We got the total protection wash after vacuuming the car there was scratches all over the hood.. I asked to speak with the manager or supervisor on duty and they never came to talk with us.. very disappointed..

Ended up going here Saturday was disappointed with results and ended up with a broken back wiper as the kid working there couldn’t put the cover over the wiper and said screw it. Called left voicemail no call back unprofessional and will never go here again. I own a newer car think you guys would handle peoples car with more respect and care

I recently had my car washed at this establishment, and overall, I found the experience to be quite satisfactory. The process was quick and straightforward, saving me valuable time. Moreover, the prices were reasonable, making it an affordable option for regular car washes. While I cannot claim it to be perfect, as there were a few minor areas that could be improved upon, I still believe it is worth recommending. If you're looking for a hassle-free car wash that won't break the bank, this place is worth considering.

Just washed my car. Didn't get close to clean attendant said its from the road. Isn't that the reason I'm there to clean road dirt fronm car. If I have to wash my car like he said Why did I pay 15$

My car was scratched right between the window and door handle, something that I would see every day, so I know exactly when it happened. I brought it back and did a claims form. While I was filling the form, the person told me he didn’t think the scratch came from the car wash but they would check cameras and determine if it happened. Person said that it was impossible for the car wash to ever scratch a car. Maybe they should have a neutral 3rd party to assess claims instead of pretending they will be able to see anything in cameras during a car wash and actually take the blame. I tried to speak to a manger but never got a call back.

3 times recently I was unable to wash my vehicle due to the place being temporarily closed. It makes me not want to renew my membership on my other vehicle. I feel I deserve a free car wash for the gas money i lost driving there.

Easy in and out. Average car wash. No pre-scrub from the attendants like many others offer. Free vaccuums for use after wash but suction on units is not that great compared to your stereotypical duct taped hoses at other car washes that actually suck up dirt and debris. You're honestly better off buying a car was from your local gas station if they offer it. Probably cheaper by a couple of bucks and same level of service and same clean.

I purchased the Total Protection+ package. According to their website, they use this technology to create a 3D image of your vehicle to create a wash custom to your vehicle. I don't see how this could be possible at all as there is no where that I saw any device that took this so called "3D image of my car". I did not use the vacuums or get out to hand dry my car afterwards so I did not notice until I got home that my car was in fact not clean at all. Definitely not worth the money and I will not return.

Yesterday I paid for the highest wash available, and there was no hot wax or tire black, and I’m sure nothing else there was supposed to be. After the wash, my boyfriend asked the young man working what happened, and he said, “yes, we know it isn’t working and we are looking into it”. So if this is the case, then why are you allowing people to still select the highest wash on the screen, and pay more for a service that doesn’t exist at the moment??? So I just wasted money for no reason, and I know if I did, so many others have as well.

We paid for a car wash and the utilized the free towels to dry the car and get the remaining dirt and dead bugs off the car. The guy came and yelled at my husband for using too many towels and that we are the reason they have to run the washing machine all the time. Wow I’d rather just pay for the towels than be harassed like that it was extremely embarrassing and uncalled for. You’ve lost not only our membership but the rest of my family as well.

This car wash is reasonably priced. Despite long lines at times, it moves very quickly. Self vacuums are available. Wipe your own car dry. Definitely a great car wash and by the volume of cars that pass through a favorite in the Lehigh valley!

Wonderful customer service, I've had several issues like vacuums clogged up to my vehicle not going in neutral. Every time the staff has been very friendly and understanding. The wet towels are a nice touch to help get door wells and other areas that can rust away the body of a car. I personally use my sparkle club membership every weekend and highly recommend it, especially if you live around this area during winter. You will get a lot more life out of the body of your vehicle plus it's far more efficient than washing at home.

The car wash is great but the dryers haven't worked in a year. Makes me angry that they raised the rate and didn't fix the dryer. The manager stated they were being replaced in 2025....???? The towels have always been good until recently, they felt sticky to the touch and left a filmy residue on my new car windows and paint. The kids that work there are always pleasant and friendly.

Sparkle Car Wash is an efficient, quick way to wash your car. I never wait on a line there and they have free vacuums that have powerful suction and there's never a wait for the vacuums either. Normally, I go to a touchless wash because I've often read brush washes can damage and put swirl marks on your paint. However, my car covered in tree sap so I took it to this brush car wash on this day. The wash only got about 30% of the sap off and I had to remove most of it by hand. Also, the car was still fairly wet after the wash. The blow dryers only did a mediocre job. The car wash does seem clean however and ownership appears to do a good job of upkeep. There is no garbage laying around, the equipment looks clean, all the garbage cans are emptied and everything works including all the vacuums. Plus, it's very reasonably priced, especially compared with other car washes in the Valley that are not as good as Sparkle. Only negative, like I said, was it didn't remove most of the tree sap from the roof of my car.

I started off loving this car wash when I bought my new car. Then, last weekend, I went through the car wash and came out with my hood scratched. I spoke with the manager, Walter, on the phone. He told me to bring my car for him to see it but in the next sentence, he said in all his years he has never approved a claim that the car wash damaged a car. He was very demeaning and told me that I probably did it with a snow shovel. When I brought my car down, he of course stuck to his story that I did it with a snow shovel and that the car wash couldn't possibly have scratched the car. He said he had several other customers come back that same day complaining of scratches and that he determined they were all from a snow shovel. Um what?! Several cars damaged in the same day and he won't even entertain the idea it was done by his car wash?! I consider myself an intelligent woman and would absolutely remember if I was stupid enough to clean a car off with a snow shovel instead of the snow brush I have which is made for cars. I also advised him my insurance company said it happens all the time because the brushes pick up stones or rock salt and that is what scratches the car. He didn't invite me to fill out any paperwork He just sent me away saying it was my fault. Worse experience ever! I will never go back here again!

Sparkle Car Wash on Route 248 in Nazareth is consistently excellent. The facility is always clean, they do a great job getting all the dirt off, and there are always towels available to spot-dry for a perfect finish. Vacuums are readily available, along with trash cans to easily clear out your car. The staff is always friendly and great to talk with, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend this location for a quick, thorough, and pleasant car wash!
