I am warning EVERBODY if you use this car wash you will be sorry. If you want to lose money you will. The owner won't even call you back. Take the extra mile and go somewhere else PLEASE.

I went there a 2 days ago and it charged me 2x, wasn’t the first time something went wrong when going to this car wash Update: I contacted the owner which he got back to me the same day I called, he asked what was the issue and reimbursed me and gave me a coupon for a deluxe wash, I will be using the coupon but that may be the last time that I go there

I literally just left there I spent $12 to use the foam brush and barely enough time to rinse off my car. I maybe had 8 minutes total. My car is still dirty. Do not use this place

The unit was broken and I couldn’t end up getting a car wash… after leaving a couple of messages, the man that fixes the car wash for the owner, called me and gave me a $10 bill for the car wash that did not work and two vouchers for free car washes

Place is a complete rip off. Took our vehicle through the touchless wash and it came out just as dirty as it went in. Save your money and DO NOT go there. They will not return calls or answer.

I just got the $12 wash and it doesn't even look like my tires or doors were touched with water. Do not go there but if you have to stay away from the left wash lane.

going their to get my car vacuumed out didn't bring no change but dollars. So the change machine gives you a token for a dollar So if you want a little extra time on the vacuum you have to use a second dollar token instead of one or two quarters.

Avoid this place unless you want to get robbed in plain daylight. I’m glad that they didn’t take credit cards because if they did I probably would’ve had my car stolen while washing it. And this is not an exaggeration.

Very sketchy place since guys kept asking me if I was alone. They walked probably 40ft to ask me random personal questions. Red flag right away, I left before finishing vacuuming my SUV. Good thing I did because I learned from the reviews people get robbed there.

Sparkle City can b little pricey on the extras, but overall a place to return to and one of the places I go to get my car cleaned. They clean the car and they make sure you will be happy when you leave. I know when to come and drive right in, the earlier the better.

Had amazing customer service here. Drove up to the automatic wash late one evening and it was not working. I called the number as I had already paid and left a message. The next day I received a call back from the owner, George. He personally apologized and mailed me a refund plus a coupon for a free wash. Very professional and would highly recommend because of this experience.

Vacuums take quarters and dollar coins only, so be prepared for that. The parking around them really needs to be sprayed down or something it has built up all the nasty stuff people dump out of cups, cans, etc and is super slick when it gets wet. The undercarrage wash starts late and from the sounds of it is very inadequate. Only reason it gets a second star is that it is large enough and the washes are quick enough that I think it would at least always be available, as opposed to the smaller places that get backed up fast.

$12 auto wash for the suds to still be covering my car. Had to spend ANOTHER $5 to get coins and do the self wash to get the suds off my car. Run down, awful area.
