Should have checked after going through before leaving, but it didn't use to be this bad so I didn't think I needed to. Paid $25 for a car wash and it didn't even get clean! This is just my hood. Definitely not worth the money to go here anymore. I didn't even get a receipt, pushed print receipt and never printed.

painted Mustang through this car wash with a devastating outcome. Approximately 15 feet from the end of the carwash, my husband notices the car in front of us positioned sideways at an angle, partially on the track and not moving. Panicked, I began honking my horn, slamming on my brakes (which I know was pointless as We followed her to the office, where both parties exited their vehicles to look for damage. An employee came out to talk to us and took some pictures. He whispered in my ear that he believed she had turned her wheels on purpose, which didn't make sense since we were on a track and in neutral. So I told him I didn't think that was possible. The employee then took us inside to further discuss and review the videos. We were told the employee who loaded us had only been employed there for two days; therefore, they pulled the video of him loading the car in front of us to be sure she was loaded correctly. We were told she should have been placed in the center of the track with her wheels facing forward. It was evident to all parties viewing the video that she was loaded too closely to the driver's side, which would explain why her car slowly shifted towards the driver's side

Complete waste of money. I got their top tier VIP wash for $25 and my truck isn’t even clean. I even sprayed a pre-cleaner/ bug remover on the entire front end and mirror housings before getting in line to go through then the attendant sprayed some pre-wash on the front end too (but didn’t bother using the brush he had sitting there) and my truck still has bugs all over the front, the mirrors and windshield. There’s also still road grime on the sides! My truck wasn’t even off-roading or anything! It wasn’t THAT dirty. What a phenomenal waste of money! Do not go here. It’s a rip off. I don’t expect my truck to be perfectly clean but I expected a heck of a lot better than this! What a joke.

Nice car wash is definitely my favorite in the area and the cheapest wash is only $7. Comparable to a couple of the other car washes this is a really great price! I had actually just got back from vacation and drove at night so I had bugs all over the front of my car she spent the extra time spraying off my car in the front and putting on a pre-soaked before I went through the carwash and I really appreciated that! This is definitely going to be my go-to car wash!

WENT TO CARWASH 1/28/2026 PULLED UP PUT $20 IN FOR THE $12 WASH, MACHINE DIDN'T GIVE ME MY $8 CHANGE, CALLED FOR ATTENDANT, HE TOLD ME THAT THE MACHINE DOESN'T GIVE CHANGE AND HE DOESN'T THINK I WAS SUPPOSED TO PUT CASH IN MACHINE WHICH CLEARLY HAS A AREA TO PUT BILLS IN!!!!! HIS STORY WAS UNBELIEVABLE, I STILL WANT MY CHANGE!!!!! SO THERE'S NO SIGN SAYING NO CASH OR EXACT CHANGE,IS EVERY CUSTOMER TREATED LIKE THIS????????

Came to vacuum my car out And literally, they barely work! Won’t pick anything up! Was going to get a membership but not going to waste money when these Vacuums suck!! Shouldn’t have to stand outside for 20/30 trying to clean my drivers side. Definitely need to upgrade these because they are terrible!!!!

This place use to be great, it has gone down hill within the last few months, I am probably gonna cancel My multiple subscriptions this month. No one seems to do any maintenance to the vacuum holders, I tried to switch a few cars around and cancel one card to activate another, and that hasn’t been done. Also multiple nozzles in the car wash do not work and their spot free rinse is a joke, There is still soap on the driver side of the vehicles when they come out. Also on black cars, they are starting to leave scratches meaning their brushes are getting wore out or not cleaned out properly. I will be reporting this place in the near future

My husband and I have been coming to this carwash since its opening. Both with our sedan and truck that has a rack. We pulled in today and were told we could not get a car wash because of our rack. We have come multiple times with our truck and this is the first time the manager expressed this, on top of saying employees would be fired if they were caught permitting entry to vehicles with racks. I do not recommend coming here. Although, the washes are great, clearly poor communication and nothing on website is clear on this. If she truly is manager, then thats crazy because we have been going over a year and not once has this been an issue before. And this is why we continue to stick to Red Carpet. Pricing is a bit overpriced now. Raised within the first year already.

I have been a Sparkle monthly member for nearly a year, but had used this location for the last 2-3 years. Today I was greeted by Ashton and while he apologized for the inconvenience, he told me I would no longer be able to come through the car wash because of my cross bars on the roof. Mind you I have been faithfully using this car wash 1-2x a week for almost a year. He said he was told today by the district manager that cars like mine and with tires in the back can no longer go through the car wash. I am extremely disappointed to have to cancel my membership. While I appreciate Ashton’s kindness and professionalism to be met with this news abruptly with no explanation for Sparkle Express is disappointing.

Jazz was great! I had to set up new accounts for my wife's and my car with Sparkle Express after they purchased the Splish Splash carwash. It wouldn't just swap over (part of the problem was I am old and hate new technology) but Jazz spent the extra time and effort to make sure my previous card on file was canceled and our new account and card were working properly. Made the decision to not listen to my gut tell me we shouldn't go here, and wouldnt ya know it... the experience solidified that. We decided to take one of our vehicles for a bath to get the salt and winter yucks off of it. As it was a nice day out, they were pretty busy. Unfortunately for us the man who was directing the cars into the wash itself decided to pack the vehicles in too close together and not get the vehicle behind us secured between the appropriate tire grooves. In the middle of the wash the machine came to a dead stop and the truck behind us hit our vehicle. The driver of the truck and I exchanged info and did our due diligence. After speaking with the driver I went to speak with the manager. The man who was operating the machine yelled at me for not notifying him before now. As the incident had just happened I told him that was what I was there to do. He then told me to go call the police. Shortly after this he closed off the car wash and told me he was going to call the manager, after continuing to get on my case. Followed up the following day with the manager on site and was told a person from corporate will follow up. To top all this off, my vehicle still wasnt clean after the $25 wash.

Racheal was absolutely wonderful! She greeted me with a big smile and was super friendly from start to finish. She went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I needed and explained everything clearly. It’s rare to find someone so kind and helpful these days, her positive attitude really stood out and made the whole car wash experience a lot better. Definitely appreciate her great customer service! Dacorion He’s always smiling and friendly when I go through and what sprays my car very well. I love coming here. I recommend it to anybody.
