The timer doesn’t work properly, the sprayers are low stream, the place is unmaintained, dirty brushes. This place is prime real estate take care of it.

Great self serve car wash! Price is fair and has all of the options from simple wash to soap and wax.

Kinda quaint and nostalgic, but not the best automatic car wash. DIY for best results. The vacuums are good and not too pricey.

My first job in high school 50+ years ago! Has three stalls for self car wash and 1 automated wash. Industrial vacuums.

I paid 7 bucks and only got rinse. No soap. Granted, it may have been a driver training issue. But instructions were not to be found. I will avoid this location in the future.

So the card readers on both stalls do not work period. There are coins jammed into cash slot so those appear to be manfunctioning too. I called the posted number and the person could not help. Based on other reviews I'm very worried this company wasted my time and may also charge my card as I tried to troubleshoot their malfunctioning card readers.

Washed auto nicely but apparently one has to buy Premium package to get spot dry. Convenient during COVID-19 epidemic. No one gets in your car and you don't have to interact with personnel.

I felt dumb after I left I hope no one ever feels like I did. You could probably go to the most expensive nicest car wash and it will still be cheaper than this. Who ever owns this has some bad karma coming their way.

The card reader on my space didn't say anything about not working. I Swipe my card 3 times because it's an old card. Everytime it says card read error so I decided to just get some quarters. This morning I noticed a $15 charge. I never got it to work using my card . I used quarters about 10$ in quarters. Don't use card unless you wanna give them free money

OWNER NEEDS TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Went to wash our camper van this morning and after only 10 minutes the owner appeared and asked if we were detailing our car??? NO! We were washing it! Isn't that what a car wash is for??? After spraying and soaping we were scrubbing the dirt off with rags to help remove the hard to remove dirt spots. Your lousy brush couldn't do the job so we had to help it along with rags. Mr. Owner asked HOW LONG we were going to be???!!! He said that we were deterring other customers and he didn't want to lose business! (THE PLACE WAS EMPTY! and all the other bays were OPEN!) And by the way Mr. OWNER... WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS who spent more than the overpriced $5 for few mins. (in fact, we spent $10) and we would have spent even MORE if you hadn't have RUSHED us out of there! What's your problem? It's a car wash!!! We were giving you business! YOU LOST CUSTOMERS and we won't go back....EVER! Lesson for you Mr. OWNER, you should NEVER make one customer feel like another customers business is more important. Especially when the place was EMPTY! Next time we will stick to the BUGGY BATH in Encinitas where we usually go. No hassles! People appreciate our business there. Seeee-ya!!!

Cash only. To the owner the stall I used had a tape covering the credit card slot. Vacuums are 1.75 please look at the pictures.

They do not accept cards yet they just leave the disabled card readers available without any notice. Waste of time and a trashy place. EDIT: I tried two different machines, three different cards, and every possible orientation and swipe direction. Neither machine responded to a credit card swipes. It has nothing to do with my bank as the owner has suggested below. I drove to a different carwash with the same equipment and everything worked fine.

Normally great but yesterday I paid my money drove in and the car wash wouldn’t work. There doesn’t seem any way to get your money back so I had to go somewhere else and pay double for a car wash. Edit. The owner reached out and personally reimbursed me my money. Upping review to 5 stars. Great service.

I use this place all the time. The machine does not stop immediately when you turn the dial to stop! You have to make sure you push the button.!!! That’s a little sneaky. ...Also, one time, there was no soap and my card was charged the minimum -which is 10 minutes. I called the number and the guy answered immediately so that’s why I’m giving this three stars but I never received any refund. That’s why I’m writing this review - But here I am using the car wash again and again it does not stop when you turn the dial to stop. You have to push the button so beware

This place isn’t just overpriced, it’s also a scam. The signs on the machines overtly misrepresent the price. Failing to clearly state the price PRIOR to purchase is a breach of California consumer protection laws. Avoid this place like the plague.

I don’t know what everyone is complaining about in these reviews. It all worked perfectly, the payment, the wands. I cleaned my entire rv for $15. My theory is people just don’t how to wash their own cars haha! I had a hard time finding a do it yourself car wash around here.

Overpriced didnt even clean the car. Had to hand wipe everything off. Spot free was a joke for 13.90 I expect a clean and spot spot free wash. Wont recommend . Car looked dirty even after wash.

Yes, had I read that $7 is the minimum, I might not have stopped. This is probably the most expensive car wash I have been to. Not sure why. It's no different than any other, and it's small, there are no drying bays, and vacuums are in the full sun. Spot free was okay. Left some minor spots. I think maybe the rent is high because of location so they charge more? Just be prepared. 7$ is the minimum!

This is one of the worst self car washes I've used. My car had the exact same amount of dirt on it after washing it as it did when I got there. Granted, my car is wrapped so I can only use the sprayer so I'm giving it 2 stars in the hopes that the brush might work. Either way the spot free rinse was not working so now I have additional water spots that I didn't have before. Definitely not going back.

$8 for 5 minutes to start. High pressure soap, foaming brush, high pressure rinse, spot free rinse. In total, $15 approximately. I personally enjoy washing my car myself, however, there are a few drive thru car washes (eco friendly auto spa in Carlsbad) that will get you a great wash and dry along with a ceramic coating and unlimited vacuum, drying cloths and mat holders. The facility is nice, clean and operable. There is also a drive thru car wash on site as well. Photo with prices attached. I do like that there are contactless, tap to pay options as well as cash. There is another car wash facility like this in Solana beach called Mohawk - they charge $6 for 5 minutes to start. But- when I visited a month ago, the vacuum cleaning machines were not operable.
