New management is dreadful. Too busy eating donuts to wash cars. Used same rag to dry 2 cars. 4 cars in line but not busy enough to have extra workers clock in, so 1 guy did all the work. I asked for my money back and left. I used to go there all the time...they were once very good. NO LONGER. Avoid it like the plague.

I got scammed out of a $60 gift card purchase because they "switched managers 10 days ago." They said they decided not to honor any previous gift cards. I don't think I'll trust this place again.

I do not recommend this place anymore, I used them for years with all my Town Cars and Cadillac throughout the years and today I took Moms vehicle to get it cleaned for her and I guess the guys drying the cars were not in the mood to dry, they left the car with all streaks around, the wheels all dirty when I paid for full service. They did not even bother to dry the top, as soon as I drove off all the water was on the back window, the interior seemed to have been cleaned with a towel that had been used to clean dust, it turned out looking dirtier than it was before. A different gentleman came over and I pointed out just some of the details and he took care of most of them, which should have been handled the the original guys that did the drying.

Poor management and rude customer service. My mom took her car to get washed and waited for an hour and a half and was fine waiting for the car wash but then they lost her car mats and tried giving her the wrong ones. She addressed the issue to the manager and the manager insisted they were her mats. My mom told her they weren’t hers because it was obvious that they weren’t hers she bought them herself she knows what her mats look like. And she then tells my mom “well what do you want me to do about it? I can’t do anything about it. Those are your mats.” My mom told her she even overheard one of the workers tell another worker “I think those are hers see if they fit.” And she still continued to be rude about the whole situation instead of just apologizing and accepting that someone made a mistake. She never apologized for the incident and yes they gave my mom a refund after my mom asked for one and still had the audacity to say “you can get a refund but I’m keeping the car mats.” But now she has to buy new car mats which cost more than the car wash itself. That’s not the problem here either, your manager should have accepted that there was a mistake and spoken nicer and apologized at least and there was no need to be rude. My mom even told them that if she had just told her it was an accident she could accept it and move on but still never apologized or acknowledged they made a mistake. Whoever owns this place you need better management that can provide quality customer service they handled this very poorly and clearly they did the customer wrong.

Been using this service over 10 years usually very good. Last year cost for external wash wash was $8.00 Then 8.50 a few months ago. Today 15.00 although the posted rate is 10.00. Service seems slower. Looks like I need to find another carwash

Very disappointed. I paid $35 plus tip to have my car washed and the interior cleaned. It took them about a hour to finish and they did a very poor job.

I’ve been using Spark-All for awhile now. Service has been declining recently. In my most recent visit they disconnected the child car seat from the latch system to clean underneath, which I appreciate. However, they did not reattach the latch system nor tell me that they didn’t attach the latches again. So, my daughter was riding around in a disconnected and completely unsafe car seat for two days before I saw the seat disconnected. Completely irresponsible of the cleaners. I’ve tried to call the numbers on Google and on these reviews and have yet to reach someone who works at the location.

Worst experience with a car wash place hands down. They damaged my right rear seat on my Lincoln and the manager and owner said they are not responsible for any damage while cleaning my SUV. Definitely would not recommend.

I have used this car wash for years, with that being said, I’m assuming it is the under new managers. I pulled up and there was no cars 🚗 n front of me. The employees were sitting as they should have time to rest in this horrendous heat. But the cussing and really bad language being thrown out was not cool! I’m no prude, but I could see how anyone would be offended. I asked them to be sure and clean cup holders etc and do a full clean armor all and everything ( like I always get). I went to sit in waiting room, no one else was there. 5 minutes later about 4 or 5 guys come in and open the office door and start rolling dice, and cursing right in front of me. This is 2 pm in afternoon, I was a little shocked. Anywho, get truck and no armor all on outside at all. Inside is still sticky and cup holders dirty with armor all wiped over it!I guess all good things must come to an end, when the lady ran that place it was packed all day every day, now I know why there was no one there. Sad! Do better guys!

I have been going there for years, but this is the first time I have taken my F150. I specifically asked for the covered bed to be cleaned out .I was given a price and I paid for it upfront. When I returned not only was the bed NOT cleaned out, but the tailgate was still dirty, the cup holders were never cleaned, the tire rims were half way done, the carpet was mediocre at best, the front and back windshields were not cleaned well (you could see the marks of wipes of dirt still on there). I went back and the young man basically said well we do clean the beds. I said to him I specialized you to clean the bed as there were rocks, dirt, leaves, etc…he proceeded to sweep it but there was literally water on the items in the bed. It appears they just used a hose and threw water on the bed, things were dripping! Not a place I will ever return to. They don’t seem to care…even after this the tailgate still has dirty smudges, the windows look like a 5 year old wiped them. Pretty bad. Not happy!

Better than the rest. Car came out cleaner here than at those new subscription car washes. Don't bother with the rest. Go by this place to try the best. They have an automatic bay with 2 employees pre-washing the dirt and grime before it enters the bay. Then 2 more employees to hand dry your vehicle as it emerges sparkly clean from the tunnel. I saw 10 employees working so your car comes out fast. They also do full detailing and vacuum. Reasonable prices and bundle value packs if getting the works. I can stay in my car too if getting just a wash. Always nice people and excellent service. Been going there 20+yrs dating back to when I was a little kid; my mom would get her car washed there (still does).

I've gone there for years with great service. Business has new owners now my car has not been throughly cleaned since the business changed hands. Doors and door facings and cup holders left dirty, dirty napkins and straws left on floors and in cup holders. Dirty spots left on car. Never again will I go there. $45 and it used to be $25 with great service!

Came to this car wash for the first time and I gotta say best prices for the full service. The manager was really helpful..he also tried fixing my front window with the rock chip... They did A Good Job and they pay attention to detail compared to other car washes I've been to.. thank you spark all and your crew.. we will definitely be back..

Came to your car wash and I gotta say I was happy with the way my car came out super clean the employees did a very good job definitely will be coming back to you guys and they even offer seat cleaning rock repair n even asked if I need a seat n carpet cleaning. Staff was super friendly. And for the price I paid it was totally worth it! Keep up the good work guys! 😁

Washed my RV outside only and was charged 380$ did a good job but the price was very very high, was told competitors would of charged me 500$ called a couple of places and was told 120-180$ quotes. Not my best experience on a car wash

Worse cleaning any of my vehicles have ever had..asked them right away I just want the interior cleaned n seats shampoo, mediocre cleaning, dash front was left dirty, center console still had sand, vacuuming was subpar at best, they removed my antenna for whatever reason but didn't put it back, asked them to focus on stirring wheel n interior windows but they didn't, on top of all that spots on wash n windows..above all they left my keys inside w doors unlocked n no one was there! But then again they have all kids working there so........I won't be going back ever!

After 90 minutes, my car still has dirt in many places. It looks like the quality of wash I could have purchased for $6 at bluewave. Absolutely ridiculous quality for $24. They should wash my car again for free and refund me for what I spend at Bluewave since I’ll have to wash it again.

The customer service was welcoming and helpful! The employees took their time on vehicle and made it look spotless inside and out - they even added a car scent freshener of PINA COLADA! I will be definitely returning again sometime!

I would not recommend this place. I got the interior and exterior cleaning for $45 for my truck and they rushed. It was not cleaned very well inside or outside. I asked the attendant if they could revacuum the inside again and they said I needed to pay more. Pictures show how it was left.
