Terrible car wash. Literally the worse I’ve ever had. They didn’t really vacuum. There were still little crumbs in my seat. They didn’t bother wiping down the seats. I would have been way better off running my car through a mobile wash and been $25 richer and had those 30 minutes back in my life. Such a bummer. I wanted to love them since they are down the street from my house.

This place is a joke. They splash water on the car and give it back to you. I was charged 36.99 for my jeep. They were to wash the floor mats, but it says dirty as it was when I first went. They didn’t even bother cleaning the rear of the car. With Tips or at $42. Please close your shop a stop wasting peoples money

Good quality car washing that uses both machine and actual people to clean your car. The had wax is is an extra that I sometimes go for to better protect my car's paint job. Nice customer service and clean / comfortable place.

Honestly...to the Lord above (no lie) this place will definitely take care of you and your car. Mechanical work top-notch car wash top-notch. Very nice,simple,and are truly hard workers aslo great location. Trust me (I'm not just saying that too), What you expect is what you will receive. This is the only place I go to if I need a carwash or if there are any problems with my car.... they are very professional,polite,and very clean. You will feel like home when you're there. There's a reason why this business has been open for this many years.

Definitely a good car wash. Nice park across the street is a nice bonus as well. Good work done in a very reasonable time-frame. Took this photo before they dressed the tires. Be sure to TIP your service providers, they work HARD for YOU :)

My car looks shiny and clean after a nice car wash here. Only complaint I have is that they dry the car with a circle motion and overtime it can leave small circle marks on the car that look like scratches however you can easily get rid of the circle marks by doing some paint correction. They re-use the same rag on other cars and little dirt or rocks can transfer over which is what causes those circle marks so I think if they either dried the car with straight motion or used clean rags, there wouldn't be this issue. For the price though, I am not complaining too much though about the quality.

I've brought multiple vehicles here over the last 8 years and after today, I will never give this business my money again. Manager is an absolute joke and had the nerve to yell in my face and hold my car door open when I tried to leave after I was dissatisfied with my service. Would give 0 stars if I could. This place was top notch a few years ago, really sucks that they suck now.

I been here a few times but today was my last and I wouldn’t recommend you wash your car here . From the time you park your car , they try to upsell services . In one of those times they overcharged me and said prices had changed yet the price menu remains the same . I didn’t mind because they left my interior clean that one time . Today I went and I purchased a 31.00 dollar car wash plus 10 dollar tip to see my car so dirty still . I couldn’t tell when I was at the car wash because it was shady area and the sun didn’t reflect the dirty mirrors but basically my windshield , back windows and side mirrors look the picture below dusty , spotty and just dirty .

I do not recommend getting the $70 car wash, it is a scam I would just pay $30 instead. I paid $70 for a car wash for the guy just to add wax and wipe it off dry which he did not do a good job which there still water spots. Get the regular car wash.

I brought my car here to get hand washed instead of self service car wash but didn’t see much difference. I had to call the cleaning person and his manager to show all the spots he left dirty, dusty and wet. He went over the second time only outside but did not touch inside whatsoever. The dashboard was barely wiped. All the corners were still dusty and dirty. I noticed after I left the place how badly it was vacuumed. I had the “early bird” $22.99 + tip. We live in the time that apparently that’s not enough money for a car wash to do the basic wash properly. Don’t even tip them before checking your car condition. Better, save your money and go somewhere else!

They're just ok. Friendly--sure, but I guess if you don't have a fancy car you're not in for a real attention sort of treatment. I've gotten the super wash and the regular almost a dozen times and there was not a single time I didn't have to vacume/towel/air pressure something after... Bummer that they don't take the regular people's business as seriously.

This was the most expensive oil change I’ve ever had. I was charged more than a Kia dealership for a simple oil change, which was very disappointing. I would not recommend getting an oil change at this location.

This is by far the worst car wash experience I’ve had in this area. My vehicle was damaged at this establishment, and instead of taking responsibility or even showing basic professionalism, the staff immediately denied any wrongdoing and accused me of lying. I have been a loyal customer here for 3–4 years, often bringing two cars at a time. There is absolutely no reason for me to fabricate a claim now. I know my car was damaged here. When I asked them to review their cameras, they claimed they “saw nothing” and dismissed the issue entirely — no apology, no concern, no attempt to resolve the situation. What made this even worse was how my wife and I were treated. We were humiliated in public, spoken to disrespectfully, and accused repeatedly of dishonesty in front of other customers. When I stood up for myself and my wife, the owner escalated the situation by calling the police and falsely implying that I made a threat. Standing up for yourself and defending your spouse from harassment is not a threat. The arrogance and lack of accountability shown here is shocking. Treating a long-time customer like a criminal, refusing responsibility, and calling the police instead of handling the issue professionally is unacceptable. This business reflects very poorly on its management and how it is run. I will be pursuing this matter further until it is addressed properly. I am deeply disappointed and embarrassed by how this situation was handled, and I would strongly caution others before bringing their vehicles here.

My vehicle was damaged while being serviced at this car wash. Instead of taking responsibility or attempting to resolve the issue, staff denied any wrongdoing and accused me of lying. I have been a loyal customer for 3–4 years, often bringing multiple vehicles. There is no reason for me to fabricate a claim. When I requested a review of the footage, I was told nothing was found and the issue was dismissed without apology or corrective action. The owner, Richard, handled this matter extremely poorly. He was condescending, repeatedly calling me “buddy,” dismissing my concerns, and explicitly stating that he did not care what his employees did. At the front counter, Cynthia displayed an unacceptable level of customer service, openly accusing me of dishonesty and stating, “I don’t even want to touch you,” while handing me my change. This behavior was unprofessional, degrading, and occurred in front of other customers. Management then escalated the situation by calling the police and falsely implying that I made a threat simply for defending myself and my wife. No threats were made. Due to the damage to my vehicle and the refusal to take responsibility, I am now pursuing this matter through formal legal channels. I strongly advise others to use caution when trusting this establishment with their vehicles.

Bad idea to come here. First time here was excited to find a new spot close to home. At first everything was fine. Very friendly and clean. I go to my car hand the tip did a Quick Look and it looked great fine. Come home only to find the insides of the doors are not wiped down, the sides of the arm rest are not wiped down. There was some granola stuck on the seats in the back, still there. Looks barely vacuumed and barely cleaned. The more I looked the more I found. 35 bucks plus 10 tip. I literally paid 45 bucks to have the outside of my car washed and they left the inside for me to finish Will not return
