Worst car wash ever! For $11 I expect my car to be CLEAN after, not still dirty! Not advertised it is a touch car wash, with terrible brushes that scuffed up the hood of my car! AVOID!!

This store is a wreck. All but 1 of the 5 hot beverage machines are broken. Displays crowd the floor to hoarder levels, and the overwhelmed employees…. The poor things. Management please send help!

This gas station is price gouging people, their gas is $3.27 a gallon, but if you drive 2 miles down the road to Thorntons, across from Avantis, gas is only $3.03 a gallon. I just drove past both stations at 10pm on Saturday 8-21-21. And the Circle K in Washington is only $3.05 a gallon, so how do they explain that. It's not just Thorntons at $3.03 either, the Phillips 66 in Sunnyland, about 3 miles from Thorntons is also $3.03 a gallon.

No working bathrooms. No towels with the windshield cleaners. Do not get off the interstate anywhere in Peoria, as the streets are unnavigable.

Slowest pumps I have ever used in my life, place is filthy, employees never complied with pandemic protocols. Disgusting fountain soda area with hundred of fruit flies from not being clean.

They are very disrespectful I don't know if it's towards blacks they walk up turn away when you get to the counter 😡 Look away sometimes and take your money Laugh and joke at the other clerks If this shyt jeep happening I'm calling a lawyer and attorney. The rudeness need to stop before one of them get slapped then want to play victim.

Sprained my ankle terribly just this morning while walking around my car to pump fuel. My ankle is swollen. Very uneven pavement, unmarked, almost caused me to split my head open. I can only imagine what winter would be like. Y'all be weary of the inner 3rd row pumps on the west side. Circle K management should atleast spray paint the floor to warn or see what they can do to even it out. It's right near to where the wheel wells would sit if parked so not easily noticable but my ankle sure did notice. I work 6 shifts a week, this is going to slow me down greatly. I spare y'all of photos but man, it sure isn't pretty. Thanks.

Bad place run down and the employees are not good people. Also the management is so poor service not caring or helpful in any way that a employee took my points for my soda also took my money . So they just took my hard earned money I know they are robbing that place because it's happened to more than just me.

There is a MASSIVE pot hole right as you enter from the main road. The hit was so rough that I thought I popped a tire. FIX IMMEDIATELY!!!!

I stop here frequently on my way through town. Today I was told I would have to pay to top off my water cup - a cup I brought in, my own cup. This costs the company virtually nothing and yet the female employee was insistent that I had to pay. She never looked at me and when I told her I brought in my own cup she assured me it didn’t matter because everyone pays for water. I encourage everyone to avoid this store. If the employees aren’t able to offer water to travelers then the ownership must be dictators and should not be supported with your hard earned money. I won’t be going back there for sure.
