cell at the house, I called to get him an important message, but the ignorant employee, "FEMALE" BRUSHES ME OFF AND TELLS ME TO CALL HIS CELL. I HOPE YOUR BUSINESS GOES BELLY UP. WE DON'T NEED PLACES LIKE THIS IN BERKS COUNTY. THE ONLY REASON YOU GET 1 STAR IS BECAUSE GOOGLE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO MAKE THIS POST WITHOUT RATING YOU. Worst place to do your laundry, the lady at the counter is very unprofessional she told me that I put to many detergent on my clothes so that’s why the machine started liking even though the girl that was next to me had the same problem with her washing machine . Better fix your equipment and lower your prices.

They just recently got new owners TRASH!!!! smfh I dropped clothes off in 2 hampers and a big black bag full of DIRTY BATH RUGS AND TOWELS!!! FOR THEM TO PUT CLEAN CLOTHES IN THAT SAME BAG!!!! INSTEAD OF A NEW ONE HOW THWY ISED TO AND NOTHING!!! SMELLS LIKE DETERGENT!!! NOTHING! TRASH DO NOT HAVE THEM WASH YOUR CLOTHES JUST TAKE THE TOME AND DO IT YOURSELF NEW OWNERS ARE TERRIBLE they have no common sense for cleanliness

I had so much clothes I needed washed on a Saturday evening and the Asian guy did them for me. Folded and Seperated them very neatly and STAYED OVERTIME TO GET IT DONE. I respect this place and this mans Buisness. Tip well deserved next return!

I've been going to the Bubble Room for years,always cleaned and kept together, i will not be stepping foot in there again,in a a couple of months it's had two different new owners,from the parking lot to inside trash on the floor/ground,every other washer/dryer had an out of order paper,and i paid $4.00 for 2 cans of soda you get at the corner store for $.50.The woman behind the counter didn't interact with patrons or anything sat there the whole 3 hours i was there watching television.Will be searching for a new laundromat from now on.

I usually go 2 kings on 11th n chestnut but decided 2 try this place n never again I spent 11.00 there n did less wash then I usually do at kings n my clothes where still damp. I can do 4 loads at kings wash n dry for 6.00. Ya live n learn

I dont know how i got slipped a Canadian quarter out of the change machine. But I didnt say anything. Machines are overpriced to begin with. But if you pay $1.25 to dry for half an hour, t-shirts should be bone dry. Totally unacceptable . I only went there because of the parking lot. Never again.

Ive been going to the Bubble Room for years. Ita typically quiet. Sometimes crowded... Just depends on when you go. Love the fact there is a car wash and air for your tires. It recently came under new ownership and management. It was honestly better under the previous owner. The washers are a little overpriced but its bareable.

I've been going here for months, never had a problem. I typically use the same washer and dryer everytime. I took my clothes out of the dryer today and a bed bug was crawling on the counter, onto my clothes. I told the front counter lady, I also showed her the bed bug. I then killed it so it wouldn't go elsewhere, the older woman who was cleaning tried to say it was a "roach", she insisted that they do have roaches. I won't be going there anymore, thank you!

Tenders lecture for everything, constantly hovers near customers. Place has almost nowhere to sit and wait for your laundry, especially considering you may spend an hour or two here. Also the washers are expensive, $5 per wash and their cheaper ones out often. There's so many passive-aggressive notes and signs everywhere also lecturing customers about kids, bathroom, coins, washers, dryers, radios, baskets and tables. Only upside was the place here has good dryers that dried in about 15 mins. I had a much better experience at Laundry King a few blocks down.

I had to rate after this.... I washed my linen and didn't realize I was missing it over a month later, didn't ever think it'll be at the laundromat. So here I am a month and and a half later I come to was my clothes and my husband realized our linen was in the dryer!! Thank goodness they didn't throw it away, they just put an "out of order" sign in it!! Thank you!!!!!! Great place to come to and they are always clean. 🤗

I would rate this place 3.5 stars rather than anything below or higher because the not all the dryers work very well, and you pay 25 cents for 6 minutes (only 4 minutes in the giant machines). The laundromat on Cotton Street is cheaper for more time (25 cents = 10 minutes) and that used to be worth it much going there instead a couple years ago, even though I haven't tried this one out since the one on Cotton is closer to me... but now it's been different ever since the 3rd new owners to the laundromat on Cotton Street owned the laundromat there. That laundromat went downhill & now, it is closed because it was shutdown by the city due to unsafe equipment for consumers or whatever. Plus the new owners were awful! So, this laundromat became the alternative one to go to since it is closer.

They have a parking space in their lot, which make is really easy to do the laundry. Their machines are filthy. The softner compartment is the worst!!!! Their attendants need to clean the machines. Overall, it's a good place.

. I always come here and it’s always an older gentleman who’s very nice and caring and always helpful around the laundry mat when me and my husband are there. Well today I came in 2/21/25 and I had a decent amount of laundry I had about 4 big bags and I used up only 2 of the big washers that they had considering they have 4 of them. I set a timer on my phone to the timer on the machine so I know when my laundry is done and I have to take it out not even 5 mins after my timer goes off me and my husband go in to this lady who is taking our clothes out the washer for these other 2 ladies not even 5MINS AFTER MY CLOTHES ARE DONE. I come inside and the ladies waiting to use the washers were extremely rude looking me and my husband up and down giving us dirty looks. I absolutely hate that extremely rude and ignorant. We come inside and we finish taking our clothes out of the dryer after they have already been touched by someone else not knowing if they have been dropped on the floor or not I do not like others touching my belongings. The entire time they are all standing there talking crap about us. I hate being talked down on especially by an employee of the laundry mat that’s super unprofessional and disrespectful. They continue to talk and give us dirty looks. The dryers I always use the lady said they were not working after she came over to me before I started washing my clothes and said yes all these washers and dryers over here work came back and told me that none of the dryers work on that side after this situation with these women. I’d have to use the ones at the other end of the laundry mat. She did this because she didn’t want me and my husband drying our clothes by the ladies who are using the recent washers we were using again this is highly unprofessional and ignorant. I’m highly upset because I’ve come to this laundry mat for awhile I finally found one I liked and I no longer like it because I was disrespected. I do not know this lady’s name after first she was super helpful and then she wasn't she got rude when the other ladies came in to do their laundry. She kept coming over and touching our dryers to see if they were “working” . For a place to have all those washers and dryers and only have about 7-10 of them working is some complete bullcrap.. I never wanna come do laundry and feel uncomfortable like that ever again.
