The leval of incompetence is amazing at this store. I can't say how many times I have called here for a part because they are so convenient and have them tell me they don't have it and low and held when I call a different location guess who does have the part. The manager there who I'm not sure what her name is one of the people I am speaking about. There a few good people there but for the most part one of the worst oreilly auto part locations I ever had to deal with. They will no longer be getting my business and I highly recommend going to a different location or Napa on sunset dr. You can call these people with a part number and they still manage to get it wrong at this location. There incompetence is just amazing there.

The counter help needs to be trained better he had to keep asking everyone else how to do this and that in placing my order.. My order did finally get placed now to see if the right part comes in..

Honestly they used to have a person that ran just the check out was kinda annoying waiting heka long to buy sum oil that i could've been in an out an on with my day instead I waited over 30 minutes because people gotta talk the guys ear off at the counter asking for parts they aren't even buying.... 🤦♂️

I will be buying my parts from here from now on. Great customer service from everyone that I spoke with. They took the time to make sure that I had the correct part before I left, unlike the competitor that is located just down the street.

Very helpful, prompt friendly knowledgeable staff. If they don't have it they will call other locations for you or order it for you. They will walk you through and question/concern you may have. Most of these men are WyoTech graduates and a very knowledgeable in the area of automotives. We are regulars, have been and will continue to.

Ordered Parts online to pick-up from store! Got parts,, went to my Cousin house to install parts on his truck. Its over 100 degree's. Come to find out, there are 2 different spark plug wire sets for the Denali..😡. Which doesn't specify online about whether you have Round coil pack's or square ones. Round one's are too short.. Had to return to the store..Everything taken care of .

Easy access and well organized and clean store. They will test your onboard computer for free to diagnose issue when "check engine" light appears. Of course this is how they generate more business if it appears that you may need a replacement part.

Reliable Auto parts! Warranty returns r hassle free!They price match auto zone . Several friendly Women at the counter who love talking about cars! Store appearance has improved recently its been kept much cleaner and more organized. Not necessarily always a quick shopping trip, but i know i will get what i need for my cars ! best deals!

Employees are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I didn't catch the managers babe but she was awesome to work with. I needed to have them see why my check engine light came on, she did it, provided me a printout of what the code said and could mean. I'm so grateful for the Employees here

Staff at this location close down early closed the door at 8:55 still had 5 min and this was a emergency bought valve cover gaskets from them earlier in the day they gave me the wrong set now I will have to find a ride to work some how , horrible they should be docked pay . but if coarse his friends can shop you would be fired at my store

Found just what I was looking for. Friendly helpful staff. Offered to put me in the frequent shopping program, but I might head for an auto parts store more than once a year? After all, I might need both a light bulb and to add some kind of fluid in the same year.

I came in and this kid Jaime eventually helped me after being left at the counter for 5 minutes alone. I told him needed a rental tool to pull off my hub. He sold it to me without opening and checking the parts (something every person before him has done for me without asking) and I opened it and found several parts missing. I came in to get my $400 refund but Jaime refused to help me. Another gentleman helped me get my money back. Will NOT be coming back to this store while he is here. Appalling service.

I came into O'Reillys a hour before they were gonna close because of a bad battery and justin that worked there was very kind and helpful helped me out I didn't know what i was gonna do but thankfully for him everything was good thank you so much justin.
