My car was not cleaned as expected even though we paid over $60 to get it cleaned. They did not clean the trunk at all of my Subaru Outback which is really easy to do. They didn’t even wipe it until I asked them to do so. Didn’t polish it well and didn’t even clean de cup holders and handles of the car. Whenever I asked them nicely to do it, they did it lazily and with haste. I wasn’t asking them to do anything above and beyond the service paid for. Do not go there unless you want to waste your time and money. Bad service overall.

I took advantage of a 10$ coupon for full wash and vaccum. They greeted me quickly and got right on my Ford Maverick. Within 30 min, they had my truck smelling good and shining bright. Even the tires were glistening. Too bad the Everett and Joned bbq wasnt open on Monday. Great experience!

HORRIBLE JOB! I paid $100 to get the car cleaned inside and out and there’s still crumbs on the seat in the middle underneath the driver seat and the passenger seat! They don’t even clean the surfaces of the inside of the car They just oil it up.

Amazing team, very professional. Explaining the prices was clear and prices made sense. They provided recommendations based on inspecting the vehicle. Wait time was about 20 mins for me, however time is different for anybody else. Will be bring my cars here again, worth a try!

Took my truck on Friday and lost a mat of my truck and was informed did not know where it was and took 4 days to get the mat back, poor communication between the personal in charge. If they loose your property there in charge to replace it by State Law.

They’re super smart and they charge me $50 for the best car wash but it was just like you know self car wash services. They haven’t cleaned my carpet not happy with the service and I’m not gonna come back over

I hate leaving a negative review but I feel I was totally taken advantage of. I was charged $300, and the job was mediocre. I left my car at 1130 went back to work. After work they still hadn't completed, but had two cars that came After me almost done. I then had to wait after working all afternoon. Terrible professionalism and I have a small car. $300 for a Dodge charger

The car in front of me got stuck in the car wash. After a few minutes, he started honking. Nobody came out. After 10 minutes, he was profusely honking and still no one came out to help him. I was ready to leave afraid I was going to get stuck. After like 20 minutes finally, one of the dryers, who was just around the corner, came and started the machine again. The guy was livid, screaming at the dryers and mashed off. I don’t blame him. I Luckily, I ventured in and came out clean. I didn’t bother to have the guys dry my car; as I will never come back to this place again. I would not recommend this place as well.

So desappointed ..!! use to be a great place to clean my car price service and price but not any more they rise the price and take out a lot of cleaning parts on the regular Diamond package they are greedy I hope they raise the pay on the employees that are the ones that do the hard work I will never came back to this place

When I was approached for the car wash, I didn't get any direction at all. I followed the gentleman who took my coupon and ask him do I wait here in the waiting room he was like sure. After the wash I found out my antenna was broken and drove back, the found my antenna in their wash and then tole me to a sign in a random location saying they are not responsible for damages to antennas..... Who doesn't give a warning to tell new customer who don't know how your was is run.... They took my number promising the manager Leo was going to call me th next day since he wasn't in. I waited and came in during lunch and same guy say manager is busy with 4 location and isn't in.... I'm still waiting for that call...

They are a good place to go get your car washed, however, I've noticed that they did not do my back window at all. There are some areas that they miss and they really need to make sure that they're cleaning all windows and also putting your scent that you asked for in your car. They need to make sure they do the tires as well when you pay the upgrade for it.

Paid $52 for a diamond car wash. My car was ready after 20 minutes so I was already iffy. Car had barely been vacuumed out, doors weren't wiped, dust still on dash. The wash states that they will shampoo your mats, so I checked them as a paper was over them and when I went to lift the mats the floor had not been vacuumed. I was told my carpet was dirty, but I showed them it was leaves and crumbs. After being called back again my car was still dirty. The manager told me it was the best they can do. I asked for their rags so I could at least wipe down my car myself. Really disappointed. I know my car was dirty and I asked prior to paying if it would be taken care of and they said it would.

I usually dont leave reviews but theyre wrong. Not only did they try to push me to get the more expensive wash done “for a good deal”. They did a bad job on my interior(no biggie) but once i got home i noticed an obvious scratch on the back of my car(could’ve been from the drive through machine or brushes they use). I went back to the location with a positive attitude because im understanding and aware that accidents happen but the person either jose or leo cant remember which one he said his name was, literally said “how are you gonna blame us look at all these cars that come they're fine” and told me they could possibly do something but didn't wanna give me the owners info to contact him only his name and literally walked away from me mumbling under his breath pissed off leaving me talking to myself. Go at your own risk i guess, my mistake was not reading previous reviews that also state theyve had damages/scratches from this location.

I recently took my car to this car wash for a detailed cleaning, and the experience was a complete disaster. When I went to pick up my car, it was still dirty both inside and outside. I asked them to redo the details, and upon my return, the car was still dusty and dirty inside and out. After requesting a redo for the third time, I discovered that the front paint of my car was destroyed, along with damage to the side, front, and back bumpers. The window frame paint was also peeled. When I demanded to speak with the manager, he came with an attitude, saying he needed to check the camera footage. He refused to let me see the footage, and later claimed he couldn't see anything clearly on the film. He kept referring to a sign that said the place is not responsible for any damages. Despite the car being in worse condition than when I brought it in, he had the audacity to ask me to pay for the car wash. When I pointed out that the inside wasn't even clean, he replied that they didn't want to use harsh chemicals, which ironically caused significant exterior damage. I'm extremely upset that they haven't responded to the Better Business Bureau. I am planning to take them to court for the damage they caused and their refusal to fix it. Avoid this place at all costs.

My 1st and last time havin them clean my car! I paid $70 for a really bad job! My car is brand new and because of them my car now has a long scratch on the hood eeerrr im so mad! I even have to wipe my car all over cause they didn't clean or wipe them good enough. Im soooo disappointed. I would have done better if only I knew. I have pictures for proofs of the bad job and the long scratch.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. From the moment I arrived, the employee I spoke with was not very talkative and brushed me off whenever I asked questions instead of actually answering them. I was told there would be a two-hour wait, which turned out to be completely inaccurate. On top of that, when I asked if my carpets could be washed, I was told no, and then suddenly it became a four-hour wait just for that. At that point, I was already regretting my decision to come here, especially since I had read some of the reviews beforehand. I’ve never been to a car wash where floor mats aren’t cleaned unless you pay extra. Other places I’ve been to—like Autotopia, Super Car Wash, and Brothers Car Wash—always clean the mats as part of their service. When I finally got my car back, it was disappointing to say the least. My car was not properly cleaned. There was still dust, stains, dirt, and even a scratch mark on the trunk area. This is completely unacceptable, especially since I paid for the “Royal” service. For the amount of money they charge, the quality of service should be much better than this. It honestly makes me wonder what exactly I was charged for, because my car was still dusty and still had stains. I will never come back to this place again. This was a complete waste of money. I attached some pictures mind you there’s a lot more I can show however this is the max capacity I can upload.
