Special wash day on Wednesday was great. I didn't mind the wait because I needed to get rid of the last of the winter dirt. Friendly person marked the cars and the staff was very efficient.

Worker took my money, but did not let the other workers know which wash I payed for. I literally rolled down my window & had to tell worker I paid for a super wash. He said, “Oh well, you were just about to get a regular wash”. I’m convinced it was a regular wash, on top of that my car was salty(white marks everywhere) after the water fully dried. Please don’t waste your money/time.

I recently changed my subscription from Mister Car Wash which I had for a year to Sparkle Buggy after their quick decline in attention to detail. The attendants were lazy and hardly ever put in effort to pre spray before going through. It would take me 2 times to get the grime off my SUV. Sparkle Buddy attendants are highly professional and take time not only to spray the vehicle but add the extra touch of a brush. I will say though, I have to remove my roof rack before I am allowed to go in, so after a road trip it’s a little annoying. The overhead brush isn’t able to be turned off from what I was told for roof rack vehicles. I’m glad they told me otherwise I would have not even thought of it. I will say, one thing that’s a bit a bummer is for my Chevy Traverse, the top brush is a bit aggressive on my rear window wiper and tends to pull it out of alignment when I go through. Fortunately i was able to adjust and tighten the nut holding it down and haven’t since had an issue. 5 out of 5 though in this review!

I love it. I sometimes will drive the 10 miles here rather than go to the full service places close to my home. The extra brushes do a great job all around and the air dry is just as good as the full service places. Frankly the guys withe the towels at the other places are not worth the extra money. Put one up in Bay City and you will "clean up"

Would recommend paying the monthly fee if u are in the area. I have a truck that I run through at least twice a week. Great value for the money. I'm consistently happy with the quality of the wash.

The three gentleman that work here are friendly people, however, you quite literally never get what you pay for at this car wash. Either the right side of the tire shine is not working, or the wax does not come out when you pay for it, or it completely misses the back of the vehicle, I could go on and on. Whilst I do appreciate the professional employees, I do not appreciate not getting what I pay for. The employees will at least try to make it right if you bring it to their attention, but nonetheless, I still feel genuinely ripped off every time I use this car wash. I’ve only returned because of how close this car wash is to my home as well as the gentlemans good attitudes, they acknowledge the faulty equipment and they’ll give you a free wash once in a while but to be honest I would rather they just fix their equipment.

Was just there and attempted to use the hand held car wash stations. Put 5.00 in and barely any soap was coming out of the sprayer or brush. Spoke with a employee there who said to go to a different station and he'll come back and credit us. The employee ended up leaving and I went and spoke with another employee who said there was nothing he could do and said his boss just left which is the person we spoke with. When we told him that was unprofessional he said he didn't care.

I love this car wash. My wife and I drive about 45 minutes to go here at least a few times a month. Cannot get a better wash for the money anywhere. The best part? The vehicle is almost bone dry afterwards. Best dryers I have ever had in a car wash.

Always over charges me! Says it’s only $2 to start and then automatically charges me $10 even if I’m just doing a quick spray off! The sprayers rarely work and if they do they have no pressure at all such a waste of money and time had to leave after 2 min because sprayer didn’t work and go to another car wash to get soap off of car! Also every time I talk to employees about issues with the sprayers Or money I’m told to come back tomorrow to talk to a manger who is never there the next day!

Discovered this wash the other day and love it. There is a spin brush that actually gets the back of my vehicle unlike the Mr. Carwashes out there. Pricing is right on par with others.

I use the self serve. 3rd time now, No soap in the brush and the one bay the foam brush fell right off. I like washing my own car I just wish they would maintain their property because it's a convenient location. You can do better! Moving on

Fair price for a good carwash. Workers always do a good job of prepping the vehicle prior to entering the automatic wash. I am always satisfied with the cleanliness of the vehicle.

At the end of the car wash my back tire got hooked on something and I couldn’t leave, the worker took minutes to get to me as I honked my horn for his attention. Also the right side of my car still had ice and worker seemed very rude. Never will come back.

Self serve is a total scam. Rather than accepting quarters like any other self service car wash they only accept bills or plastic. When using a credit or debit card it is $2 to start the wash. If you dont hit the cancel button before reaching two minutes it automatically charges your card $10! If you hit the cancel button too early it cancels the wash before getting two minutes in. Such a ridiculous system and I cant imagine how many people are over charging there cards not realizing how the ridiculous setup is. The functoionality of the wash itself is great. But I am hesitant to return do to the fact I could have paid for a drive through wash with all the money wasted by mistakenly overcharging for a simple self serve wash. Dont waste your time or hard earned money unless using CASH ONLY!

I live near Olde Towne and have been wasting my time and money at the self-serve bays at Marathon on N. Michigan Ave. I tried Sparkle because for the third time in a row, no wax was dispensed at Marathon, where you get only 8 minutes for $5. At Sparkle, a $5 bill buys 10 minutes, you get better equipment and cleaning solution, and my car was so clean almost no dirty residue was left on my drying towel for a change (Of two of my four visits so far however, no foam from the brush). Also vacs are free.

We are so happy with sparkle buggy. They do a fantastic job. We’re from bay city ( not a fan of Mr. Car wash) so we always stop here. Please open on the east side of bay city.

This self serve stall is absolutely the worst I have been to. Stalls on right had no high pressure wash, wax, rinse, or foam brush. Went and got 4 dollars back and was told 1st bay all the way left works best. Move my truck over to that bay and have high pressure but not one drop of soap on pressure wash and foam brush does absolutely nothing. Time for credits entered is ridiculously low as well. ******IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SELF SERVE WASH ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY*******.

Self serve wash is beyond a joke, high pressure is more like low pressure and low pressure, like pre wash and spot free is a dribble, not even usable. Regardless of pricing I’d avoid the self serve here, you can do a better job with a garden hose, bucket some car soap and a mit in your driveway, probably have more pressure too.
