Great Experience Every Time! This is the third time I’ve come here, and I’m just as happy as the first time. The automatic car wash does a great job — my car comes out clean and shiny every time. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the whole process is fast and easy. Definitely one of the better car washes I’ve used. Highly recommend! Rating: 5/5

Absolutely blown away by the level of service I received from Armin at Soapy Joe’s! From the moment I pulled in, he greeted me with genuine warmth and a friendly attitude that instantly made my day better. His professionalism and knowledge about the services and memberships were top-tier he answered all my questions with patience and clarity. What really stood out, though, was his kindness. You can tell he truly cares about customers and takes pride in making sure everyone leaves with a smile. Despite my quick Google search, Soapy Joe’s does not take Apple Pay or any e wallet things. The nice guy offered a free wash for a review, but I declined as I would rather just come back than put up a fake review. He gave me the free wash anyway because someone pulled up behind and there is no way out. So I’m writing the review anyway because he didn’t have to give me the free wash and I appreciate the customer service. Car is clean and facility has a lot of vacuum stalls. But really should upgrade and get Apple Pay

Caiden made sure my truck was thoroughly washed even after driving from the desert with bugs all over my windshield, grill, and side mirrors! It’s hard to find a car wash with clearance for my huge truck, 7’1” but it went through no problem!

Great car wash! Managers and staff are friendly and professional. Equipment well maintained. Every time I go they add fresh, fluffy new towels, while other places let their rags get scratchy. Hours are convenient. The bank into the wash is a little steep but you can get used to it. Absolutely worth it!!!

Being from poway, this my home town soapy Joe's. This location in my eyes is the cleanest, most efficient, and overall nicest. The drive time might be a little slower than the others but the quality of the water pressure is better, as is the wash time and quality of equipment. I mean pristine new stuff. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Aaron Jackson. Who I believe with the right encouragment and training, could be a great leader in this company.
