I like going here because my brand of cigarettes are cheap here Plus I get reward points for every purchase I make the employees are friendly and gas is competitive with other gas stations good place to stop by when you're in town

I'm NEVER coming back here these people are wasting my time. The Manager is never there I just want them to refund my money back. The Pump did not work and they refuse to pay me back.

I always find the gas is cheapest at this location in Glendale. So i come here, i don't like the drive though car wash here. It kind of sucks.

This place use to have a decent car wash that you can drive though, they have done something very terrible, that added an even more expensive wash which is now $15 but have also shoetened the washes, so basically you can now pay even more for a worse wash, I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THEIR WASH, it does not clean your car at all?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

The cashier named Nasrin over charged me with stuff I did not buy. When I asked her for a recipe she disconnected the debit machine and didn’t want to give me recipe. Be careful when you purchase and pay with your debit.

I have been using their auto wash for YEARS. And I just waited 40 mins in line to get my car washed. I also used their self service vaccume (ive been coming here for years to get gas and clean my car mind you. I KNOW their stuff always breaks down) The vaccume machine is old WITH DUCT TAPE HOLDING IT TOGETHER and i put in the 1.50 required to quickly clean my car. The old thing DIDNT start up. So I go inside and ask for help. They looked at me with disgust as if i was TRYING TO STEAL their measly 1.50!!! I even had to add MORE money after they turned it on!!

Carwash is broken. Tells you to pull forward, then back up, then pull forward, over and over until it just shuts off. It didn't work for the people in front of us either. Went inside to get a refund. Cashier tried to tell us we "made a mistake" and acted like we were too stupid to understand how to use a gas or brake pedal. We tried to tell him it was broken (there were at least 5 cars in line behind us) but he wasn't having any of it. Then he shoved a clipboard at us that showed ten other people in the past two days who had asked for refunds! We signed it and he gave us a new receipt. Back in the car, we realized he had given us another carwash code, NOT a refund. We go back in and he rudely goes, "You never asked me for a refund!" Sure, dude. I only signed my name on a piece of paper that clearly said "refund" and yeah, I obviously wanted ANOTHER code to your broken carwash. I think they try to scam people into thinking they got refunds by being ambiguous like this. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I purchase the $12 car wash which was the best One , but it wasn’t spot free as they advertise also it leave 30% wet, when I told the cashier she said oh yes it’s not drying 100%.

I noticed that only after getting gas here my car spends 2x more gas than usually. Questioning about their quality. Also every time after using my card here I got some frauds, it was 1-2 years ago, not use my card at any gas station anymore.

I was a customer at their car wash for a long time but they just lost me as a customer. Quality changed dramatically. My car is almost as dirty as it was before I washed it. When I brought this up to the customer service workers, they were rude and very ignorant. I am going to pass this experience to all my friends whom btw I recommended this car wash.

I don’t usually review gas stations as they are gas stations. But after getting gas and a car wash here I went in to use the restroom. I saw that it was unlocked, and I went to it. The worker yelled at me 3 times for not asking him if I could use the restroom. Used gas stations restrooms many times over the year and asking to use a restroom as a paying customer is not my experience unless it requires a key. Yelling at a paying customer for not asking with no signs is a new one. Very rude

I went to buy $204 of lottery tickets for my weekly lottery pool today but the clerk scanned my prefilled tickets and said it was $218. I use the same tickets everywhere every week so I know for a fact it's $204. I asked the guy behind the counter to let me see the tickets so I can find the mistake. He did not want to let me see them and said I had to pay 1st. I asked again nicely to let me see because my pool is $204 and I am not paying for his mistakes. He said no, money first. I said I'll take my business elsewhere then and he said fine. I felt discriminated against and him thinking I was going to steal lotto tickets. I Went across the street to 7-eleven and had no issues. Same tickets were exactly $204! Now that 76 lost the chance of getting a piece of the pie when I win big and lost a good customer. This happened today 2/2/21 at 11:15am. Didn't catch the guys name, older guy, white hair and glasses I believe.

Worst customer service ever. Cards cannot be read at the gas pumps so that you have to go through the cashier most of the time. And their car washing machine does not rinse and dry the vehicle not even close to completion. The worst part is the customer service. He seemed like an owner and I spoke to him about the issues but he totally ignored about the issues in rude way.

No questions asked and no explanation of the situation. What did I want from the people who work at the gas station? The service is also nothing to write home about, the salespeople don't speak English, and the manager was apparently high. Just a question for the owners: why is this necessary?
