Didnt have the right size wiper that i ordered online. Couldnt substitute. So i couldnt keep my discounts (which i love). So had to cancel. Felt like he didnt want to bother.

they are not kind enough to serve people and there are never staff to serve Always have to wait a long time because all they are always in the back of store doing nothing.. 4/07/22 again today I was waiting like 15 min to be attended there are only two employees inthe front but they prefer to answer the phone to attend the people who is waiting there While 3 more are sitting talking on the back, managers need to put more attention in that store too many lazy workers

They'll help you out when asked but pretty much do the bare minimum. Not a very big store so they won't have everything you need just the basics. Not very attentive with customers but if your car can't make it much further you might as well stop.

2 days in a row i went to advanced auto parts to get 2 different parts. I was given the wrong part from advance auto parts both times so each time i went else where and was given the right part the first time plus at a cheaper price. Advance auto parts has lost another customer. Bad customer service and staff are not knowledgeable enough to be working in a auto parts store

Usually I’m very nervous when it comes to auto parts stores because I don’t know much about cars. But my experience at Advanced Auto Parts was far from nerve racking thanks to Ethan! He was very welcoming and friendly. He helped me with getting the right oil I needed for my car and informed me on some information about oil changes! Overall great experience and made a good friend out of it too!

I usually always come here for paint, and the employees are very helpful in ensuring that they assist to the best of their ability. One of the employees, ethan, always goes outside to paint match the vehicle I am working on and makes great recommendations. The paint always matches very well, and they have a great variety of stock for hardeners, clears, and reducers.
