Just left to get my husbands car washed. Paid $36 and I will need to go somewhere else to get it cleaned properly. They are not very detailed and the level of service is poor.

Since new management has taken over the Quality of my $40 carwash has went from 5 stars to 1 star. I'm so disappointed. Things are so expensive and when you treat your self to a carwash it should always be an experience. This will be the last time I come here.

Pay $12-40+ for an exterior wash, they don’t even have vacuums! If I had known this, I would not have come here. The reason that I even went to the car wash in the first place was mainly for the vacuums, so now I’ve paid for a car wash but the inside of my car is still in the same exact condition.

Let's talk about the positive 1st! They are never too busy so youre in & out quickly,the employees are always so so nice and the prices are not bad at all!. BUT my car is never fully cleaned. I still see dog paws in the back.theres still some bird poop on the roof top regardless if I get the top cleaning package. Also, now this is just speculations and alleged "accusations" but I have noticed little scratches and dings on my car a few days after I get it cleaned. So to be safe I'm probably going to just go to another carwash which stinks because Sparkle is so convenient.

I just left an hour or so. I only had $5 so I gave them that and was going to the ATM to give more when I noticed that they took my son's change out of his jar. I will not be going back there. They loss a loyal customer of 4yrs.

This place is amazing! They do a great job cleaning the cars. My van was filthy but it is now sparkling clean. From the moment I pulled up, I was quickly greeted with awesome service. love the hand drying and friendly staff. They were quick and thorough. I was in and out so fast. My car is now so shiny. Absolutely blown away. Thank you so much! I found my new car wash spot. I'm so glad I tried the place. A++++++
