Car wash was barely effective, there is not much “deluxe” about the $29 deluxe. That said - my larger issue is with the rude, terrible attitude that I was given by the staff. If you aren’t good with people, you probably should not have the job taking the orders. And making my daughter cry was totally unacceptable - I even spoke with management, who said “ok, I’ll speak with him”. That’s it. No apology or anything. Well… I’m doing my part sharing my experience and will take my car elsewhere from now on. You’ve lost a loyal 15+ year customer after today, not that you care. Good luck running your business like that!

Absolutely thrilled with the service. Brought my truck here after getting it stuck in someone’s field. Did my best to get the mud off it at home then brought it here for final clean. Some mud came out of weather stripping and the truck came out too dirty for their liking so they ran it thru again. Phenomenal service and results 10/10

After paying for a $46 wash, I asked if the senior discount was no longer available. I was advised that I had to "ask" for it before paying. I asked if they could cancel the charge and apply the discount. I was told by the woman working that she could not (when obvious it could) and would not. I have been to this location several times on senior discount day and never had to "ask" for the discount. Very poor response and service and I will not be back due to the rude response by the employee.

They are not the same anymore! Don’t waste your time and money in this place 👎. so disappointed with the job! They didn’t even bother to wipe down the interior or take out the mat to vacuum, and I paid for it. 👎👎

Absolute nightmare. 10 people drying one vehicle at a time. can't even drive your own car through. You have to let a complete stranger take over your vehicle! And while pulling out because of the absolute chaos going on in this place one of these so-called employees just decides to step out in front of my moving vehicle when I'm trying to exit because I refused their service.

Paid $46 for the express car wash and they did a horrible job leaving squirrel marks from not fully finishing wiping off wax coating on the outside of the truck did half the interior door panels so you can see shiny and then dull what they didn’t wipe along with the top on the center console. Did half the job they should have and there were still water marks all over the truck when they were finished, will never go there again. I do not recommend it for the amount of money you spend.In contrast, I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at the Express car wash, where I paid $46 for a service that fell short of expectations. The exterior of the truck was left with squirrel marks due to incomplete wiping of the wax coating. Additionally, the interior door panels were partially cleaned, resulting in a visible contrast between the shiny and dull areas. Furthermore, the top part of the center console was not adequately cleaned, leaving water marks. Despite the partial completion of the job, the car was still left with visible water marks. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against using this car wash service for the amount of money paid.

Do not go here! Their spinning brushes damage your car! This car is brand new, 2 months old. I now have horizontal scratches through my entire car paint. On the entire surface of the car. When I saw it, I looked at other cars coming out and the ones with glossy trim around their windows had the exact same pattern. On top of that, they do an awful job at hitting all the spots, the missed significant portions of my interior, and the chemicals they used on my leather ruined the leather. I am attaching a photo of just one of the spots of damage on my car. Update: Just got the car back from the body shop. The car ended up having $7,000 in damage. Police, adjusters and body shop all confirmed it was caused by this car wash. Owners and management are ghosting the insurance company and they refuse any responsibility. The also told me when I went and talked to them that they do not clean the foam brushes because they get cleaned by the soap. THAT IS NOT HOW IT WORKS. The good car washes in the area clean the brushes off with power washers every day, sometimes multiple times a day.

Years ago they used to do a great job here. Unfortunately in the recent year I always have to go home and do more to the interior. We are talking a car that is barely used and doesn’t need much. Paid for the interior but they don’t even wipe down the screen and console or at least do a terrible job. Really disappointed

Just had our new car washed and cleaned on the inside for $48 dollars. The car smelled terrible after the fact and had nasty white liquid all over the place. It was honestly made significantly more gross by coming here. I feel like I just paid someone to make my car smell gross.

The cleaning is at or below average, the prices are insane. This place is stuck in the 1990s. They're out of date on prices, service models, and technology. Worst part is that there is no membership model that would make their prices tolerable. Even the worst self wash places offer membership models now. Whoever is running this place is just trying to extract extra profit before they are made redundant by a corporate chain with memberships. Go here if you must (very convenient location), otherwise find it better place

It is really not worth getting the deluxe car wash. No matter when I go, which day or what crew, I am disappointed. I always wind up parking my car somewhere taking out my own armor all and rags and wiping it down better myself. You may as well just go for the basic wash because they only do good at taking off the first layer. These pictures are from a deluxe wash there. I had to call them back and ask them to clean where the cup holders were in the middle console. Still I was left with all of these bits and crumbs that were easily wiped off when I took an Armor All wipe to them later.

I don't like writing negative reviews of local businesses, but... I had a gift certificate and saw all the negative reviews, and I do understand. It wasn't a disastrous experience, but the cost of the Deluxe wash is $29 (+ tip) and the clean was ... fine. The vacuuming was OK, but little details, like them not putting the floor mats back correctly, were annoying. For half the price, I can go to Auto Wash near Target, get a good exterior clean, and all the free vacuuming I want. At Sparkle, if you want to do extra vacuuming, it's a $1 for 4 minutes. I guess if you REALLY don't want to vacuum yourself and $30 seems fair, Sparkle will generally get the job done, but I wouldn't return again.

I gave this place a second chance and yet again disappointed. For $46 PLUS tip which I gave $10, the car should be super clean. I opened the door and saw dust still everywhere inside and asked someone to clean it. As you can see I should have opened passenger side also. This is unacceptable. There’s a ton of workers just wiping nothing instead of actually cleaning. Never coming again, for $56 it’s not worth the trouble especially when I asked nicely from the beginning can you please do thorough vacuuming/cleaning.

I’m not sure that the cost equals the service. I just got the top car wash and though they’ve done a decent job there are still places where the car is wet, not fully cleaned inside or missing places of armor all, and using armor all on touchscreens leaving a film. They didn’t even throw out my trash 🤯😂😮‍💨 $46 plus a five dollar tip you would think would provide a much better service. I’m still going to have to do some cleaning of my car.
