The inside of my car was dirtier when I left than when I got there. Mud all over the floor mats and door. I cleaned the inside out myself while the staff ran around my car talking about a girls hot mom. No one offered to clean the mud up or even help me clean the mess that was left. I paid for wax then was told the wax wasn’t working but I wasn’t refunded. Charged $40 and I still had to drive down the road to another car wash and pay to have the mess cleaned by someone else. Worst service and experience I’ve ever had at a car wash!

I went to this car was because I thought it was a detailer. They are not a dealer but it was exactly what I needed my car looks great! Will definitely be returning and I’m going to look into getting their membership.

Have been here before. They usually do a really good job. Seem to be ran by good, honest folks. After all the snow and cold weather here in middle TN, my Dodge was is bad need of a wash. I was the last customer of the day. Was sad to see the job done to the interior after paying $30 for a carwash. It is the same wash I have gotten done before so I am cool with $30 for it... But that is if it is done right. The vacuum job was sub par. The part that really got me tho was my windows. They looked horrible. There was some steak of liquid all down the passenger side of the truck too. I hope it was just a bad day. There are tons of options for carwashes in the area. I hope that smith Bros. will stay around for a long time to come and remain competitive in this market. Edit: changed from 3 start to 5. Have been a good place overall. With them being willing to fix the problem, I felt the change necessary. Unfortunately, I am not real sure when I am going to be able to get back by there. I fear I may miss my opportunity for them to revacuum and redo the windows. 😢

Just left and am extremely disappointed in their service. I paid $60 (after tax and tip) for the top service and what I received was far from it. My car looks as though is was never vacuumed, there was still dirt around the inside of my door frames, they didn't even clean the backend, and they left a deep scratch in the leather on the back of the passenger front seat. I would not recommend taking your car here.

Absolutely love coming to this car wash. Not only does my car always look and smell great but time flys inside with the man behind the register. He’s so funny and sweet with my two kids and we couldn’t wait to bring our newborn up to meet him. He treats us like family and as long as he’s here we will always keep our membership. Best car wash in Murfreesboro!

The outside was clean mostly. The inside was terrible. Got the top package (#4). Armor all was half done. The dash wasn't completely finished, nor the doors. See pictures. They must have been blind as the floors were vacuumed horrible. They didn't bother cleaning the Weather Tech in the back. Why upcharge for a SUV when they don't clean the back? Our third row wasn't even in at the time. Also Weather Tech liner and mats were put back in soaking wet. Won't be going back.

I don't recommend them at all I paid 40$ and the car still dirty and when I asked them to do the rugs they wanted to charge me extra fees for it, you can see the pictures I provided I have no idea what kind pf wash and cleaning they did?!!!!!!!

Awful experience as they barely touched my car. I paid over $40 bucks and it looks as if they didn’t even vacuum the inside. Smith Bros used to be my go to car wash but now it’s a waste of money.

I drive over 2K miles a month and have been to every car wash imaginable. BY FAR THE FRIENDLIEST STAFF I’ve ever encountered who not only did great work, but did so with smiles and laughter amongst one another which is infectious amongst their clientele. I will go out of my way to this specific location to get my car washed and every time. 10 stars

45 dollars I'm not getting back. If you appreciate your vehicle I would not recommend this business at all. Please don't reach out as I would not even return for a free service. Nine gallons of armoral on one door and none on the other. Having to wash my pants now with hope the armoral comes out. I finished the windows myself.

Paid $50 to get the works. The outside looks great (as any car wash can do), but the inside was half done. My steering wheel was not done (only did the center part), my dashboard/infotainment and a/c controls are still super dusty and not touched, my doors are all super greasy and oily after leaving, and my seats still have little bits of dirt and stuff on them. I was recommended by a family member to come here, but looks like I’ll be recommending to them to go elsewhere instead. Edit: not to mention they got that greasy/oily stuff everywhere, including the cloth/soft materials in my doors. I sincerely hope that stuff isn’t stringing/permanent to my doors, because as of now, I cannot get it out of my doors!

I should have saved my money.. this was literally after leaving from having the Smith Brothers crew detail my car 🤦‍♀️ I even asked the guy when I handed him my keys make sure they clean my windows because the last time they did not. This is the second time they've got me there won't a 3rd time.. and its sad because this used to be the place to get your car detailed. 😭

I’d give 0 stars if I could. The woman that washed was very friendly and nice the boys that did the inside did not get the little trash or vacuum or wipe down correctly I paid for the 2nd wash and tipped inside and I also tipped the guys outside that did nothing. Never going back waste of money!!!!

Came last Saturday. Paid for the works. Called them once I realized there were water marks and some kind of waxy spotty residue on my car, I called. I was told to take pictures. I did. The picture showed where there were marks all over my tire covers and on my paint. The interior was also not thoroughly cleaned. Including my windshield that had smudges all over it. I should’ve taken even more thorough pictures, but I thought this company would do the right thing and take care of me as to do a re-wash like stated. I get there today, and they refuse to make it right. I had paid previously paid for the works, and they were already starting to get it ready to go through the wash. Once they told me they weren’t honoring the redo and I wasn’t paying, they literally pulled it out and then left soapy residue all over my vehicle. Their employees were drying it off the best they could. I am now in worse shape. The manager asked if I took it back last Saturday, but by the time I realized, I couldn’t make it in time before close. I definitely showed my butt a little, but this place is definitely not taking care of their customers. I paid nearly $60 with tip for this service, and it was a terrible job. They use the excuse that I had a soft top and that’s why the watermarks were all over the vehicle. However, that doesn’t explain the residue. I had to go to a self service car wash last Saturday and wash off my tire covers to get all of the polish or wax or whatever marks were on it. I will never be back. These people are a joke. As a last ditch effort to at least get my car somewhat cleaned, I asked for at least a discount so that I could get my car finished and they offered two dollars off. Don’t waste your money or your time with these indecent people. I showed a side of me, I didn’t know was still in me. The sign says “honk if you love Jesus.” I honked and honked on my way out. I do love Jesus and we all needed him after that!
