Do not use the tire shine for your SUV or truck. Might be good for a small compact car but I bought the shine for my Tacoma...You can barely tell it got the tire shine.

Went to wash my car the last dry that circle left my windshield worst 😒 super dirty. Im very disappointed because i told the employees and he just look at me like OK. He didn't even offer a to Towel too clean my windshield

Went to get my car washed and left with my bumper ripped off from the machines that washes it. Told the owner and he claimed it was already like that and the swatches weren’t meant for the car. He just left with no resolution even though I have picture and video proof it wasn’t from his employees. The employees had to try to piece the bumper back and couldn’t even do it right. No apology at all.

SG Express Carwash is super convenient. Any automatic carwash will never clean your car 100% but it cleans a good 98% of it at least. Free vacuuming is a maaaajor plus. The app used by the company is super convenient. When you set it up, you just drive up to the arm (you gotta get super close), it scans your car and you're charged and start. Super easy. Highly recommended.

They started using cheaper soap and still have the nerve to raise the prices. I always washed my car here but until today left disappointed. I had to wash it twice because the car still had blue liquid dripping and when the air blower was on i seen the same blue liquid coming out of the front window. It left the windows with streaks of dry soap and the car looked streaky too my car had a dull look instead of shine like it usually does. I've never had a problem until today. Very disappointing. I asked for who to speak to and the attendant who collects the money wouldn't tell me. He just kept saying someone outside after I asked for a second wash with less soap because obviously I still had some from the first wash lingering on the car. And he never got a manager or gave me a name to speak with them.

Very decent Car Wash. Uses 'rag' spinners. Good prices. Employees are very nice. They tape your rear wipers. No damage. Car is cleaned well for an automatic. *Don't know about the vacuums as I haven't used yet - BUT They're FREE with Wash.

$5 wash.🤑 one of the biggest car wash. it's really busy in the afternoon it's best to go at night. Didn't did well on cleaning my SUV. I'm thinking that move too fast or it's not designed for full size SUVs. the vacuums work well but not strong enough like others. Also so much trash on the floor. Only saw one employee that's the one was working

Came to get a "car wash" in the middle of the machine it stopped working and I went around to tell them and they immediately had an attitude and blamed it on me. I asked if i can just simply go through again or get my money back they said no. I left with water and soap marks on my car having to go to another car wash. Wouldn't recommend the staff was rude and gave attitude.very upsetting because I come here all the time.

I've been coming here, since it opened, never any issues. It's out of my way, but I really love the wash, and vacuums. Friendly staff, all great, even today, even after what happened. I'll explain, I've always, and forever have gotten the Ultimate Car wash here, but today, the roller grabbed on to my top rack, and broke it. I know, :(, I spoke with manager, Diego, he promised they would order the part, and took VIN, and all info, hopefully it'll be resolved, he promised no more than two weeks, so we'll see. He did recommend, not to get the ultimate wash anymore, because the last roller, does go down, and will cause damage again on my SUV. Update!!! So, the person I dealt with, was amazing, long story short, they kept their promise! And yesterday I picked up my new rack ... Thank you so much!
