So getting only three stars fue to the reason I ended up getting the amazing customer service I got at 530 in afternoon so I went to the location in Chester off rt 10 well the pressure is so low and brush so soft. I truly know my truck looked worse then when I started. so I went to the office and was greeted by a young man by the name Tishawn .. I stated what the problem was .. He walked back to the bay with me and looked at My truck and seen the soft brush and he himself checked the pressure in all bays then !! He came back and proceeded to use the remote to make sure the water stayed on the entire time it took me to clean my truck the way it should be and my truck is white lol !!!! Then he came back with a pack with other cleaning stuff and air freshener in it and gave it to me .. He then proceeded to apologize for the issue and said he would let his manager know the problems I faced. !!! Never have I had a young man take such drive and purpose in his job to make 100% Sure I was happy at his age I am glad to say they have amazing employees at this location!!!!

This is the best subscription wash service in RVA! Multiple locations some 24 hrs. The location on 2500 W Hundred Rd that uses the machine to 360 the car is my favorite. They provide outstanding customer service! Wyatt W. Is amazing, super friend and attentive!

First of all… why y’all got Wyatt out here in the cold like he’s part of the wash cycle at the self-serve 24/7 car wash?! 😂 That little baby is ALWAYS out there greeting folks with a smile. Half the time I’ve already scanned my QR code and I’m in the queue, and here he comes anyway making sure everything is running smooth like he personally owns the place. Give that man a heated vest or a promotion! lol Some jokes aside … Outside of Wyatt’s top-tier customer service, I absolutely love Flagstop. I’ve had a membership since memberships became a thing. All my vehicles have been white, so you KNOW I’m particular. Especially during these snowy, slushy winters when the roads are disrespectful! But Flagstop keeps my car looking fresh every time. I also prefer this location because you do have to put your tires into a system that pushes the car along. Park and enjoy the wash! The only downside is that you have to pay for the vacuum.
